- Brown University or “Clown University?”
- Lack Of Information About Brown University Murders “Allows a Lot of Speculation to Flourish”
- “I think with the assassination of Charlie Kirk on a campus there’s a question, no answers yet, but there’s a question whether this was a targeted killing. (Cornell University Law Professor, William A. Jacobson/Legal Insurrection)
- The Administration of Brown University, the Providence Police Chief Oscar L. Perez Jr. and the Mayor look like buffoons.
- They keep defending not having cameras in an old campus building, however, I have wireless security cameras around my home – why didn’t they have them?
- American culture and the Republic itself struggles to survive in a sea of communism, Marxism and every other form of ism; and a refusal of some immigrants to assimilate.
- Michael Finch says in his latest opinion piece in: Front Page Magazine that:
We are all now sadly aware that, in the infamous words of Barack Obama, the Left is seeking to “radically transform the United States of America.” For them to build their new heaven on earth, and attain their fantasized utopia, they must burn down the house, erase the past and wipe it clean.
- In their retelling, America’s birthday no longer is 1776, but 1619. Columbus came to this new land to execute a genocide. America is imperialistic, racist, and sexist, and these sins are baked into its founding. Hence their creation of a self-loathing iteration of American history and culture that infects so many of our citizens. The culture and history of America matter deeply. When we don’t recognize the greatness of our culture and history, when we are taught to hate our own history and myths and stories, then we fracture, we balkanize. We fall apart.
- To restore American culture, to restore Americanism, what is the responsibility of educators? Should they be held responsible for NOT teaching Americanism?
- What are the responsibilities of parents?
- We are fortunate that the path back from the Left’s malicious falsehoods lies all around us. Take to the road and discover this country anew. Read the great books, the poets, visit the State Capitols and let our great buildings inspire you. View the art that projects on canvas the very beauty and inspiration of sea to shining sea.
- Most importantly, don’t wait for our failed schools, but teach our children the essence of our nation’s greatness and beauty. The story of our nation and its people are the most fascinating and inspiring that has ever existed in human history. Be proud and embrace it, learn and teach it, and we just may survive the current and future crises that befall us. (Michael Finch/Front Page Magazine)

Show Open:
- Trump tout’s success with gasoline at or under $2-dollars a gallon!
- Gasoline rose 30-50% during Biden term.
- Why Energy Dominance is Now a National Security Imperative!
- Writing for RealClearDefense, energy expert and Power the Future spokesman Larry Behrensargues that President Trump’s newly released National Security Strategy signals a long-overdue return to seriousness in American defense by believing energy security is national security, and rejecting the idea that “climate change” and “net zero” should have any place in security planning.
- At the center of that effort is energy dominance. The strategy elevates oil, natural gas, coal, and nuclear production as top strategic priorities—linking abundant, affordable energy to good jobs, lower costs for families, a revived industrial base, and the technological edge needed for fields like AI and advanced manufacturing. A national defense built to win depends on a reliable energy system behind it.
- Europe is failing to understand this troublesome dynamic. Even though the Russian invasion of Ukraine is nearly four years old, the European Union still spent €21.9 billionon Russian energy last year or €3.2 billion more than the EU gave to Ukraine in aid during the same period. Relying on adversaries for energy is not an option for rational countries.
- In a crisis, energy becomes leverage. By expanding U.S. energy exports, the Trump Administration’s strategy strengthens our alliances and limits the ability of adversaries to pressure other nations. When our partners can buy fuel from America, they are less vulnerable to Moscow, Beijing, or Tehran.
- Our adversaries aren’t confused about their priorities. They are investing in hard power and securing energy supplies while Western governments chased “net zero” targets as if they were a strategy. This new National Security Strategy puts energy, industry, and sovereignty back at the center of defense policy and finally acknowledges that green fantasies are no substitute for steel, fuel, and deterrence.
For the first time in years, we have leadership willing to say what servicemembers, energy workers, and ordinary citizens have always known: a strong America runs on reliable energy, not slogans. (Larry Behrens/Power The Future)

