Show Open:
- The death of Rob Reiner!
- Could “Jingle Bells” be racist as Joy Reid claims?
- PBS accuses Trump of “overtly racist rhetoric.”
- The trio of PBS News Hour anchor Amna Nawaz, New York Times columnist David Brooks, and MS NOW host Jonathan Capehart assembled on Friday to attack President Trump for allegedly using “overtly racist rhetoric” at a recent speech, but nobody cared to actually specify what they found so objectionable.
- Nawaz, who just won a Walter Cronkite Award for supposedly being able to bring diverse viewpoints to the show, began with Brooks and rattled off a list of things she considered setbacks for the administration before turning the speech, “At the same time, we're seeing a ramping up of the president's overtly racist rhetoric. That affordability speech in Pennsylvania just devolved into an anti-immigrant, racist rant. David, are those things related?”
- Trump said many things in that speech, but two things he brought up that nobody at PBS wanted to talk about were the Somali welfare fraud scandal rocking Minnesota and the fact that Rep. Ilhan Omar “does nothing but bitch. She's always complaining.” The welfare fraud scandal is real, and even if one wants to demand presidents use G-rated language in public, it is still true that Omar is always complaining and running down the country that granted her asylum—not to mention her frequent descents into anti-Semitism. - Late night shows go full-on revolutionary propaganda!
- Where was Jimmy Kimmel when Obama a Pelosi blew-up our healthcare system? Was Kimmel crying for us when our premiums and deductibles exploded?
- Kimmel went to the well for an expert on healthcare – he welcomed mayor Pete – who is arguably the worst cabinet secretary in this nation’s history.
- Mayor Pete may know something about healthcare; he took a leave of absence from the Transportation Department to breast feed his baby!
- Did Mayor Pete ride his bike to the ABC studios in LA?
- Did Pete ever go to East Palestine?
- Kimmel dug up David Letterman – who now resembles Rumpelstiltskin to claim that the failed ABC late night political hit man is the leader of the resistance!
- Wikipedia and its little-known ally, Wiki Education, have quietly enlisted and trained more than 140,000 college students to build an army of activists who have already edited thousands of pages on the site, reshaping its content to push left-wing narratives, the Media Research Center has learned. (Eric Scheiner/Newsbusters)
- How does this infiltration affect what is read on Wikipedia?

- Death and carnage on a beach in Sydney Australia.
- One of the terror suspects in the Bondi Beach Hanukkah massacreis believed to have studied religion at an Islamic center in Australia that has ties to other Muslim-run organizations in the country.
- Children and a Holocaust survivor are among the 15 people killedwhen a pair of deranged gunmen opened fire on a crowded Australian beach where thousands of local Jews had gathered to celebrate the first day of Hanukkah.
- The victims range in age from 10 to 87, Australian authorities confirmed, and include religious leaders, devoted friends and beloved family members.
- But the celebratory beach outing quickly turned into terror when a hateful father and son — Naveed Akram, 24, and his 50-year-old father — showed up with shotguns, a rifle, and a car full of explosives and started shooting at anybody in sight.
- The gunmen managed to fire uninhibited for about 10 minutes, according to witnesses.
- Dead shooter was in Australia on various visas.
- Naveed (24 year old son) was finally neutralized by a courageous bystander who tackled and took him down.
- The man who took down the son was apparently a Muslim. Why do we not see more Muslims show this kind of courage?
- Naveed Akram, 24, who allegedly opened fire with his father on thousands of Jews celebrating Hanukkah Sunday night, was tagged in a February 2022 social media post praising him for mastering “all the rules of tajweed” — the recitation of laws of the Quran — at the Al-Murad Institute outside Sydney.
- “Another one of my dear students, Naveed Akram, passing the Iqra books and tajweed this morning, perfecting his all the rules of tajweed,” Adam Ismail, head of the institute, said in the since-deleted Facebook post. (NY Post/Anna Young)
Miranda Devine of the NY Post said: “And it is all so sickeningly predictable.
- Unchecked antisemitism, cowardly appeasement, lax policing and foolish immigration decisions half a century in gestation have coalesced in multicultural southwestern Sydney, an hour’s drive from Bondi.
- In the two years since the Hamas attack on Israel, synagogues in Sydney have been firebombed, kosher restaurants vandalized, cars outside Jewish homes torched and rancid antisemitic graffiti has become ubiquitous along the Bondi promenade: “Kill Jews” is the mantra.
- Every weekend for at least two years downtown Sydney is shut down by Palestinian protests.
- In August, tens of thousands of people waving Palestinian flags and wearing now-fashionable keffiyehs marched across the Sydney Harbour Bridge to demand Israel “stop the genocide” in Gaza. They were accompanied by the Sydney mayor, the former state premier, Labor members of parliament and assorted local celebrities.
- Australia now recognizes a Palestinian State!
- The intifada is now “GLOBALIZED.”
- Harrowing footage from the Hanukkah shooting in Sydney, Australia, shows a bystander tackling and disarming one of the gunmen who opened fire and killed 16 people while injuring dozens more on Sunday.
- The footage shows the bystander sneak up on the shooter as he is firing on victims off-screen. The man then tackled the shooter and wrenched the gun away from him. He then turned the weapon on the shooter, but did not fire.
- The hero has been identified by Australian media as Ahmed al-Ahmad, 43. The man's cousin, Mustafa al-Ahmad, told Australia's News 7 that Ahmed was shot once in the arm and once in the shoulder. The injuries came when the second gunman fired on Ahmed after he tackled the first man.

