Show Open:
- Jasmine Crocket spokeswoman for the Dem-Com’s war on Law enforcement.
- Maggots in Marxist State Media tell us black on white (violent) crime is racist!
- Charlotte mayor tries to distance herself.
- A brutal murder happened in Alabama over the weekend that will likely get ignored by the public because it does not fit the narrative.
- The Gateway Pundit reports that a beloved retired Auburn University veterinary professor named Dr. Julie Gard Schnuelle was hacked to death while walking her dog in Kiesel Park. Schnuelle’s body was discovered in a wooded area in the park on Saturday afternoon.
- The fact that she took her pet there to exercise near-daily makes the crime even more shocking.
- The dog was unharmed in the attack and stood by Schnuelle’s body until authorities arrived.
- 28-year-old Harold Rashad Dabney III, a Montgomery resident, was identified as the person responsible for the attack. He has been arrested and charged with Capital murder.
- Dabney is being held without bond at the Lee County Jail.
- When government tells us that they are investigating – they are already in the process of sweeping the outrage under the rug.
- I doubt that we would see an honest reporting on black on white crime or brown on white crime – that request for those statistics would be racist. If we report on the racial contrast between the perp and the victim in Charlotte – we are racist. Can you imagine the outrage of the Southern Poverty Law Center if skin colors in both murders were reversed?

Segment Topic:
- The secret Korean War (with So. Korea)
- An interesting ICE raid nabbed 475 illegals — mostly South Koreans — who were arrested at an under-construction EV battery plant in Georgia. Hyundai said it owns the site but insisted none of the workers were directly employed by the company. But you can bet you sweet bippy that our FRIENDS from South Korea were fully aware that they were contractually joined at the hip with those who willfully used illegal foreigners to build and outfit this plant.
- How many more illegals are there working at foreign owned plants in the United States?
- Today, the Supreme Court granted an emergency application to stay, or suspend, an injunction a California federal district court has issued hamstringing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in its conduct of street stops of suspected illegal aliens. The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) had submitted a brief to the Court urging that result.
- The district court bared ICE from basing brief investigative stops on four factors, either singly or in combination: 1) “apparent race or ethnicity,” 2) “speaking Spanish or speaking English with an accent,” 3) “presence at a particular location,” such as a “day laborer pick up site,” and 4) “the type of work one does.”
- As FAIR points out in its brief, however, the standard under the Fourth Amendment for brief investigative stops is reasonable suspicion, a standard even lower than probable cause, which is necessary for an arrest. By trying to bar ICE from considering factors that would make anyone—let alone a trained and experienced officer—reasonably suspect a person was an illegal alien, the plaintiffs elevate this standard far above what the Constitution requires.
- Today the Court agreed, suspending the injunction pending appeal. In a concurring opinion, Justice Kavanaugh wrote that he agreed with the decision for reasons that tracked FAIR’s argument in its brief.
- “The Fourth Amendment’s prohibition of unreasonable searches and seizures is just that—a requirement of reasonableness,” said Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of FAIR. “It is not a command to throw common sense out the window. By making ICE officials ignore their reasonable suspicions or face contempt of court, the district court has intruded itself outrageously into federal immigration law enforcement. We are pleased the Court saw the baselessness of this injunction, and suspended it.”
- The case is Pedro Vasquez Perdomo v. Noem, No. 2:25-cv-05605 (C.D. Cal.).

Ira Mehlman, Media Director: FAIR

Segment Topic:
- An innocent refugee from Ukraine is viciously murdered on a Charlotte train.
- Do the images of 14-different mug shots for the suspect have an impact on how Americans view this crime crisis?
- From a law enforcement perspective, how do you view this suspect? He even beat his own sister to a pulp?
- Judge after judge, magistrate after magistrate refused to do their job. How are they help accountable?
- The mayor and City Council in Charlotte were worried how the constant showing of the video from the train would reflect on them. They chose to break for cake – rather than discuss this viscous attack publicly.
Jasmine Crockett shares her view on the purpose of law enforcement. What does the Sheriff think?

Segment Topic:
- President Donald Trump is nearing the end of his patience with Russia and China, author and Asia expert Gordon Chang told Newsmax, warning Sunday that the latest geopolitical maneuvers are forcing the United States and its allies into sharper alignment.
- "At some point, I think that Trump is going to lose his patience, and that point is probably pretty close, because, especially in the last week, we have seen signs that Trump is angry at what we saw," Chang said on Newsmax's "Sunday Report."
- "Also, just remember, Russia launched its largest aerial assault on Ukraine ever, and it hit government buildings in Kyiv for the first time," he added. "That's not going to make Trump happy."
- If Trump loses his patience, how will he retool his approach to both countries?
- What does Gordon think about 475 South Korean illegals arrested in an ICE raid in Savannah, GA last week?
- What does Gordon think about the So. Korean response?
- How many more So. Korean illegals are working in the United States?

Salute the Troops:
STT remembers America’s involvement on the Korean Peninsula. U.S. Marines landed on Inchon 9/15/50
On September 15, 1950 (75 years ago), U.S. Marines, under the command of General Douglas MacArthur, landed at Inchon, Korea, as part of Operation Chromite, a bold amphibious assault that reversed the course of the Korean War. The successful landing by the United Nations forces, including the 1st Marine Division, led to the capture of Inchon and Gimpo airfield, and ultimately the liberation of Seoul, effectively turning the tide of the conflict in favor of the UN.