-
- The resignation of Dan Bongino.
- Your assessment of the job Pam Bondi has done?
- Delaware U.S. Attorney Julianne Murray resigned last week because she could not get a confirmation hearing before the U.S. Senate. Shouldn’t all Trump nominees have this opportunity?
- Is Blue-Slip unconstitutional?
- Insiders at the FBI say that FBI agents are flipping the bird to Kash Patel (can the FBI return to the pre-Patriot Act days?).
- A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s bid to continue the deployment of the National Guard in Washington, D.C., signaling that it may find the troop’s deployment within the nation’s capital to be lawful.
- Will this decision have any effect on other cities where Trump wants to deploy the guard?
- Nick Reiner in court yesterday. Does he really face the death penalty? How do judges consider a suspect with mental health or substance abuse issues – such as the Reiner double-murder?
- The right should be pro-actively defending free speech, not getting caught up in petty censorship feuds. (NY Post/Rikki Schlott)
- Conservatives are champions of free speech — and they shouldn’t lose sight of that fact.
- When woke leftists wielded institutional power and squelched campus free speech, the right defended students’ and professors’ ability to say whatever they please.
- But now, a new report from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression shows a record number of students whose speech rights were violated, driven by a rise of conservative suppression of expression.
- The right needs to be careful not to squash the free speech it was just defending.
- FIRE’s Students Under Fire databaseshows that at least 273 students were targeted for their speech — a record breaking number that’s higher than even the depths of cancel culture in 2020.
The organization says they’ve noticed “a uptick in attempts by the political right to silence speech,” mostly by threatening to strip funding if certain students are not expelled, demanding certain groups be banned and writing executive orders to ban controversial shows or festivals.

Segment Topic:
- Delayed Pipe Bomb Arrest Reveals a Partisan Biden FBI:
- John O’Connor has always defended the FBI – not anymore!
- To be sure, various conservative commentators, prominently among them Dan Bongino, had claimed that the failure to solve the case showed that the pipe bomb was just an FBI “setup” to smear Donald Trump for January 6.
- This theory was not lacking in solid inference if one assumes a straight-shooting FBI not obstructed by a biased White House. Specifically, the Biden White House and Congressional Democrats, using their media megaphone, transmogrified the democratic January 6 protests into far more than the isolated, emotional ugliness they were. In short, the January 6 protest was an understandable populist reaction to an election for which any democracy worth its name should be ashamed. (John O’Connor)
- Back on February 5th, 2023, Bongino floated a conspiracy theory on the J6 pipe bombs.
- Bongino claimed that his source was reliable, however; Bongino wants us to believe the conspiracy evaporated when he joined the FBI.
- According to the FBI, this was NOT a fake assassination plot back on January 6th, 2021.
- Last February, Bongino assured his listeners that the J6 pipe bomb suspect was part of a conspiracy to drag Trump supporters into a double assassination attempt.

Show open and Segment Topic:
- Culpability of the Australian Government in Bondi Beach terror attack:
- Bondi Beach suspect was ‘closely connected’ to ISIS terrorist — but later dropped from monitoring.
- Judy Isaacson Elias warns that the Bondi Beach Hanukkah shooting is part of a growing wave of Jew‑hatred fueled by weak leadership and Islamist incitement, urging “good people of the world” to finally stand up and act.
- NSW Police response to the terror attack is being criticized.
- Naveed Akram, 24— who is in police custody after he and his father, Sajid, 50, allegedly killed 15 people on Sunday during a Hanukkah celebration — had been an associate of Islamic extremist Isaac El Matari (NY Post/ABC)
- Muslim Migrant from Syria disarmed one of the terrorists (Ahmed el Ahmed a fruit shop owner from Sutherland, Australia).
How does the Bondi Beach attack fits into the pattern of escalating antisemitic violence since October 7, including attempts to normalize or excuse Jew‑hatred in Western societies?
- Why moral ambiguity from governments and institutions emboldens extremists, and what true “moral clarity” from leaders would sound like right now. Have the courageous actions of the Syrian man served as a lesson to cowardice governments in the West?
- What Jewish families and communities are feeling in this moment, and why non‑Jewish allies must treat Bondi as a global wake‑up call, not a one‑day story.
- Rabbi Rabbi Pesach Wolicki: Executive Director of Israel365 Action said Islamic terror is targeting any Biblically connected religion or civilization.
- 55% of American Jews say they have been the target of Anti-Semitism in the past year!

Segment Topic:
- From immigration to infiltration!
- Empathy without enforcement is a security failure!
- The father of the father/son terrorist team was handed a series of visas tailor-made to provide access to the Australian homeland and permit him to create his own terrorist army in 30-years.
- They use the same method to infiltrate countries around the world, create offspring – especially in Europe, the United States and Canada. And use their offspring to wage war against the West.
- The gun-wielding father — who was killed at the scene during a shootout with police— had made three trips abroad, returning each time on a resident return visa. He entered the country on a student visa 30 years ago.
- The recent devastating attacks in Australia and at Brown are not isolated incidents or failures of empathy; they reflect a structural breakdown in how Western states govern entry, citizenship, and allegiance.
New reporting suggests that the Brown University shooter yelled “Allahu Akbar,” before opening fire at students. The police in Rhode Island REFUSE to address these claims. This claim remains unconfirmed!
This is about citizenship. When states lose the ability to define membership and enforce allegiance, violence becomes a predictable outcome, not an aberration.
Panelist:
Ammon Blair, Senior Fellow at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, is a 20+ year U.S. Border Patrol veteran, and one of the clearest voices on America’s national security and immigration.
Assimilation is not automatic. Allegiance does not arise from exposure to liberal norms alone—it requires enforceable conditions: lawful entry, credible vetting, and clear civic authority.
Modern migration is shaped by transnational criminal networks, terrorist groups, and hostile actors. Many arrivals remain embedded in coercive systems that undermine loyalty to the host state.
State collapse destroys vetting capacity. Admitting individuals who cannot be reliably identified is not compassion; it is a national-security failure.
The Somalia–Somaliland contrast shows the core truth: stability follows enforceable sovereignty and defined allegiance, not shared culture or moral appeals.
Moral vision depends on political order. Without clear boundaries and enforcement, rival loyalties and extremist networks fill the vacuum.
A temporary pause on immigration from high-risk regions is a corrective measure to restore vetting, sovereignty, and ordered liberty—not a punitive one.

