Show Open:

  • Over the weekend the networks went gaga over the No Kings protests — giving them 18X more coverage than the conservative March for Life gatherings!
  • Massive Disparity in Coverage for Liberal vs. Conservative Protests: Major networks (CBS, NBC, PBS, and NPR) dedicated 17 minutes and 51 seconds to the “No Kings” protests against President Trump. In stark contrast, these same networks provided only 50 seconds of total coverage to the annual March for Life, a key conservative demonstration against abortion. This represents the liberal-leaning protest receiving 18 times the airtime.
  • Networks Refused to Use Ideological Labels for Leftist Protesters: Despite signs calling for impeachment and the movement’s theme of “democracy versus dictatorship,” the networks failed to apply ideological descriptors like “liberal,” “leftist,” or “progressive” to the “No Kings” demonstrators. Simultaneously, the networks provided “gushing propaganda coverage” and touted organizers’ claims about the protest’s scale. (MRC)

Soft Coverage for Anti-Trump Protests vs. “Throwaway” Coverage for Pro-Life March: Network coverage of the “No Kings” event included long segments, live reports from multiple cities, and “softball” interviews with figures from leftist groups like Public Citizen. Conversely, the March for Life coverage was minimal, often just a “throwaway” mention, suggesting a significant difference in how the media framed and prioritized the two events.

Segment Topic:

  • Jorge Bonilla reports that CBS’s Weijia Jiang whines about the White House ballroom and echoes Dem shutdown talking points.
  • Steve Malzberg Frederika Whitfield’s guest for the segment was Evelyn Farkas, current Executive Director of The McCain Institute, and former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia and Ukraine under Barack Obama, and that obviously isn’t a helpful resume item.
  • Jorge Bonilla reports that Colombia’s President Petro wraps his Univision interview by saying that if Trump won’t change, the solution is to “get rid of Trump”

Segment Topic:

Harry Enten (CNN Pollster) says that Trump is not being hurt in his 2nd term by government shutdown.

It is clear by the numbers, that those who did not vote for him; those who would never support him blame him.

Trump is continuing to govern and provide visuals that the Executive Branch is functioning and not being held hostage by the Dem-Com’s.

10:35

Segment Topic:

  • Americans want low costs and patient-centered care. Obamacare has failed Americans. Excessive regulations and mandates ignore the needs of patients and drive up costs. To hide how unaffordable these bad policies are, the government gives Obamacare subsidies directly to insurance companies.
    • The Biden COVID Credits made the problem worse. The result? Insurance companies profit at the expense of the American taxpayer.
    • Why are ending these subsidies worth fighting for?
    • The subsidies were supposed to be temporary. The Dem-Com’s agreed that they were a temporary COVID subsidy and would sunset.  Why are they going back on their prior commitment?
    • Is it possible to finally end Obamacare and replace it with something which does not fleece U.S. taxpayers?

Panelist:

Brittany Madni, Executive, Vice President, Economic Policy Innovation Center (EPIC)

11:05

Segment Topic:

  • Major Amazon Web Services Outage Disrupts the Globe, Exposes Fragile Dependence on Cloud Giants:
  • A worldwide disruption of Amazon Web Services on Monday could carry a staggering financial toll reaching into the hundreds of billions of dollars, according to experts cited by CNN. (Newsmax)
    • Amazon Web Services’ largest and most critical region—US-East-1 in Northern Virginia—experienced a significant, hours-long outage, disrupting major consumer platforms and enterprise-level services across the United States and abroad.
    • The incident triggered widespread downtime for apps such as Snapchat, Fortnite, Venmo, Ring, Canva, and others, while also affecting portions of Amazon’s own services, according to multiple reports from The Verge, AP News, and AWS’ own status dashboard.
    • While AWS has since mitigated the root issue, the event highlights a growing national vulnerability: a single point of failure inside the world’s most-used cloud platform can cause cascading disruption across communications, finance, commerce, and public digital services.
    • Early reporting and AWS status notes indicate the failure involved elevated error rates and latency across multiple core services in US-East-1, including possible DNS-level issues and DynamoDB endpoint failures. Because US-East-1 is the most heavily-relied-upon region in the AWS global network, outages there tend to ripple outward—causing massive downstream effects across apps, APIs, and authentication systems, even for companies not hosted in that region.
    • How did this outage differ from an attack?
  • Did this outage yesterday indicate a failure to focus on system redundancy, such as parallel fiber connectivity and backup satellite transponder frequencies?
  • What lessons were learned by AWS from this outage?

