• The 2025 hurricane season is almost over. What did the media predict about the frequency and severity of storms this year and what did their final tally show?
• Climate change is nearly not as dangerous for America than the Trump Administration and their budget cuts to Federal disaster agencies.
  • In August, CNN meteorologist Briana Waxman scare-mongeredthat “Primetime hurricane season is here, and the Atlantic is a powder keg.” Waxman, acting like some sort of eco-seer, claimed that “There are signs tropical development will pick up in earnest over the next one to two weeks as the Atlantic is loaded with potential.”
  • New York Times reporter Judson Jones harped on a similar notein August, “A Fairly Quiet Hurricane Season May Be About to Ramp Up.” 
  • Axios reportedNovember 23 that the 2025 hurricane season is ending without a “single” U.S. landfall for the first time in 10 years. Of course, the liberal outlet couldn’t resist trying to drum up fears despite the catastrophic predictions from months ago going kaput: “That’s welcome news for hurricane-prone states, but doesn’t mean future years will be equally calm — especially as climate change continues to warm the oceans, essentially creating hurricane fuel.”

• “Arctic Frost’s” spying on members of Congress is a Constitutional crisis. What I learned about FBI spying in and out of Congress. (Front Page Mag/Louie Gohmert)
  • Many were shocked to find out that Jack Smith (or Jack ‘Frost’ Smith for short, as I prefer) had subpoenaed the cell phone records of many Republicans, including Senators, during the ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation into President Trump for a matter of days. Now we have learned that the Biden administration appointed ‘Special Counsel’ also requested some cell phone records, including mine, for nearly THREE MONTHS from November 3, 2020 to January 8, 2021.
  • To understand the Constitutional crisis that this has created, one must first understand that the subpoena was issued as a “Grand Jury Subpoena.” Although we were not in the room when the pitch was made to the grand jury, here is what is fairly obvious. Jack Smith and his cronies, provided information to a group of Washington, DC citizens, 95% of whom (or maybe all of whom) voted for someone other than President Trump, indicating that they believed there was a grand conspiracy for an insurrection to destroy the proper election of the ‘electorally pure’ Joe Biden. To the minds of these jurors, Trump and all of his henchmen must be stopped.
  • Jack Smith or someone on his behalf must have assured these fine people of the grand jury that this insurrection occurred on such a broad scale, that it included hundreds of members of Congress and other groups, and that they just had to agree to let them get subpoenas of very personal material from those people in order to stop the insurrection and prosecute the insurrectionists. Further, it was critical that those people must not know that the information was being sought or these people were so devious that they would likely destroy all of the evidence.
  • That last part we know because that was part of the order issued to the recipient of the subpoena that they could not disclose this to the individuals whose information was being sought or they might try to destroy it or get rid of it: sort of like Hillary Clinton did with her phone and emails.
  • Keep in mind, these subpoenas do not rise to the level of requiring probable cause as do all warrants under the 4th Amendment. That is normally not an issue when the subpoena is issued to the party whose records are being sought because that party can immediately go to court and challenge the legitimacy of a lack of probable cause.
  • Senator Grassley’s investigators revealed to me that, as far as they could tell, Verizon received the subpoena and simply turned over everything that was sought. However, AT&T and others balked at the legality after apparently seeing that the records of elected officials were involved. As far as they could tell, Jack Smith pushed no further with those companies that refused to produce the records and did not take further legal proceedings to justify his actions. Good for AT&T.
  • There have been cases through the years that indicate that getting the ‘metadata’ (the massive record of phone numbers calling other numbers) from cellular providers did not violate Constitutional norms since it did not reveal their names. However, when the Department of Justice (DOJ) grabs months of cellphone records from an American citizen without proof of any probable cause of a crime being committed by that individual, it is time for the courts to proclaim clearly that this is a fishing expedition and requires a major hand slap to this Orwellian prosecutor.
  • The importance of the “Congressional privilege” that extends to material that is produced in a Congressional office, and why it’s more important than the attorney-client privilege (which the Obama and Biden DOJ had no problems violating as well), is because people come to Congress members and Senators with concerns about their government. That includes whistleblowers reporting problems within the FBI and DOJ or within the Executive Branch.
  • The only way a republic is perpetuated is when there are plenty of checks and balances on governmental power. If one branch, especially the one that can put people in prison, is able to stifle checks against its enormous power, the checks and balances fail, as does the democratically elected republican form of government. The executive branch can then control who has power and who goes to jail without ever needing to obtain executive branch power again.
  • In the past when I revealed the many times that FBI agents and others had privately reported Constitutional abuses within the DOJ and FBI to me, I was careful not to say how they got in touch with me. If whistleblowers knew that the DOJ could simply grab information from Congress members or their offices and phones, the checks and balances on the department that is capable of the most heinous abuses would be gone.
  • Most recent polling in Texas shows John Cornyn running last in a three-way primary for re-election behind Ken Paxton and Congressman, Wesley Hunt. Is Cornyn’s days in the Senate over?  Have the RINO’s come home to roost, finally?