Segment Topic:
- Peoples Republic of California targets non-lethal weapons!
- California’s crackdown on ‘less-lethal’ weapons sparks 2A lawsuit targeting Newsom administration
- Byrna Technologies claims state violates Second Amendment by blocking ammunition sales of less-lethal weapons
- A company that sells self-defense weapons brought a lawsuit on Wednesday against Democratic Gavin Newsom‘s administration, alleging that California, a state heavy on gun restrictions, was violating the Second Amendment because it also hindered people from buying less-lethal self-defense products.
- Bryna Technologies CEO Bryan Ganz told Fox News Digital his company’s weapons, which look like handguns but shoot powerful chemical irritants rather than lethal bullets, were legal in all 50 states. But California, Ganz said, blocked sales of Byrna’s ammunition and launchers.
- “It’s easier for a Californian to get a license to carry a lethal weapon than to carry a Byrna with chemical irritant rounds,” Ganz said. “So, they’re clearly driving some people to purchase lethal weapons. So, I would say that we probably have the support of both people on the right side and the left side of the 2A debate.” (Fox News)

Segment Topic:
- Senate sets Obamacare subsidy vote for Thursday!
- Majority Leader John Thune confirmed yesterday that the Cassidy–Crapo plan will be brought to the floor this week. The GOP proposal would steer up to $1,500 a year into tax-advantaged HSAs paired with lower-cost plans in 2026 and 2027, rather than extending the enhanced ACA subsidies set to expire at year-end. Democrats remain committed to a three-year continuation, arguing lapse would trigger major premium spikes for millions of households.
- Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.) and other GOP centrists are planning to introduce an amendment in the House Rules Committee on Tuesday that pairs a two-year extension of the subsidies with eligibility reforms, according to a House GOP staffer who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
- The average American did NOT receive any extensions back in 2009 to protect them from rising premiums and deductibles and the loss of their preferred catastrophic policies. (go to the EXCHANGE like you were told)!
- Conservatives opposed to extending the subsidies have frequently cited the cost, which is estimated to be at least $35 billion per year. (The Hill)
- The measure incorporates key provisions of a bill Fitzpatrick and Rep. Jared Golden (D-Maine) previously introduced, but it does not contain the bill’s proposed reforms to the pharmacy benefits manager industry.
- Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) has said he understands that moderates are worried about the politics of not extending the subsidies. But he has given no indication that he is interested in passing any such legislation.
- Isn’t this the perfect opportunity to end the Obamacare disaster?
- The Democrats deliberately created this disaster and now they want help from Republicans to fix it?
- Is the United Healthcare gravy-train coming to an end?

Does the media hate Christmas or Christians?
The trouble with this is that as little boys and girls start growing up and find themselves swimming in a sea of “I hate Christmas” media stories some — maybe much more than some — will begin to believe these stories are not only reality but that they should be reality.
With Christianity itself beginning to fade as “the reason for the season,” Christmas can sound more like let-it-snow winter festival than a celebration of the birth of Christ.
Alas, no one has a crystal ball on something like this. But as it is at this moment, there is a serious media cavalcade out there annually pushing negative stories about Christmas. Not good. Not good at all.
The media used to be dedicated to the public good; but no more.
- The Murder of Rob Reiner: (The American Spectator/Jeffrey Lord)
“Back there in the long ago of 2017, the liberals running CNN were tired of my on-air Trump supporting, and used a tweeted joke as an excuse to push me out the door.
And to my amazement, I was quickly supported by no less than Rob Reiner and Bill Maher. I was invited to appear on Bill’s show, and there I met Rob in person on the set of Bill’s late-night show. Rob and Bill both were the epitome of graciousness, making it clear that they thought I had been wrongly dismissed.
In chatting with Rob both on and off the air, it was clear that while he was a decided liberal and I, the Trump-supporting conservative, Rob was a serious defender of free speech and absolutely willing to speak out on the subject.
Our conversations gave me the greatest respect for Rob. He was, decidedly, one of Hollywood’s most talented players. The son of another Hollywood movie and TV legend, Carl Reiner, Rob built his own quite considerable career.”