Panelist:

Chris Hoar is an official spokesperson for SAT123 a leading provider of satellite communication and emergency preparedness solutions. With decades of experience in telecom, technology, and business development, Chris brings a unique combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and real-world insight to the evolving landscape of secure, off-grid connectivity.

11:33

Segment Topic:

  • Perhaps USAID was just the tip of the iceberg!
  • The Homelessness Industrial Complex: Exposing the Darkness That Profits from Despair.
  • In Washington, D.C., a bombshell investigation has just dropped: the Infiltrated report showing how radical organizations have embedded themselves within homelessness advocacy groups –  sharing infrastructure, donors, ideology and tactics.
    • Released amid news that homelessness has climbed to its highest level in U.S. history, even after a tripling of public spending, it reveals that the Homelessness Industrial Complex (HIC) – a bloated network of nonprofits and activists – have hijacked our nation’s homeless system.
    • They’ve built an empire of corruption wrapped in “evidence-based” slogans that shield political agendas and bloated paychecks at the expense of the people it was purportedly helping. The Infiltrated report confirms that the HIC postures itself as defenders of compassion but are, in truth, the greatest exploiters of America’s homeless. It exposes how it seized power, who is bankrolling it, and its dependence on suffering to further entrench power.

Panelist:

11:50 Salute the Troops

Colonel Robert Wilburn Hill (Bob) February 18, 1928 – October 18, 2021

While serving in combat as a Rifle Platoon Leader in Korea in 1950-1951, he was twice wounded in action (both head-wounds), receiving two Purple Heart medals in addition to a Silver Star medal and a Bronze Star (with “V” device) for valor.

With Joyce by his side, Bob survived three wars and enjoyed a very productive, rewarding career in the U.S. Army. Their assignments in over thirty years of service were at various military posts around the world, with fourteen years abroad.

Bob proudly served as an Airborne Rifle Company Commander in the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division; as a staff officer in the Foreign Liaison Directorate of Army Intelligence in the Pentagon; as the Aide-de-Camp to the Army Chief of Staff; as Commander of 1st Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment in Korea; as a member of the NATO Military Committee in Brussels, Belgium; as Deputy Brigade Commander of the Berlin Brigade in West Germany; as Commander of the Special Operations Group (SOG) in Vietnam; and as Executive Officer to the Commander in Chief, U.S. Army, Europe. His final assignment brought Bob and Joyce back home to Texas concluding a remarkable Army career, serving as Chief of Staff of the III U.S. Army Corps and Ft. Hood for two years.

Robert W. Hill always cherished his time in service to our nation. He always carried this quote from General Matthew Ridgeway in his wallet: “I cannot conceive that God has granted any man a richer, fuller, more satisfying life than mine, for it was spent in service with, and for, that finest product of our civilization THE AMERICAN SOLDIER.” As a soldier, Bob embraced a key principle of military discipline (selfless sacrifice) that was so evident in the life of Jesus, our duty is not to be served, but to serve.

Segment Topic:

