- The court determined that it does not have the authority to rule on the matter and that Tanya Chutkan, an Obama-appointed district court judge, abused her power in blocking the administration from clawing back the funds. The grantees could appeal the ruling, which would continue the months-long legal battle between the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the grantees of former President Joe Biden’s multi-billion and highly scrutinized signature climate law. (The Daily Caller)
- A federal judge has ordered an emergency halt to a plan by the Trump administration to send more than 600 unaccompanied Guatemalan children back to their home country — some within a matter of hours — after immigrant advocacy groups sued, calling the unannounced plan illegal.

- Judge rules Trump unlawfully terminated more than $2B in Harvard research grants.

Al-Baluchi is the nephew of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the so-called mastermind of the attacks.
- So-called because Osama bin Laden was the person designated by the feds as the mastermind until they murdered him and his family -- without any 9/11-related charges having been filed against him -- in his home in Pakistan.
- How does this action differ from President Jefferson’s actions against Barbary Coast pirates?

A farm kid turned advocate, she’s now leveraging her platform to elect conservative candidates, pushing the line to champion the principles that define America while building a red wall that holds the line against radical woke policies, proving that courage and conviction can still prevail, even in the bluest corners of the nation.