This Nativity is the visible fruit of 40 Days for Life’s global mission. The display incorporates more than 25,000 ribbons, each representing a life saved through 40 Days for Life prayer vigils and peaceful outreach this year alone. - For the first time, the Vatican is placing a visibly pro-life message at the very heart of the Christmas story, and it is doing so by elevating the real-world impact of the modern pro-life movement.

- Gasoline prices are falling to levels not seen since President Trump’s first term. What effect is this having on “AFFORDABILITY” and the stability of the U.S. economy.
- This week, the U.S. House began what is slated to be two weeks of permitting action. Most notable on the calendar so far has been the passage of H.R. 3898, the “Promoting Efficient Review for Modern Infrastructure Today (PERMIT) Act,” which reforms Section 401 permitting through the Clean Water Act. Section 401 permits have long been weaponized to stop the development of natural gas pipeline infrastructure. (American Energy Alliance)
- Blue States can manipulate energy prices to their political advantage:
- The Institute for Energy Research, in partnership with Always On Energy Research, released Blue States, High Rates, a detailed new report demonstrating how state-level policy decisions shape electricity prices. The research focuses on five states – California, Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky, and New York – to illustrate how state-level energy policies affect affordability.
- Have the climate wackos lost their mojo (Bill Gates)?
- California dancing at the edge of a cliff (offshore drilling, declining refining capacity).
- The New York Post has uncoveredone of the Biden Administration’s most stunning green disasters: after spending more than $3 billion in taxpayer money to “electrify” the Postal Service, the USPS has managed to put just 612 electric mail trucks on the road. That’s not a typo. Three billion dollars. Six hundred twelve vehicles. The Post summed it up bluntly:
- “The US Postal Service has spent more than $3 billion in tax dollars on a brand-new all-electric fleet of mail trucks — and gotten just 612 vehicles for its money.”
- The rest of the fleet? A mess. More than 6,700 Ford E-Transit vans have been delivered but are sitting idle because they can’t cover rural routes or heavy loads. Oshkosh, the contractor that received the bulk of the money, has struggled so badly that early leak tests resulted in “water pouring out as if the windows had been left open in a storm.” Production has averaged three to four trucks per day. Meanwhile, USPS has quietly purchased over 26,000 internal combustion vehicles just to keep the system functioning.
- Joni Ernst is right to call this a “tremendous waste.” This was never about modernizing the fleet- it was about forcing a political project onto an essential service. And the result is exactly what you get when ideology replaces engineering: billions spent, almost nothing delivered, and taxpayers left holding the bag. If this is what “green modernization” looks like, it’s no wonder Americans are demanding real accountability, and real energy solutions that actually work. (Power the Future)
- AI data centers use about 8 times as much electricity as traditional data centers. This extra demand is already putting pressure on local grids. In Virginia, electricity bills are expected to increase by up to 25% by 2030 due to rising demand from these facilities. Have the Trump Administrations efforts so far to power AI shown any progress to date?