  • Jews are scared in America!
    • Statistics show America is heading toward NAZI Germany (circa 1938).
    • Fewer than one in five Jewish Americans now feels safe in America.
    • 42% of Jewish Americans surveyed do not wear anything which identifies them as Jewish while out in public.
      • That is up 16% since 2023.
    • The “No Kings” crowd who calls those in support of Israel and the Jewish people NAZI’s and fascists are the ones of whom American Jews are afraid of. They are the “from the river to the sea” crowd!
  • Jewish Man was arrested for wearing Star of David in London because it ‘antagonized pro-Palestine Protesters!
  • London under radical Muslim Sadiq Khan (Mayor of the City of London) has a two-tier justice system. One for anti-Semites, one for everyone else.
  • In August, a lawyer, acting as an independent legal observer at a pro-Palestine protest outside the Israeli embassy in central London, was arrested, handcuffed, and detained for almost 10 hours.
  • His ‘crime’? Openly wearing a Star of David.
  • “A Jewish lawyer wearing a Star of David was arrested after British police claimed the Jewish necklace had “antagonized” pro-Palestine protesters.”
  • “The lawyer stated that officers handcuffed him with his hands behind his back, placed him in a police vehicle, and held him for questioning. He said he was detained for nearly 10 hours!”
  • “The Metropolitan Police denied that the arrest was related to the necklace, asserting that the man was detained for “repeatedly breaching” officers’ instructions to keep opposing protest groups separated, according to The Telegraph. But the lawyer documented around 30 incidents of criminal behavior by protesters, none of which resulted in an arrest. Instead, it was just the Jewish man who ended up under arrest.” (The Gateway Pundit)
  • Why is story from London relevant? Because in three-months, Zohran Mamdani is going to do the same thing in NYC.  Jews who show their Jewishness will be arrested by compliant NYPD officers if pro-Palestinian protesters are deemed insulted by Jews who refuse to stay silent on the streets of New York.
  • For anyone paying attention to the world, however, you’re no doubt aware of just how perilous — and powerless — life is for Christians outside of America’s protection.
  • Father Custodio Ballester, a Catholic priest in Spain, is facing the possibility of very real prison time on charges of “Islamaphobia,” according to a harrowing report from The Christian Broadcasting Network.
    • Ballester is facing up to three years in prison for this charge, as well as fines.
    • The big crime? Answering a question about the possibility of an interfaith dialogue between Christians and Muslims.
    • “This renewed revival of Christian-Muslim dialogue, paralyzed by the alleged ‘imprudence’ of the beloved Benedict XVI, is far from a reality,” Ballester wrote in a letter, responding to the question. “Islam does not allow for dialogue. You either believe or you are an infidel who must be subdued one way or another.”
    • The Christian Broadcasting Network added: “In a 2017 YouTube video, Ballester expanded on his 2016 remarks, warning that Islam not only poses a threat in Europe, but also that in many Muslim-majority countries, Christians face persecution.”

Segment Topic:

  • One day after the New York City mayoral debate, Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani openly campaigned at a mosque alongside Imam Siraj Wahhaj, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
    • Instead of distancing himself, Mamdani proudly highlighted the event. He even posted about it publicly, as if daring New Yorkers to overlook the danger.
    • For years, warnings about Mamdani’s ties to Wahhaj have circulated. Wahhaj was named by federal prosecutors as a co-conspirator in the terror plot that killed six and injured more than a thousand.
  • One prevalent protest sign from the “No Kings” crowd was: “Christian Nationalists are America’s Taliban.”

Segment Topic:

Who is running China?

  • In “The China Matrix,” New York Times bestselling author and investigative journalist Lee Smith reveals the shocking truth about how U.S. political and corporate elites conspired with Beijing to reshape the global order—at America’s expense. From Henry Kissinger’s secret dealings with Mao to the tech oligarchs cozying up to Xi Jinping, Smith exposes the web of corruption and betrayal that spans decades. He reveals how globalism, Silicon Valley, and the media worked together to whitewash China’s crimes while dismantling American industry and national security.
    • The China Matrix: The Epic Story of How Donald Trump Shattered a Deadly Pact, is also a story of resistance. Author, Lee Smith chronicles how Trump’s presidency shattered the illusion of a benign China, forcing the establishment to confront the consequences of their own greed. From trade wars to TikTok, fentanyl to finance, The China Matrix details the battle between America First and the entrenched pro-China elite—and what’s at stake in the next chapter of this global showdown.
    • With stunning new revelations about Elon Musk’s growing influence, Joe Biden’s China entanglements, and the role of U.S. universities in Beijing’s espionage network, The China Matrix is a gripping exposé of the most dangerous alliance in modern history—and the fight to break free before time runs out.

    • Joe Biden granted a record 4,245 acts of clemency during his presidency, including 80 pardons and 4,165 commutations, which is more than any previous president. His clemency actions included pardoning his son, Hunter Biden, whom he promised not to pardon.

      • Leonard Peltier: Biden commuted the sentence of the Native American rights activist, who was convicted of killing two FBI agents on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in 1975.
      • Anthony Fauci: Fauci was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infection Diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic in Trump’s first administration. He was the target of right-wing criticism over his stance on vaccines and the origin of the pandemic.
      • Mark Milley: Milley was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during Trump’s first presidency. He has said Trump is a fascist and a “wannabe dictator.”
      • Members and staff of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol: Lawmakers involved in the final report were Chair Bennie Thompson, Vice Chair Liz Cheney, Zoe Lofgren, Adam Schiff, Pete Aguilar, Stephanie Murphy, Jamie Raskin, Elaine Luria and Adam Kinzinger.

