Show Open:
- Governor’s Mansion in Harrisburg, PA firebombed Saturday night:
- On Sunday evening police announced they arrested 38-year-old Cody Balmer in connection with the fire set to the Pennsylvania governor’s mansion.
- “Balmer will be charged with attempted murder, terrorism, aggravated arson and aggravated assault against an enumerated person,” Fox News reported.
- As TGP reported earlier, an arsonist allegedly set fire to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence while Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were asleep inside.
- The incident occurred around 2 a.m., prompting a swift response from the Pennsylvania State Police, who safely evacuated the family from the residence. (The Gateway Pundit)
- Who is Cody Balmer? According to Newsweek: Cody Balmer’s Social Media Reveals Anti-Joe Biden Posts!
- A Facebook page that appears to belong to Balmer does not feature any recent posts, but displays several critical of Biden during his presidency.
- In September 2021, Balmer appears to have posted a meme on Facebook about the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. It shows Biden in a car with overlaid text reading: “Get in, loser. We’re leaving Afghanistan.” A second picture of Biden is captioned: “Drives off without you.”
- In a post in March 2021, Balmer wrote that “five dollars was gas money when Trump was president.” He also wrote in a post that month that “Joe Biden owes me 2 grand” over a picture of himself.
- Authorities said on Sunday that the suspect had scaled a security fence surrounding the governor’s mansion before breaking in and setting a fire.
- Who will be the first maggot inside Marxist State Media to label Balmer a “Trump Supporter,” an ultra-MAGA Semi-Fascist?
- Will Josh Shapiro respond by telling those indicting all Trump supporters to lower the temperature?

Segment Topic:
- The domestic war on illegal immigration:
- What is the CHNV Program?
- Humanitarian Parole for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans was a program under which citizens of these four countries, and their immediate family members, could be paroled into the United States for a period of up to two years if a person in the US agreed to financially support them.
- Last Thursday, Massachusetts District Judge Indira Talwani said in a hearing that she plans to block the Trump administration’s revocation of parole of aliens under the CHNV program. Judge Talwani’s statements come after the Trump administration formally terminated the program last month and announced that parole for Cuban, Haitian, and Nicaraguans and Venezuelans would expire April 24. (FAIR)
- The revocation of parole for aliens who entered through the CHNV program was the latest in a series of moves taken by the Trump administration to end the illegal parole program launched by the Biden administration over two years ago. On his first day in office, President Trump issued an Executive Order, entitled “Securing Our Borders,” which directed DHS to end the CHNV program. Within days, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued an internal memo suspending the intakeof any new CHNV applications. In February, DHS announced it was halting any immigration benefits requests (such as work permits) made by CHNV parolees.
- Who is this Federal Judge: Indira Talwani (born October 6, 1960) is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Appointed by Obama in 2014.
- Why does a Federal Judge in Mass. get to rule on this case?

- In the filing, written in Vasquez’s own handwriting, she alleges Abrego Garcia repeatedly beat her, writing: “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he [has] left me.”
- As the new Trump administration begins to carry out immigration enforcement, Americans largely agree that at least some immigrants living in the United States illegally should be deported, in particular those who have committed violent crimes. “That God, which ever lives and loves,
One God, one law, one element,
And one far-off divine event
To which the whole creation moves.”
— Alfred Lord Tennyson (1809-1892)
- The first was the Stamp Act of 1765, which required colonists to have government stamps on all documents in every household. It was enforced by British agents who used general warrants, issued by a secret court in London, to rummage through colonists’ possessions, ostensibly looking for stamps.
- General warrants — like those issued by the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in Washington, D.C. — authorized government agents to search wherever they wished and seize whatever they found.
- The second intolerable act was the Revenue Act of 1767, the proceeds from which the king used to pay the salaries of colonial officials and the king’s clergy, thereby securing their loyalty.
- The Stamp Act assaulted the right to be left alone, and the Revenue Act forced colonists to pay for a religious establishment. These two British laws caused many colonists to realize they needed to secede from Britain and form a new country, in which the government would protect freedom, not assault it. Ten years later, they did so and won the American Revolution.