Show Open:
- The death of Rob Reiner!
- Could “Jingle Bells” be racist as Joy Reid claims?
- PBS accuses Trump of “overtly racist rhetoric.”
- The trio of PBS News Hour anchor Amna Nawaz, New York Times columnist David Brooks, and MS NOW host Jonathan Capehart assembled on Friday to attack President Trump for allegedly using “overtly racist rhetoric” at a recent speech, but nobody cared to actually specify what they found so objectionable.
- Nawaz, who just won a Walter Cronkite Award for supposedly being able to bring diverse viewpoints to the show, began with Brooks and rattled off a list of things she considered setbacks for the administration before turning the speech, “At the same time, we’re seeing a ramping up of the president’s overtly racist rhetoric. That affordability speech in Pennsylvania just devolved into an anti-immigrant, racist rant. David, are those things related?”
- Trump said many things in that speech, but two things he brought up that nobody at PBS wanted to talk about were the Somali welfare fraud scandal rocking Minnesota and the fact that Rep. Ilhan Omar “does nothing but bitch. She’s always complaining.” The welfare fraud scandal is real, and even if one wants to demand presidents use G-rated language in public, it is still true that Omar is always complaining and running down the country that granted her asylum—not to mention her frequent descents into anti-Semitism. - Late night shows go full-on revolutionary propaganda!
- Where was Jimmy Kimmel when Obama a Pelosi blew-up our healthcare system? Was Kimmel crying for us when our premiums and deductibles exploded?
- Kimmel went to the well for an expert on healthcare – he welcomed mayor Pete – who is arguably the worst cabinet secretary in this nation’s history.
- Mayor Pete may know something about healthcare; he took a leave of absence from the Transportation Department to breast feed his baby!
- Did Mayor Pete ride his bike to the ABC studios in LA?
- Did Pete ever go to East Palestine?
- Kimmel dug up David Letterman – who now resembles Rumpelstiltskin to claim that the failed ABC late night political hit man is the leader of the resistance!
- Wikipedia and its little-known ally, Wiki Education, have quietly enlisted and trained more than 140,000 college students to build an army of activists who have already edited thousands of pages on the site, reshaping its content to push left-wing narratives, the Media Research Center has learned. - Death and carnage on a beach in Sydney Australia.
- One of the terror suspects in the Bondi Beach Hanukkah massacreis believed to have studied religion at an Islamic center in Australia that has ties to other Muslim-run organizations in the country.
- Children and a Holocaust survivor are among the 15 people killedwhen a pair of deranged gunmen opened fire on a crowded Australian beach where thousands of local Jews had gathered to celebrate the first day of Hanukkah.
- The victims range in age from 10 to 87, Australian authorities confirmed, and include religious leaders, devoted friends and beloved family members.
- But the celebratory beach outing quickly turned into terror when a hateful father and son — Naveed Akram, 24, and his 50-year-old father — showed up with shotguns, a rifle, and a car full of explosives and started shooting at anybody in sight.
- The gunmen managed to fire uninhibited for about 10 minutes, according to witnesses.
- Dead shooter was in Australia on various visas.
- Naveed (24 year old son) was finally neutralized by a courageous bystander who tackled and took him down.
- The man who took down the son was apparently a Muslim. Why do we not see more Muslims show this kind of courage?
- Naveed Akram, 24, who allegedly opened fire with his father on thousands of Jews celebrating Hanukkah Sunday night, was tagged in a February 2022 social media post praising him for mastering “all the rules of tajweed” — the recitation of laws of the Quran — at the Al-Murad Institute outside Sydney.
- “Another one of my dear students, Naveed Akram, passing the Iqra books and tajweed this morning, perfecting his all the rules of tajweed,” Adam Ismail, head of the institute, said in the since-deleted Facebook post. (NY Post/Anna Young)
Miranda Devine of the NY Post said: “And it is all so sickeningly predictable.
- Unchecked antisemitism, cowardly appeasement, lax policing and foolish immigration decisions half a century in gestation have coalesced in multicultural southwestern Sydney, an hour’s drive from Bondi.
- In the two years since the Hamas attack on Israel, synagogues in Sydney have been firebombed, kosher restaurants vandalized, cars outside Jewish homes torched and rancid antisemitic graffiti has become ubiquitous along the Bondi promenade: “Kill Jews” is the mantra.
- Every weekend for at least two years downtown Sydney is shut down by Palestinian protests.
- In August, tens of thousands of people waving Palestinian flags and wearing now-fashionable keffiyehs marched across the Sydney Harbour Bridge to demand Israel “stop the genocide” in Gaza. They were accompanied by the Sydney mayor, the former state premier, Labor members of parliament and assorted local celebrities.
- Australia now recognizes a Palestinian State!
- The intifada is now “GLOBALIZED.”
- Harrowing footage from the Hanukkah shooting in Sydney, Australia, shows a bystander tackling and disarming one of the gunmen who opened fire and killed 16 people while injuring dozens more on Sunday.
- The footage shows the bystander sneak up on the shooter as he is firing on victims off-screen. The man then tackled the shooter and wrenched the gun away from him. He then turned the weapon on the shooter, but did not fire.
- The hero has been identified by Australian media as Ahmed al-Ahmad, 43. The man’s cousin, Mustafa al-Ahmad, told Australia’s News 7 that Ahmed was shot once in the arm and once in the shoulder. The injuries came when the second gunman fired on Ahmed after he tackled the first man.