- Gasoline prices are falling to levels not seen since President Trump’s first term. What effect is this having on “AFFORDABILITY” and the stability of the U.S. economy.
- This week, the U.S. House began what is slated to be two weeks of permitting action. Most notable on the calendar so far has been the passage of H.R. 3898, the “Promoting Efficient Review for Modern Infrastructure Today (PERMIT) Act,” which reforms Section 401 permitting through the Clean Water Act. Section 401 permits have long been weaponized to stop the development of natural gas pipeline infrastructure. (American Energy Alliance)
- Blue States can manipulate energy prices to their political advantage:
- The Institute for Energy Research, in partnership with Always On Energy Research, released Blue States, High Rates, a detailed new report demonstrating how state-level policy decisions shape electricity prices. The research focuses on five states – California, Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky, and New York – to illustrate how state-level energy policies affect affordability.
- Have the climate wackos lost their mojo (Bill Gates)?
- California dancing at the edge of a cliff (offshore crilling, declining refining capacity).
- The New York Post has uncoveredone of the Biden Administration’s most stunning green disasters: after spending more than $3 billion in taxpayer money to “electrify” the Postal Service, the USPS has managed to put just 612 electric mail trucks on the road. That’s not a typo. Three billion dollars. Six hundred twelve vehicles. The Post summed it up bluntly:
- “The US Postal Service has spent more than $3 billion in tax dollars on a brand-new all-electric fleet of mail trucks — and gotten just 612 vehicles for its money.”
- The rest of the fleet? A mess. More than 6,700 Ford E-Transit vans have been delivered but are sitting idle because they can’t cover rural routes or heavy loads. Oshkosh, the contractor that received the bulk of the money, has struggled so badly that early leak tests resulted in “water pouring out as if the windows had been left open in a storm.” Production has averaged three to four trucks per day. Meanwhile, USPS has quietly purchased over 26,000 internal combustion vehicles just to keep the system functioning.
- Joni Ernst is right to call this a “tremendous waste.” This was never about modernizing the fleet- it was about forcing a political project onto an essential service. And the result is exactly what you get when ideology replaces engineering: billions spent, almost nothing delivered, and taxpayers left holding the bag. If this is what “green modernization” looks like, it’s no wonder Americans are demanding real accountability, and real energy solutions that actually work. (Power the Future)
AI data centers use about 8 times as much electricity as traditional data centers. This extra demand is already putting pressure on local grids. In Virginia, electricity bills are expected to increase by up to 25% by 2030 due to rising demand from these facilities. Has the Trump Administrations efforts so far to power AI shown any progress to date?

Segment Topic:
- A federal appeals court has halted U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s attempt to probe the Trump administration’s purported refusal to comply with blocks he placed on its deportations of suspected Venezuelan gang members earlier this year.
- The decision on Dec. 12 is the latest development in an interbranch battle over such deportations by the administration. In a per curiam, or unsigned opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit placed a temporary stay on Boasberg’s order requesting testimony about the administration’s decision-making.
- Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran who has been at the center of the Trump administration’s deportation battles, was freed from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after a judge’s order on Thursday.
- S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered ICE to immediately release Abrego Garcia and for the administration to notify the court of his status by 5 p.m.
- “Because Abrego Garcia has been held in ICE detention to effectuate third-country removal absent a lawful removal order, his requested relief is proper,” Xinis said in an opinion.
- White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a Dec. 11 press briefing that the administration will file an appeal.
- “The administration opposed this activism from a judge who is really acting as a judicial activist, which we’ve unfortunately seen in many cases across the country,” Leavitt told reporters.
- A federal appeals court has removed blocks that another judge placed on Congress’s attempt to defund Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.
- In a 3–0 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit disagreed on Dec. 12 that Planned Parenthood was likely to succeed in its legal arguments against the defunding measure. More specifically, they pushed back on the idea that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which was signed by President Donald Trump earlier this year, violated the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection under the law.
- “Preventing these entities from receiving funds if they continue providing abortion services furthers Congress’s interest in reducing abortions,” U.S. Circuit Judge Gustavo Gelpí said in an opinion.
- During this week’s oral arguments in Trump v. Slaughter, Justice Sonia Sotomayor threatened America with a good time— warning that the administration is “asking us to destroy the structure of government.”
- It’s about time an unaccountable fourth branch of the state was decimated.
- Trump v. Slaughter revolves around the president’s ability to fire executive branch officials without cause at “independent” agencies.
- For one thing, nowhere does the Constitution empower Congress to create “independent” anything.
The notion is a concoction of our worst former president, Woodrow Wilson, and it was codified nearly a century ago in Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, when the high court ruled that the Federal Trade Commission was a quasi-legislative, quasi-executive, and quasi-judicial agency. (NY Post)