  • JFK assassinated 62 years ago and we appear no closer to answers today than we were on that fateful afternoon in Dealey Plaza.

  • Bobby Baker was one of the top political advisers to Lyndon B. Johnson, as well as a leading organizer for the Democratic Party. He was so good at what he did that he was often referred to as the “101st Senator”. Baker became the Senate’s Secretary to the Majority Leader. Johnson brought Baker with him to the White House in 1963, but Baker’s tenure there would be short lived. Baker was forced to resign during an investigation by the Democratic-controlled Senate into Baker’s business and political activities. The investigation included allegations of bribery and arranging sexual favors in exchange for Congressional votes and government contracts.
  • The Senate investigation looked into the financial activities of Baker and Lyndon Johnson during the 1950s.
  • The investigation of Lyndon Johnson as part of the Baker investigation was later dropped after President Kennedy’s assassination and Johnson’s ascension to the presidency.

• Israel kills top Hezbollah official in first attack on Beirut in months!

  • Israel’s military has killed a senior member of the militant group Hezbollah in an air strike on the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, despite a ceasefire.
  • It described Haitham Ali al-Tabtabai, Hezbollah’s chief of staff, as a veteran of the group who had held a series of senior positions.
  • Lebanon’s health ministry said at least five people were killed and 28 others wounded in the strike, which hit an apartment building in the densely populated Dahieh district.
  • Hezbollah confirmed Tabtabai’s death, adding Israel had crossed a “red line” in carrying out the strike.
  • Why did Israel break the cease fire? The answer emanates from Tehran (of course).

President Trump pulled protective status from Somali refugees in Ilhan Omar’s district in MN after it was uncovered that a massive scam was funneling U.S. tax dollars from Omar’s district to Al-Shabab terrorists back in Somalia.

The War Department announced Monday that it will conduct a “thorough review” of “serious allegations of misconduct” levied against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), a retired Navy captain.

The review will “determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures,” according to the department’s statement, which was published on social media.

After the review was announced, War Secretary Pete Hegseth said, “The video made by the ‘Seditious Six’ was despicable, reckless, and false. Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of ‘good order and discipline.’ Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion, which only puts our warriors in danger.”

The department’s statement included a reminder for retired military service members that they remain subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice for applicable offenses, as well as one for active-duty service members, noting that they are legally obligated to obey lawful orders.

Kelly was one of six Democratic veterans in Congress who participated in a video last week warning service members that they are obligated not to follow illegal orders. However, the lawmakers did not specify what orders could be issued that would be illegal.

He said he found out about the review on social media.

“Secretary Hegseth’s tweet is the first I heard of this,” Kelly said on social media. “I also saw the President’s posts saying I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”

Kelly was joined by Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) in the video.

 “Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under [War Department] jurisdiction,” Hegseth said. “One is CIA, and four are former military but not ‘retired,’ so they are no longer subject to UCMJ. However, Mark Kelly, retired Navy commander, is still subject to UCMJ — and he knows that.”

The video got the attention of President Donald Trump, who initially accused the lawmakers of seditious behavior worthy of being killed. He and several Republican lawmakers said they tried to undermine the president and subtly encouraged service members not to follow legal orders.

Senator Kelly said he learned about the Department of War’s probe on social media. He also said he won’t be intimidated.