Segment Topic:
- A federal appeals court has halted U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s attempt to probe the Trump administration’s purported refusal to comply with blocks he placed on its deportations of suspected Venezuelan gang members earlier this year.
- The decision on Dec. 12 is the latest development in an interbranch battle over such deportations by the administration. In a per curiam, or unsigned opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit placed a temporary stay on Boasberg’s order requesting testimony about the administration’s decision-making.
- Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran who has been at the center of the Trump administration’s deportation battles, was freed from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after a judge’s order on Thursday.
- S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered ICE to immediately release Abrego Garcia and for the administration to notify the court of his status by 5 p.m.
- “Because Abrego Garcia has been held in ICE detention to effectuate third-country removal absent a lawful removal order, his requested relief is proper,” Xinis said in an opinion.
- White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a Dec. 11 press briefing that the administration will file an appeal.
- “The administration opposed this activism from a judge who is really acting as a judicial activist, which we’ve unfortunately seen in many cases across the country,” Leavitt told reporters.
- A federal appeals court has removed blocks that another judge placed on Congress’s attempt to defund Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.
- In a 3–0 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit disagreed on Dec. 12 that Planned Parenthood was likely to succeed in its legal arguments against the defunding measure. More specifically, they pushed back on the idea that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which was signed by President Donald Trump earlier this year, violated the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection under the law.
- “Preventing these entities from receiving funds if they continue providing abortion services furthers Congress’s interest in reducing abortions,” U.S. Circuit Judge Gustavo Gelpí said in an opinion.
- During this week’s oral arguments in Trump v. Slaughter, Justice Sonia Sotomayor threatened America with a good time— warning that the administration is “asking us to destroy the structure of government.”
- It’s about time an unaccountable fourth branch of the state was decimated.
- Trump v. Slaughter revolves around the president’s ability to fire executive branch officials without cause at “independent” agencies.
- For one thing, nowhere does the Constitution empower Congress to create “independent” anything.
The notion is a concoction of our worst former president, Woodrow Wilson, and it was codified nearly a century ago in Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, when the high court ruled that the Federal Trade Commission was a quasi-legislative, quasi-executive, and quasi-judicial agency. (NY Post)

- Rabbi Wolicki recently laid out why Mamdani’s Twelver Shia background—aligned with the same strain of Islam that governs Iran—makes him “the most dangerous politician in this country,” and why that threat is badly underestimated in mainstream coverage. He also explains the paradox of Jewish progressive voters backing a politician whose ideological allies are openly hostile to Israel and traditional Judaism.

- “Why did so many progressive Jews support Mamdani, and what does that reveal about the deeper identity crisis inside American Jewry?”

Segment Topic:
- The Trump economy Thanksgiving 2025!
- How will average Americans feel about their current and future economic status as they gather around the turkey?
- The Dem-Com’s are trying to focus on the lack of affordability; however, they are the ones who got us into this mess.
- The recently released September Jobs Reportrevealed substantial improvements. Whether it be the growth of wages or number of Americans joining the workforce, it is strikingly clear that President Trump is leading us towards a more prosperous future.
- Under President Trump and this administration, America is becoming more affordable. Gas prices are at a four-year low, core inflation is near its lowest level in four years, and the stock market continues to reach historic highs. Next Thursday, Americans will reap the benefits of this Promising Economy, as Thanksgiving meal prices are down.
- We are now only 347 days away from the 2026 Midterms. Every American must be made aware of the significant results that President Trump and the Republican Party continue to deliver. I have listed below our list of GOP Voices that can speak to this. These individuals can discuss specific topics such as the Promising Economy, Energy Policies, Peace Through Strength, Abolishing the Education Department, and any News of the Day.
- Does the average American have the patience to wait for 2nd Quarter of next year to rate the 2ns Trump economy?

Jon Hartley is an economist specializing in finance, labor economics, and macroeconomics.

Segment Topic:
- The 2025 hurricane season is almost over. What did the media predict about the frequency and severity of storms this year and what did their final tally show?
- Climate change is nearly not as dangerous for America than the Trump Administration and their budget cuts to Federal disaster agencies.
- In August, CNN meteorologist Briana Waxman scare-mongeredthat “Primetime hurricane season is here, and the Atlantic is a powder keg.” Waxman, acting like some sort of eco-seer, claimed that “There are signs tropical development will pick up in earnest over the next one to two weeks as the Atlantic is loaded with potential.”
- New York Times reporter Judson Jones harped on a similar notein August, “A Fairly Quiet Hurricane Season May Be About to Ramp Up.”
- Axios reportedNovember 23 that the 2025 hurricane season is ending without a “single” U.S. landfall for the first time in 10 years. Of course, the liberal outlet couldn’t resist trying to drum up fears despite the catastrophic predictions from months ago going kaput: “That’s welcome news for hurricane-prone states, but doesn’t mean future years will be equally calm — especially as climate change continues to warm the oceans, essentially creating hurricane fuel.”
Panelist:

10:08
Segment Topic:
- “Arctic Frost’s” spying on members of Congress is a Constitutional crisis. What I learned about FBI spying in and out of Congress. (Front Page Mag/Louie Gohmert)
- Many were shocked to find out that Jack Smith (or Jack ‘Frost’ Smith for short, as I prefer) had subpoenaed the cell phone records of many Republicans, including Senators, during the ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation into President Trump for a matter of days. Now we have learned that the Biden administration appointed ‘Special Counsel’ also requested some cell phone records, including mine, for nearly THREE MONTHS from November 3, 2020 to January 8, 2021.
- To understand the Constitutional crisis that this has created, one must first understand that the subpoena was issued as a “Grand Jury Subpoena.” Although we were not in the room when the pitch was made to the grand jury, here is what is fairly obvious. Jack Smith and his cronies, provided information to a group of Washington, DC citizens, 95% of whom (or maybe all of whom) voted for someone other than President Trump, indicating that they believed there was a grand conspiracy for an insurrection to destroy the proper election of the ‘electorally pure’ Joe Biden. To the minds of these jurors, Trump and all of his henchmen must be stopped.
- Jack Smith or someone on his behalf must have assured these fine people of the grand jury that this insurrection occurred on such a broad scale, that it included hundreds of members of Congress and other groups, and that they just had to agree to let them get subpoenas of very personal material from those people in order to stop the insurrection and prosecute the insurrectionists. Further, it was critical that those people must not know that the information was being sought or these people were so devious that they would likely destroy all of the evidence.
- That last part we know because that was part of the order issued to the recipient of the subpoena that they could not disclose this to the individuals whose information was being sought or they might try to destroy it or get rid of it: sort of like Hillary Clinton did with her phone and emails.
- Keep in mind, these subpoenas do not rise to the level of requiring probable cause as do all warrants under the 4th Amendment. That is normally not an issue when the subpoena is issued to the party whose records are being sought because that party can immediately go to court and challenge the legitimacy of a lack of probable cause.
- Senator Grassley’s investigators revealed to me that, as far as they could tell, Verizon received the subpoena and simply turned over everything that was sought. However, AT&T and others balked at the legality after apparently seeing that the records of elected officials were involved. As far as they could tell, Jack Smith pushed no further with those companies that refused to produce the records and did not take further legal proceedings to justify his actions. Good for AT&T.
- There have been cases through the years that indicate that getting the ‘metadata’ (the massive record of phone numbers calling other numbers) from cellular providers did not violate Constitutional norms since it did not reveal their names. However, when the Department of Justice (DOJ) grabs months of cellphone records from an American citizen without proof of any probable cause of a crime being committed by that individual, it is time for the courts to proclaim clearly that this is a fishing expedition and requires a major hand slap to this Orwellian prosecutor.
- The importance of the “Congressional privilege” that extends to material that is produced in a Congressional office, and why it’s more important than the attorney-client privilege (which the Obama and Biden DOJ had no problems violating as well), is because people come to Congress members and Senators with concerns about their government. That includes whistleblowers reporting problems within the FBI and DOJ or within the Executive Branch.
- The only way a republic is perpetuated is when there are plenty of checks and balances on governmental power. If one branch, especially the one that can put people in prison, is able to stifle checks against its enormous power, the checks and balances fail, as does the democratically elected republican form of government. The executive branch can then control who has power and who goes to jail without ever needing to obtain executive branch power again.
- In the past when I revealed the many times that FBI agents and others had privately reported Constitutional abuses within the DOJ and FBI to me, I was careful not to say how they got in touch with me. If whistleblowers knew that the DOJ could simply grab information from Congress members or their offices and phones, the checks and balances on the department that is capable of the most heinous abuses would be gone.
- Most recent polling in Texas shows John Cornyn running last in a three-way primary for re-election behind Ken Paxton and Congressman, Wesley Hunt. Is Cornyn’s days in the Senate over? Have the RINO’s come home to roost, finally?
- How much are you rooting for Jasmine Crockett to run for Senate?
- What about Texas redistricting – now in the hands of the courts?
Panelist:
Former Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert, currently: Senior Fellow for Political Statesmanship with the David Horowitz Freedom Center