  • A significant military buildup off the coast of Venezuela:
    • B52’s flying over Venezuela!
    • The US military has been steadily massing a large number of troops, naval and air assets in the Caribbean over the last two months, conducting training missions off the coast of Venezuela, reopening a military base in Puerto Rico that had been shuttered for decades, and attacking speedboats carrying suspected drug traffickers from Venezuela and Colombia.
    • As of Tuesday, a significant percentage of all deployed US naval assets globally are also now located in US Southern Command, the US military’s command responsible for operations in the region, according to a fleet tracker published by the United States Naval Institute’s news portal.
    • That includes the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group and the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, amounting to more than 4,500 Marines and sailors, three guided-missile destroyers, an attack submarine, a special operations ship, a guided missile cruiser and P-8 Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft.
    • At the same time, the US has deployed 10 F-35 fighter jets to Puerto Rico, which has become a hub for the US military as part of the increased focus on the Caribbean. The US has also deployed at least three MQ-9 reaper drones to the island, according to images captured by Reuters in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. (CNN)
    • Naval Station Roosevelt Roads in Puerto Rico, a US military installation that had been shuttered since 2004, is now back up and running, according to satellite imagery and photos taken at the base.
    • At least one AC-130J Ghostrider, a heavily armed plane capable of providing air support to ground troops, was photographed equipped with Hellfire missiles at José Aponte de la Torre Airport in Puerto Rico, which is used by the installation.
    • A separate image, captured by a local photographer, appears to show another Ghostrider at the same facility.
    • That airport has been a staging ground for US military operations in the region over the last several months.
      • What is the Administration’s end game here? Regime change?
      • “The military presence in the Caribbean is too big for just hitting a few speedboats, though it is not big enough for an invasion of Venezuela,” Elliott Abrams, who served as the US envoy to Venezuela during Trump’s first term, told CNN on Thursday. “What’s in the middle, I think, is a pressure campaign, meant to rattle Venezuela.” (CNN)

Segment Topic:

Precious Freedom explores this question in a powerful novel that is drawn from the pages of history. Informed by ten years of research and hundreds of interviews with US Marines, Viet Cong snipers, and Vietnamese fighters, politicians, and leaders, Precious Freedom is storytelling at its finest.

In 1967, nineteen-year-old Chip Zobel enlists in the Marines, answering his government’s call to defend democracy in South Vietnam. But what he finds on the ground shakes his faith: poisoned punji sticks, rotting uniforms, Agent Orange–tainted drinking water, constant ambushes, a brutal case of malaria—and the realization that many of the Viet Cong he’s fighting are actually South Vietnamese locals—the men and women he thought he was fighting to defend.

Back home, Chip’s mother, Betty, initially a staunch supporter of the war, begins to question its morality.

His father, Hank, a former Navy corpsman who fought in the Battle of Saipan during World War II, grows skeptical as he begins to read US military reports that compare Ho Chi Minh to George Washington—a fierce patriot who leads his people to freedom.

Meanwhile, in a quiet Vietnamese hamlet, fifteen-year-old May watches as a US Marine kills her father. She flees to the forest and joins a Viet Cong training camp. Three months later, she makes her first kill as a sniper—eventually, she will kill four more Americans with her rifle. Unbeknownst to her, her path will ultimately cross with that of the Marine who killed her father—Chip Zobel.

James Bradley wrote Precious Freedom to honor all who served in Vietnam and to help a new generation understand the war’s complex truths.

This is a story that America has never been told.

Panelist:

James Bradley, author: Precious Freedom: A Novel

The Vietnam War was a tragedy for America—and for Vietnam. But for the Vietnamese, it was also a victory: they defeated the world’s wealthiest country and most powerful military. James Bradley, the author of Flags of Our Fathers, began to wonder: How did they win?

