ICE agents are facing a 413 percent increase in violence against them. The DHS release notes that 118 criminal aliens, including five gang members, were arrested in the past week for crimes including human smuggling, drug trafficking, and domestic violence. A second DHS press release provided more specifics, showing that ICE was targeting aliens with criminal histories and associations with criminal organizations. Their offenses included second-degree murder, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual battery, and assault with a deadly weapon and human trafficking.
