  • Brown University or “Clown University?”
  • Lack Of Information About Brown University Murders “Allows a Lot of Speculation to Flourish”
  • “I think with the assassination of Charlie Kirk on a campus there’s a question, no answers yet, but there’s a question whether this was a targeted killing. (Cornell University Law Professor, William A. Jacobson/Legal Insurrection)
  • The Administration of Brown University, the Providence Police Chief Oscar L. Perez Jr. and the Mayor look like buffoons.
  • They keep defending not having cameras in an old campus building, however, I have wireless security cameras around my home – why didn’t they have them?
  • American culture and the Republic itself struggles to survive in a sea of communism, Marxism and every other form of ism; and a refusal of some immigrants to assimilate.
    • Michael Finch says in his latest opinion piece in: Front Page Magazine that:

We are all now sadly aware that, in the infamous words of Barack Obama, the Left is seeking to “radically transform the United States of America.” For them to build their new heaven on earth, and attain their fantasized utopia, they must burn down the house, erase the past and wipe it clean.

  • In their retelling, America’s birthday no longer is 1776, but 1619. Columbus came to this new land to execute a genocide. America is imperialistic, racist, and sexist, and these sins are baked into its founding. Hence their creation of a self-loathing iteration of American history and culture that infects so many of our citizens. The culture and history of America matter deeply. When we don’t recognize the greatness of our culture and history, when we are taught to hate our own history and myths and stories, then we fracture, we balkanize. We fall apart.
  • To restore American culture, to restore Americanism, what is the responsibility of educators? Should they be held responsible for NOT teaching Americanism?
  • What are the responsibilities of parents?
  • We are fortunate that the path back from the Left’s malicious falsehoods lies all around us. Take to the road and discover this country anew. Read the great books, the poets, visit the State Capitols and let our great buildings inspire you. View the art that projects on canvas the very beauty and inspiration of sea to shining sea.
  • Most importantly, don’t wait for our failed schools, but teach our children the essence of our nation’s greatness and beauty.  The story of our nation and its people are the most fascinating and inspiring that has ever existed in human history. Be proud and embrace it, learn and teach it, and we just may survive the current and future crises that befall us. (Michael Finch/Front Page Magazine)

Show Open:

  • Trump tout’s success with gasoline at or under $2-dollars a gallon!
  • Gasoline rose 30-50% during Biden term.
  • Why Energy Dominance is Now a National Security Imperative!
  • Writing for RealClearDefense, energy expert and Power the Future spokesman Larry Behrensargues that President Trump’s newly released National Security Strategy signals a long-overdue return to seriousness in American defense by believing energy security is national security, and rejecting the idea that “climate change” and “net zero” should have any place in security planning.
  • At the center of that effort is energy dominance. The strategy elevates oil, natural gas, coal, and nuclear production as top strategic priorities—linking abundant, affordable energy to good jobs, lower costs for families, a revived industrial base, and the technological edge needed for fields like AI and advanced manufacturing. A national defense built to win depends on a reliable energy system behind it.
  • Europe is failing to understand this troublesome dynamic. Even though the Russian invasion of Ukraine is nearly four years old, the European Union still spent €21.9 billionon Russian energy last year or €3.2 billion more than the EU gave to Ukraine in aid during the same period. Relying on adversaries for energy is not an option for rational countries.
  • In a crisis, energy becomes leverage. By expanding U.S. energy exports, the Trump Administration’s strategy strengthens our alliances and limits the ability of adversaries to pressure other nations. When our partners can buy fuel from America, they are less vulnerable to Moscow, Beijing, or Tehran.
  • Our adversaries aren’t confused about their priorities. They are investing in hard power and securing energy supplies while Western governments chased “net zero” targets as if they were a strategy. This new National Security Strategy puts energy, industry, and sovereignty back at the center of defense policy and finally acknowledges that green fantasies are no substitute for steel, fuel, and deterrence.

For the first time in years, we have leadership willing to say what servicemembers, energy workers, and ordinary citizens have always known: a strong America runs on reliable energy, not slogans. (Larry Behrens/Power The Future)

Jake and the Judge

    • The resignation of Dan Bongino.
    • Your assessment of the job Pam Bondi has done?
    • Delaware U.S. Attorney Julianne Murray resigned last week because she could not get a confirmation hearing before the U.S. Senate. Shouldn’t all Trump nominees have this opportunity?
      • Is Blue-Slip unconstitutional?
    • Insiders at the FBI say that FBI agents are flipping the bird to Kash Patel (can the FBI return to the pre-Patriot Act days?).
    • A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s bid to continue the deployment of the National Guard in Washington, D.C., signaling that it may find the troop’s deployment within the nation’s capital to be lawful.
      • Will this decision have any effect on other cities where Trump wants to deploy the guard?
    • Nick Reiner in court yesterday. Does he really face the death penalty?  How do judges consider a suspect with mental health or substance abuse issues – such as the Reiner double-murder?
    • The right should be pro-actively defending free speech, not getting caught up in petty censorship feuds. (NY Post/Rikki Schlott)
      • Conservatives are champions of free speech — and they shouldn’t lose sight of that fact.
      • When woke leftists wielded institutional power and squelched campus free speech, the right defended students’ and professors’ ability to say whatever they please.
        • But now, a new report from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression shows a record number of students whose speech rights were violated, driven by a rise of conservative suppression of expression.
        • The right needs to be careful not to squash the free speech it was just defending.
        • FIRE’s Students Under Fire databaseshows that at least 273 students were targeted for their speech — a record breaking number that’s higher than even the depths of cancel culture in 2020.

The organization says they’ve noticed “a uptick in attempts by the political right to silence speech,” mostly by threatening to strip funding if certain students are not expelled, demanding certain groups be banned and writing executive orders to ban controversial shows or festivals.

Segment Topic:

  • Delayed Pipe Bomb Arrest Reveals a Partisan Biden FBI:
  • John O’Connor has always defended the FBI – not anymore!
    • To be sure, various conservative commentators, prominently among them Dan Bongino, had claimed that the failure to solve the case showed that the pipe bomb was just an FBI “setup” to smear Donald Trump for January 6.
    • This theory was not lacking in solid inference if one assumes a straight-shooting FBI not obstructed by a biased White House. Specifically, the Biden White House and Congressional Democrats, using their media megaphone, transmogrified the democratic January 6 protests into far more than the isolated, emotional ugliness they were. In short, the January 6 protest was an understandable populist reaction to an election for which any democracy worth its name should be ashamed. (John O’Connor)
  • Back on February 5th, 2023, Bongino floated a conspiracy theory on the J6 pipe bombs.
  • Bongino claimed that his source was reliable, however; Bongino wants us to believe the conspiracy evaporated when he joined the FBI.
  • According to the FBI, this was NOT a fake assassination plot back on January 6th, 2021.
  • Last February, Bongino assured his listeners that the J6 pipe bomb suspect was part of a conspiracy to drag Trump supporters into a double assassination attempt.