James Bradley, author of Precious Freedom: A Novel, is the New York Times #1 bestselling author of Flags of Our Fathers, Flyboys, The Imperial Cruise, and The China Mirage. James lived in Vietnam for ten years to research and write his fifth book, Precious Freedom: A Novel of the Vietnam War.

  • It is all but certain that NYC will have an open communist mayor in January. What the long-and short-term results for NYC and the country?
  • America’s largest and most powerful cities (NYC, Chicago and LA) have become battlegrounds for democracy.
  • Episode One of The Gateway Pundit’s DC Dive with TGP White House correspondent Jordan Conradson, breaking down some of the top stories this week, premiered this week.
    • A Chicago judge signed an order Wednesday prohibiting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from making arrests at Cook County courthouses, citing concerns about “fear or obstruction” while suspected illegal immigrants attend court proceedings. (Fox News)
    • Local officials in the Midwest sanctuary city, which the Trump administration has targeted in its federal immigration crackdown, claimed people were avoiding court because they were afraid of being detained. The order bans immigration authorities from making civil arrests of any “party, witness, or potential witness” during court appearances.
    • ICE AGENTS have taken down a security fence around their immigration in Broadview in response to a judge’s order calling it illegal and a safety hazard.
  • S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers were targets of two separate vehicular assaults in the Chicago metro area. In Bensenville, Illinois and again in Norridge, IL criminal illegal aliens weaponized their vehicles in deliberate attempts to ram and injure officers carrying out their sworn duty to uphold our nation’s immigration laws.
    • In the first assault in Norridge, IL, Miguel Escareno De Loera, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, rammed his vehicle into an ICE law enforcement vehicle twice. He then jumped a curb and crashed his car into a stop sign—ending his violent assault.
    • Escareno De Loera entered the United States at an unknown date and unknown location, without inspection by an immigration official.
    • In the second instance, Widman Osberto Lopez-Funes, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, rammed his vehicle into ICE agents during a targeted enforcement operation, and then exited the vehicle and fled into his residence in Bensenville, IL. This criminal illegal alien was later arrested on scene without incident.
    • Lopez-Funes entered the United States at an unknown date and unknown location, without inspection by an immigration official.
    • Both criminals will remain in custody pending removal proceedings, and the Administration is pursuing criminal charges for assaulting law enforcement. (DHS)
  • Appeals court denies Trump administration appeal of National Guard deployment ruling in Illinois
  • Earlier this week, the SCOTUS heard arguments on a case which could further weaken the Voting Rights Act.
  • The long-running dispute concerns the congressional map Louisiana was required to redraw last year after it was sued under the Voting Rights Act to ensure that there were two majority-Black districts. The original map had only one such district in a state where a third of the population is Black. (NBC News)
  • Redistricting could change the balance of power in the House of Representatives for years and may have a significant impact on the 2026 midterms.
  • A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from firing federal workers during the government shutdown.
    • US District Judge Susan Illston, a Clinton appointee, issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on Wednesday and stopped the Trump Administration from firing federal workers. (Christina Laila/The Gateway Pundit)

Kaelan Deese, Department of Justice Reporter: The Washington Examiner

Jordan Conradson, Investigative Reporter: The Gateway Pundit

Segment Topic:

Democrats vote against reopening government for the 10th time.

  • Are the Dem-Com’s using the shutdown to whittle away at the BBB?
  • Is the shutdown about a power struggle inside the Democrat Party for control?
  • Some (inside the Beltway pundits) have pointed to tomorrow’s “No Kings” rally’s as the red line for opening the government. If the rallies are well attended and forceful, the Dem’s will keep the government closed.  If they are a failure, they will cave.
  • President Donald Trump told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures” that Democrats “made one mistake” with the ongoing government shutdown.
  • “I think they could just stay out forever, I mean, to be honest with you. Now, what we’re doing is we’re cutting Democrat programs that we didn’t want because… I mean, they made one mistake. They didn’t realize that that gives me the right to cut programs that Republicans never wanted. You know, giveaways, welfare programs, et cetera. And we’re doing that, and we’re cutting them permanently,” Trump said. (Fox)

9:06

Show Open:

  • While President Trump was posthumously awarding Charlie Kirk the Medal of Freedom two-days ago, Wikipedia was busy smearing Charlie Kirk’s life and legacy.  How did they; and why did they do such a despicable thing?
      • From the Media Research Center:
    • Wikipedia Smears Charlie Kirk Just Before Presidential Medal of Freedom Ceremony
    • Wikipedia’s systemic editorial bias, which has been extensively documented by Media Research Center’s Free Speech America as consistently favoring liberal narratives and targeting conservatives, is on full display again in its relentless smearing of Charlie Kirk.
  • Days before the assassinated Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk was posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Wikipedia editors added new smears to Kirk’s page, as detailed in a new blog post by MRC Free Speech America.

