Show Open:
- On Sunday, former CNN anchor Don Lemon joined an anti-ICE protest group that stormed a Minneapolis church, disrupting the service and in the process violating worshippers’ right to freely exercise their religion as protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. You would think that the Elitist Media, self-styled custodians and keepers of the First Amendment flame, would be all over this story. But alas, the best the network evening news could muster were pro-forma mentions.
- ABC’s World News Tonight devoted a measly 19 seconds to the Minnesota church incursion.
- Thus far, ABC and CBS have yet to say a word about this ugly scene on their flagship morning or evening newscasts.
- Of the five tentpole newscasts that aired Sunday night and Monday morning, only one brought it up as NBC’s Today offered a footnote in the final 35 seconds of its segment on the Minneapolis unrest. Even in that brief nod, NBC couldn’t even mention the fact that the mob had teamed up with disgraced former CNN anchor Don Lemon.
- Former CNN host Don Lemon suggested some of the outrage after he followed a group of anti-ICE agitatorswho stormed into a St. Paul church came from "religious groups" who feel "entitled" due to White supremacy. (NY Post)
- Don Lemon is doubling down after being caught red-handed conspiring with anti-ICE radicalswho raided a Sunday church service in St. Paul, casting blame on the parishioners whom he labeled “entitled” and accusing them of “white supremacy.” (The Gateway Pundit)
- “I think people who are in religious groups like that — it’s not the type of Christianity that I practice — but I think they’re entitled, and that entitlement comes from white supremacy,” Lemon said of Minnesota’s Cities Church in a jaw-dropping interview with lefty “I’ve Had It” podcaster Jennifer Welch.
- “They think this country was built for them, that it’s a Christian country.”
- Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon told conservative podcaster Benny Johnson that former CNN host Don Lemon has been put "on notice" by the Justice Department and could face charges under federal civil-rights laws, including the Ku Klux Klan Act, for his role in storming a church service in Minnesota. Lemon allegedly joined a far-left mob that was on the hunt for a pro-ICE pastor at a St. Paul church.
- "The Klan Act is one of the most important federal civil rights statutes. It’s a law that makes it illegal to terrorize and violate the civil rights of citizens. Whenever people conspire to do this, the Klan Act can be used," Dhillon told Johnson.
- Dhillon continued, "Everyone in the protest community needs to know that the fullest force of the federal government is going to come down and prevent this from happening and put people away for a long time."
- As a conservative journalist, if I pulled the same stunt as Don Lemon by stepping inside a Planned Parenthood facility with a group of pro-life protesters, what do you think would have occurred? Local police would have bashed our heads in.

- Bari Weiss hoopla about CBS News moving to the center; much ado about nothing!
- Sunny Hostin Defends Discriminating Against White People, Whoopi Mocks Whites. (Nicholas Fondacaro/MRC)
- ABC’s The View celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day by literally laughing at the idea that white people could be discriminated against in any way. While they were laughing at the notion and suggesting it wasn’t real, staunchly racistco-host Sunny Hostin defended the idea of discriminating against whites and claimed that President Trump was trying to “erase” black history. Additionally, moderator Whoopi Goldberg openly mocked the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for caring about discrimination against white people.
- Whoopi Goldberg owes her career to us: WHITE PEOPLE!
- They always trash us crackers after their careers are done and they have made millions of dollars!
- Democrat Rep. Jim Clyburn of South Carolina appeared on ‘The View’ on Monday and claimed that Republicans are trying to bring back slavery.

The lawsuit challenges a Hawaii law banning gun owners from bringing firearms into hotels, stores and other publicly accessible private property unless they have received permission from the property owner.
What you need to know:
-
- The Supreme Court on Tuesday will hear oral arguments in the gun rights case Wolford v. Lopez
- The lawsuit challenges a Hawaii law banning gun owners from bringing firearms to hotels, stores and other publicly accessible private property unless they have received permission from the property owner
- The case was filed by three Maui residents and the gun rights group the Hawaii Firearms Coalition, who first sued Hawaii in 2023 to challenge a new state law that banned carrying guns at banks, beaches and restaurants that serve alcohol; Hawaii Attorney General Anne E. Lopez is the defendant
- According to the gun safety group Everytown, a Supreme Court ruling that strikes down the Hawaii law “would effectively impose a national mandate that guns are allowed into private businesses open to the public by default, stripping all 50 states of the power to protect the autonomy of property owners”

Segment Topic:
- Don Lemon KNEW about the church invasion protest yesterday that traumatized little children before it even began. The Trump DOJ is absolutely right to want to charge him.
- FACE Act to be triggered?
- Tuesday, Jan. 20 marks one year since Donald Trumpreturned to the Oval Office. One year of executive orders, foreign policy shockwaves, immigration crackdowns, and a governing style that never once tried to soften its edges.
- And for one year, the same headline has seemed to be everywhere: Trump is unpopular.
- Approval in the low 40s. Disapproval in the mid-50s. The verdict, according to the polling-industrial complex, is clear.
- But one year in, it’s worth asking a more uncomfortable question: What if the polls aren’t telling us Trump is failing? What if they’re telling us he’s delivering — and the country is splitting in response?
- Because Trump is not like other presidents. And that means we’re reading his first year through the wrong lens.
According to national polling averages, Trump’s job approval sits around 41% to 42%, with disapproval in the mid-50s. Those numbers dominate headlines. But buried in the same data is the statistic that actually defines his first year: According to a Wall Street Journal poll this week, 92% of voters who supported Trump in 2024 still approve of the job he’s doing.
