2010 Obama clip goes viral where he defends deportations, even of those ‘just trying to earn a living’

President Obama called out those who suggest he 'ignore the laws on the books and put an end to deportation until we have better laws' (Fox News)

A clip of President Barack Obama in 2010 warning that halting deportations would trigger a surge in illegal immigration is going viral.

Obama was criticized by activists and media outlets during his presidency for deporting illegal immigrants who had little or no serious criminal history beyond crossing the border illegally. earning him the nickname "deporter in chief" among some critics. (Fox News)

So, what is this all about my friends?  It is about seizing power.  It is about retaining their army of illegals for the final overthrow of the Republic.  It is about removing Trump at any cost.  It is about installing a Globalist puppet in the White House.  It is: All about the midterms!

Segment Topic:

Jake and the Judge:

    • “American Gestapo/American Psycho”
    • Last week, a half-dozen masked and unidentifiable Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents killed a 37-year-old federal employee, a nurse, by spraying pepper spray into his eyes, pushing him to the ground, stealing his lawfully owned and carried handgun, and then shooting him nine times in the back.
    • The thugs from ICE whom the federal government has sent to Minneapolis have produced murder and mayhem on a scale far more violent, disruptive and disturbing to human life than have the immigrants residing there without papers.
      • Under the Constitution, immigration – who can legally come to and remain in the United States -- was left to the states to regulate; and naturalization – who can become an American citizen -- was left to the feds.
      • Notwithstanding the plain text of the Constitution, Congress -- motivated by racial animus against those who looked and sounded differently from the White,
      • Anglo-Saxon, Protestant elites who controlled the government -- enacted the
        • Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882. When this was challenged, the Supreme Court upheld congressional authority in a truly bizarre opinion written by Justice George
        • “Sutherland, himself an immigrant.”
      • How would the Constitution reflect on those Americans who have taken money from organizations, opposed to the Federal Government to fight in the streets?
      • What about those Americans who sided with the British during the Revolution?

Nursing and the First Amendment:

Yesterday:

    • Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that a Boca Ratonnurse is no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida, escalating state action after a viral TikTok targeting White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
    • Uthmeier announced Wednesday that Alexis "Lexie" Lawler is “no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida,” citing what he called an ethical breach after the Boca Raton labor and delivery nurse posted a viral TikTok wishing severe childbirth injuries on Leavitt.
    • “Effective today, Lexie Lawler is no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida. Making statements that wish pain and suffering on anyone, when those statements are directly related to one's practice, is an ethical red line we should not cross. I'm proud of Florida Surgeon General for taking this decisive action.”
    • Can her employer fire her for her social media posts?
    • Can the Florida Surgeon General strip her of her license to practice?
    • Can she obtain a medical license in another state if she meets the requirements of that state’s licensing board?
    • Military action against Iran:
      • NYT Times bestselling author: James Bradley mentioned Judge Napolitano as a reliable source to stay clear of war propaganda!
      • No one can argue that the Iranian Regime have destoyed any semblance of freedom for Iranians since the revolution in 1979. They are brutal sadistic killers and the worlds biggest sponsor of terrorism.  If we attack the regime, in an attempt to help those fighting for freedom in Iran, aren’t we (in a sense) providing the same assistance that the French did to our revolution against the British?

  • Your thoughts in the contrast between Kristi Noem and Tom Homan running ICE ops in Twin Cities?
    • How will Tom Homan manage ICE ops different that Secretary Noem?
  • You have posted on Twitter that there appears to be AI doctoring of video on 9MM Alex Pretty. Marxist State Media has been doctored his official VA photo as well to make him look more professional.  What are your thoughts?
  • FBI Raid: Fulton County, GA
    • FBI Executes Search Warrant at Fulton County Elections Office!
  • School Choice Week:
    • NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim January 25 through January 31, 2026, as National School Choice Week.

Segment Topic:

Commonwealth of VA rejoins the RGGI.  Former governor Youngkin removed VA from RGGI after he took office.

Last week, Governor Abigail Spanberger (D-VA), who ran a campaign based on affordability, including lower energy bills, announced that Virginia would be rejoining the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), and thus imposing a new tax on residents. The RGGI is a regional cap-and-trade program in the Northeast that requires power plants to buy “allowances” to emit carbon dioxide. These allowance costs are naturally passed on to the consumer, inevitably raising electricity prices.

American Energy Alliance President Tom Pyle released the following statement:

“In December, we released a report giving an in-depth look at electricity prices. The data are clear: energy affordability is a policy problem, and blue states that pursue aggressive climate policies pay more. With her RGGI announcement this week, unfortunately, Gov. Spanberger is about to prove what we already know to be true.

“Cap-and-trade is just another name for a consumer tax, plain and simple. It affects not only energy affordability but also the reliability of the grid, as it makes adding and retaining baseload generation more difficult. With rising electricity bills, the importance of an affordable and reliable power grid should be Gov. Spanberger’s main focus. Instead, she remains fixated on pushing pointless, costly policies that Americans have repeatedly rejected.

“It is disappointing that any governor sees the RGGI as a path forward for their state, especially now when affordability is top of mind for all Americans. At the end of the day, the promotion of climate idealism may sound nice, but it does nothing to actually help American families pay their utility bills, and it does little for the environment.”

Gov. Spanberger’s predecessor, Gov. Glenn Youngkin, had pulled Virginia out of RGGI. According to former Gov. Youngkin, from the time Virginia originally joined RGGI to the time they left, residents paid $828 million in a regressive interstate tax applied to their power bills.

Segment Topic:

  • Big Tech is in the news this week as they stand trial for creating products (like tobacco) which are addicting.
    • Two social media giants have already settled out of court, however the alleged addiction to social media is the tip of the iceberg, because AI is making these kinds of addictions much worse for our children.
  • Last week, Meta announced a pause on teenagers’ access to AI characters as it develops an updated version of the characters for minors.
    • The announcement comes after Meta was embroiled in scandal last year following a damning report that revealed that the company allowed the chatbot to have ‘romantic and sensual’ conversations with teens. This week, Meta will go to trial after being accused of not doing enough to protect children online — and even hiding data about the impact of its software on mental health.
  • “Children and teenagers across the country are becoming victims of manipulative and addictive chatbots, and Big Tech has proven that it cannot be trusted to proactively place safeguards on AI,” said Brendan Steinhauser, CEO of the Alliance for Secure AI:

“We cannot fall into a pattern in which families have to experience tragedy after tragedy in order for change to occur. We must combat Big Tech’s missteps as they rapidly deploy AI systems that are drastically changing society as we know it.”

“Meta is making a rare good decision while its feet are being held to the fire. If Mark Zuckerberg actually wants to keep teenagers safe from AI characters, he must be actively transparent with lawmakers and the American public. Meta must put real safeguards on their AI characters, including emergency alerts for teenagers with suicidal thoughts. How many more lawsuits does Meta need to go through, and how many more children need to die, before the company consistently does the right thing?”

Panelist:

Brendan Steinhauser: CEO of the Alliance for Secure AI, a national organization dedicated to promoting the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence.

A veteran strategist and communicator, he has advised U.S. Senators, Members of Congress, and national advocacy groups on everything from education reform to economic policy. Brendan frequently appears on Fox News, CNN, MS Now, BBC, NewsNation, and Newsmax, and his commentary has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.