The Timing: The edits, which expanded the list of critiques and added more condemnatory language, were made between October 3 and 10, just ahead of the Medal of Freedom ceremony, America’s highest civilian honor.

  • The Smears: Editors altered Kirk’s introductory paragraph to include heavily loaded and subjective language. The page now accuses Kirk of promoting a “white genocide conspiracy theory” (a change from the already inflammatory “Great Replacement conspiracy theory”), advocating for “Christian nationalism,” and spreading “COVID-19 misinformation.”
  • The Pattern: This behavior follows a documented pattern of Wikipedia adding an accusation of “misinformation” to Kirk’s writeup on the day he was killed.
      • This latest action confirms the Media Research Center’s previous findings that Wikipedia effectively “blacklists” right-leaning media and routinely applies highly biased, insulting labels to conservative figures. (Catherine Salgado/MRC)
  • Is Nancy Pelosi feeling the heat?
    • BREAKING: Nancy Pelosi SNAPS at OUR Reporter – Points in Her Face and Hurls Insults When our reporter pressed on why she refused National Guard support on January 6th, she lost it – pointing in her face, yelling “Shut up,” and accusing her of pushing “Republican talking points.” No answer. Just insults. This is how the democratic so-called Speaker of “the people” treats the press when they don’t fall in line.
      • Pelosi’s meltdown says everything. What is she trying to hide? (Lindell TV)

Panelist:

Dan Schneider, Vice President for Free Speech at the Media Research Center

Segment Topic:

Community Bank Delaware

Monologue:

“The shoe is on the other foot!”

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • CNN Townhall: “Shutdown America”
    • Guests: Bernie (it’s the onesies) Sanders and the Princess of Marxism: Alexandria Ocasio Cortez
    • Phil, I don’t remember CNN providing Republicans with a townhall during past shutdowns for which they were being blamed by Pelosi and Schumer?
    • We are into the third week of the shutdown, where are we at this point?
    • Republicans have given the Dem-Coms 9-chances to reopen the government (clean spending bill) and each time they said NO!
    • Some inside the Beltway pundits are pointing to this Saturday’s “No Kings” protests as a Dem-Com hard deadline to cave to Republicans.  After the Saturday’s protests, they will have no choice but to deal with Republicans.  Do you agree?
  • Here is Chuck Schumer outright lying over the past weekend.  Schumer claimed that Republicans have caused a healthcare crisis. (audio cut).
    • Are the Dem-Com’s using the shutdown to whittle away at the BBB?
  • A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from firing federal workers during the government shutdown.
    • US District Judge Susan Illston, a Clinton appointee, issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on Wednesday and stopped the Trump Administration from firing federal workers. (Christina Laila/The Gateway Pundit)
      • Is President Trump being forced to take serious action against these rogue Federal judges?

Panelist:

Phil Reboli, Senior Director of Conservative Partnership Institute and former US Senate Legislative Director.

10:35

Segment Topic:

  • While Nancy Pelosi and her party claim “chaos” and Trump is turning crisis into clarity — freezing $26 billion in blue-state pork, halting green-energy pet projects and directing departments to prepare reduction-in-force plans as part of a broader review of spending and accountability. Those plans are now in motion: The Office of Management and Budget confirmed that federal layoffs have begun, with cuts underway in Health, Homeland Security and Commerce. Washington calls it chaos. I call it a cleanup — a reckoning long overdue in the deep-state swamp. For the first time in modern history, a shutdown isn’t about stalling — it’s about a president reshaping Washington for the people. (Mehek Cooke/Fox News)
    • Not so fast:
  • Federal Judge temporarily blocks Trump Admin’s shutdown-related layoffs. (Stacy Robinson/The Epoch Times)
    • US District Judge Susan Illston, a Clinton appointee, issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on Wednesday and stopped the Trump Administration from firing federal workers. (Christina Laila/The Gateway Pundit)
      • The judge said at the outset of the hearing that she intended to block the firings, unless the government could change her mind.
  • Is the three-week old government shutdown going to hurt Democrat chances in next year’s midterms? (Harry Enten/CNN)
    • Democrats’ chance of taking the House in 2026 have plummeted, while GOP chances have skyrocketed over the last 6 months… Why?
      • 1. Dems aren’t keeping up with the pace they set in 2017 on the generic ballot.
      • 2. GOP may be looking at big gains from mid-decade redistricting.
  • U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday confirmed he has authorized covert CIA operations in Venezuela.
  • The decision would expand U.S. assets deployed to Venezuela, placing added pressure on the regime of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro.
  • The development is the latest in a series of events amid growing tensions between the United States and Venezuela, including U.S. tariffs on countries that buy Venezuelan oil and strikes on boats off the waters of Venezuela, which the Trump administration said were trafficking drugs. The Epoch Times)
    • What is the Trump’s Administration’s end game here?  Regime change, stopping the flow of narcotics into the United States?

Panelist:

Sam Dorman, Washington correspondent covering courts and politics for the Epoch Times

11:06

Segment Topic:

  • Battleground Chicago!
    • The order bans immigration authorities from making civil arrests of any “party, witness, or potential witness” during court appearances.
    • ICE AGENTS have taken down a security fence around their immigration in Broadview in response to a judge’s order calling it illegal and a safety hazard.
    • Yesterday, President Trump insisted that Black Chicagoans are wearing MAGA hats are in support of his ICE crackdown.  Is that true?
    • Do most people in Illinois support JB Protzker (The happy Warrior) and Brandon Johnson (the Marxist mayor)?
  • To no one’s surprise, Hamas has NOT disarmed and is now carrying our public executions of Palestinians they accuse of being traitors or collaborating with Israel.
    • They continue to violate the cease fire and have not returned the bodies of those they killed on or after October 7th and they tried to pull a fast one – by returning the dead body of a non-Israeli; dressed in an IDF uniform.
      • What happens next?
      • Will Hamas be forcibly disarmed?
      • Will neighboring Arab countries get involved?
  • There has been discussions (recently) that Iraq might be willing to join the Abraham Accords.  Is this likely?

Panelist:

Mark Vargas Editor in Chief of the Illinois Review. Mark is a passionate conservative! From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Vargas served as a civilian within the Office of the Secretary of Defense on a special Iraq task force. In 2009 he was awarded the Secretary of Defense Global War on Terrorism Civilian Service Medal.

11:33

Segment Topic:

  • Loudon County, VA Schools in the news again!
    • Parents from Northern Virginia late Wednesday night surpassed the massive $125,000 bond that a judge ordered them to pay in order to stay in court and defend their sons, who were suspended and found responsible for sexual harassment after objecting to a transgender classmate using their male-only locker room.
    • The parents, who are suing the Loudoun County Public Schools district, raised over $125,000 ahead of the Friday deadline and even met the original Wednesday deadline before it was granted an extension.
    • They were originally ordered by a federal judge last Friday to come up with the funds by the end of the day on Wednesday if they wanted to keep fighting for their sons in court. The $125,000 “bond” was ordered by the judge in the case, Leonie Brinkema, who said the money is meant to ensure that the parents would be able to pay for the school district’s attorney fees if they end up losing.
  • Is Transgenderism fizzling out and if so, why?
    • The trans-identification trend among young people appears to be losing momentum.
    • Recent data taken from college campuses shows a sharp decline in the number of Gen Zers identifying as transgender over the past three years.
      • Eric Kaufmann, a professor of politics at the University of Buckingham, conducted his own analysis of a large survey of U.S. undergraduates — which included a question asking them to identify their gender.
      • In the 2025 survey of 68,000 students, only 3.6% of respondents identified as a gender other than male or female.
      • “By comparison, the figure was 5.2% in 2024 and 6.8% in both 2022 and 2023,” Kaufmann wrote in his analysis, which was published on UnHerd.com.
      • “In other words, the share of trans-identified students has effectively halved in just two years.” (Fox News)
      • New survey shows how gender madness ‘non-binary’ was just a fad pushed by radical activists. (Karol Markowitz/NY Post)

Panelist:

Darlene McCormick Sanchez is a reporter for The Epoch Times reporter.  Ms. McCormick-Sanchez covers border security, immigration, election integrity and transgenderism.

09:06 AM ET

Show Open:

  • CNN’s Christine Amanpour: “The Israeli hostages have probably been treated better than the average Gazan because they are the pawns & chips that Hamas had.” Evyatar David was quite literally forced to dig his own grave. Absolutely unacceptable from CNN. (Eyal Yakoby on X)

  • NBC Reporter Frets Palestinian ‘Hostages,’ Celebrates Gazans Having ‘Their Land’ Back. (Curtis Houck)

  • Majority of The View’s Cast Refuse to Credit Trump for Ceasefire (Nicholas Fondacaro)

Segment Topic:

  • Did Keir Starmer attempt to take credit for Trump’s 20-Point, peace plan? (Education Secretary, Bridget Phillipson on Sky News Sunday with Trevor Phillips.
  • Does the Gaza peace deal give Trump leverage to tackle Ukraine and Russia?
    • Until now, the idea of a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine has been dismissed as naïve—a diplomatic quagmire with no off-ramp. But Trump’s momentum abroad, coupled with renewed credibility among America’s allies, changes that calculus. “Peace in the Middle East gives Trump something no one else has had—political capital with proof,” says Gilson. “He can now say to Putin and Zelensky, ‘I’ve done this before. It works.’”
  • As the world watches the ink dry on the Middle East peace accord, Gilson urges analysts and citizens alike to keep their eyes on what comes next. “Trump has always seen patterns where others see chaos,” he explains. “If he can transform the world’s most volatile region into a stable one, then Russia and Ukraine aren’t beyond reach—they’re next in line.”
  • Yesterday, Conservatives in the UK marked the 100th birthday of former Prime Minister, (Lady) Margaret Thatcher. What do you remember most about writing speeches for Lady Thatcher?

    • Jeffries tells Lawler to ‘keep your mouth shut’ as shutdown sparks Capitol Hill confrontations. (Fox News)
    • Chuck Schumer claims that the BBB destroyed healthcare in America. Wasn’t Obama, Schumer and the rest of their party which drove up premiums, drove up deductibles and forced Americans out of private insurance and onto the Govt exchanges?
    • Congressman, where are we with regard to the government shutdown and does Mike Johnson have the leverage to force the Dem-Coms back to the negotiating table?
      • Will the American people accept healthcare for illegals?
      • Will the American people accept fewer budget cuts by way of reconciliation; deep cuts we were promised?

    • Is it WOKE? Or is it really Marxist, Socialist or Communist ideology which has infested higher education?
    • How did “WOKE” and DEI (Affirmative Action) infect colleges and universities in the first place?
    • Are a majority of professors infecting their students with a skull full of mush? (Professor Charles W. Kingsfield)
      • Palestinians in Gaza were chanting: Trump, Trump, Trump. Do you think you will find students at any “WOKE” school chanting President Trump’s name positively?
    • Does today’s college age student really understand what a NAZI or fascist is?
  • The Federal Government is offering a “Golden Age” of academic excellence on higher education if colleges and universities enter into an agreement. Is this the responsibility of the Federal Government?
  • Is the Trump Administration finding it too difficult in cutting off tax dollars to these schools?
  • Is cleaning up “WOKE” in higher education a multi-generational problem?

Panelist:

Cornell University Law Professor, William A. Jacobsen.

Jacobson is author of the conservative law blog, Legal Insurrection.

In October 2017 William Jacobson, a professor of law at Cornell University and, as a conservative, something of an endangered species among Ivy League academics, was invited to deliver a lecture at Vassar College in upstate New York.

The event had been organized by a group of conservative students, and was intended to challenge the climate of repression at colleges and universities that had steadily banished views dissenting from the progressive orthodoxies. The title of the talk was “An Examination of Hate Speech and Free Speech on College Campuses”.

The notice of the event was met by unironic rage. Student groups organized to protest and object and try to have the talk cancelled. The Vassar authorities quickly sided with the protesters and the college president condemned the speech.

The lecture nevertheless went ahead, under heavy security. College administrators arranged for students both to protest and to retreat to “safe spaces” where they could be insulated from the offensive views. (Times of London)