Segment Topic:
- LBJ’s Lucky Day: From Political Dead End to Oval Office Jackpot in a Single Afternoon!
- JFK assassinated 62 years ago and we appear no closer to answers today than we were on that fateful afternoon in Dealey Plaza.
- Did LBJ’s collapsing political fortunes give him the strongest motive of anyone in JFK’s inner circle?
- What did Don Reynolds reveal about Johnson’s corruption that made November 22, 1963 so dangerous for LBJ?
- In September 1963, an investigation was begun by the Republican-led Senate Rules Committee into Baker’s business and political activities. Baker was investigated on allegations of bribery using money allocated by Congress. He was also accused of arranging sexual favors in exchange for votes and government contracts. In light of this extensive criticism, Baker resigned as Secretary to the Majority Leader on October 7, 1963.
- For six decades, America has avoided the question that refuses to die: Did Lyndon Johnson have more to gain from JFK’s murder than any man alive? On the very day his career was collapsing under corruption scandals, the bullets in Dallas didn’t just kill a president — they saved LBJ’s political life and catapulted him into the Oval Office. If that doesn’t demand scrutiny, nothing does.
- Bobby Baker was one of the top political advisers to Lyndon B. Johnson, as well as a leading organizer for the Democratic Party. He was so good at what he did that he was often referred to as the “101st Senator”. Baker became the Senate’s Secretary to the Majority Leader. Johnson brought Baker with him to the White House in 1963, but Baker’s tenure there would be short lived. Baker was forced to resign during an investigation by the Democratic-controlled Senate into Baker’s business and political activities. The investigation included allegations of bribery and arranging sexual favors in exchange for Congressional votes and government contracts.
- The Senate investigation looked into the financial activities of Baker and Lyndon Johnson during the 1950s.
- The investigation of Lyndon Johnson as part of the Baker investigation was later dropped after President Kennedy’s assassination and Johnson’s ascension to the presidency.
- Why were the Senate Rules Committee hearings abruptly halted the moment news came from Dallas?
- How did Johnson go from political dead man walking to untouchable president in a single afternoon?
- What key testimony vanished or was sealed after LBJ assumed the presidency?
- Did the assassination conveniently erase every threat to Johnson’s career, or was something more deliberate at play?
- Why did so many investigators privately express suspicion about LBJ’s sudden rise to power?
- If the truth was harmless, why were so many records buried for decades?
Panelist:
Bob Nelson, nephew of Don B. “Buck” Reynolds. Bob is the author of: LBJ’s Mortal Wound: The Don Reynolds Story (Reynolds was a key witness in the Bobby Baker corruption scandal).
Reynolds Nephew is prepared to illuminate one of the most explosive yet suppressed chapters of the Kennedy assassination era: the testimony that threatened to end Lyndon B. Johnson’s political career on the very morning John F. Kennedy was shot.

- It described Haitham Ali al-Tabtabai, Hezbollah’s chief of staff, as a veteran of the group who had held a series of senior positions.
- Lebanon’s health ministry said at least five people were killed and 28 others wounded in the strike, which hit an apartment building in the densely populated Dahieh district.
- Hezbollah confirmed Tabtabai’s death, adding Israel had crossed a “red line” in carrying out the strike.
- Why did Israel break the cease fire? The answer emanates from Tehran (of course).
- Israeli officials say Hezbollah has been trying to rebuild its military capabilities, is smuggling weapons into Lebanon and stepping up the production of explosive drones as an alternative to rockets and missiles, and there are growing fears of an escalation of hostilities. (BBC)
- What is your opinion on naming Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization?
- Shouldn’t CAIR be next?
President Trump pulled protective status from Somali refugees in Ilhan Omar’s district in MN after it was uncovered that a massive scam was funneling U.S. tax dollars from Omar’s district to Al-Shabab terrorists back in Somalia.

The War Department announced Monday that it will conduct a “thorough review” of “serious allegations of misconduct” levied against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), a retired Navy captain.
The review will “determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures,” according to the department’s statement, which was published on social media.
After the review was announced, War Secretary Pete Hegseth said, “The video made by the ‘Seditious Six’ was despicable, reckless, and false. Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of ‘good order and discipline.’ Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion, which only puts our warriors in danger.”
The department’s statement included a reminder for retired military service members that they remain subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice for applicable offenses, as well as one for active-duty service members, noting that they are legally obligated to obey lawful orders.
Kelly was one of six Democratic veterans in Congress who participated in a video last week warning service members that they are obligated not to follow illegal orders. However, the lawmakers did not specify what orders could be issued that would be illegal.
He said he found out about the review on social media.
“Secretary Hegseth’s tweet is the first I heard of this,” Kelly said on social media. “I also saw the President’s posts saying I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”
Kelly was joined by Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) in the video.
“Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under [War Department] jurisdiction,” Hegseth said. “One is CIA, and four are former military but not ‘retired,’ so they are no longer subject to UCMJ. However, Mark Kelly, retired Navy commander, is still subject to UCMJ — and he knows that.”
The video got the attention of President Donald Trump, who initially accused the lawmakers of seditious behavior worthy of being killed. He and several Republican lawmakers said they tried to undermine the president and subtly encouraged service members not to follow legal orders.

Senator Kelly said he learned about the Department of War’s probe on social media. He also said he won’t be intimidated.
“If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work,” Mark Kelly said. (The Gateway Pundit)

- The Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to infiltrate and destroy America!
- While all eyes were focused on New York and Mamdani, forty-two Muslim candidates, backed by terror linked network, have seized key offices across America, proving that the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to infiltrate and destroy America from within is now a reality. 76 Muslim candidates ran for office nationwide. 43 have been declared winners, with three races still pending recounts or certification.
- The 42 Muslim officials now occupy positions in some of the most influential jurisdictions in the country — from the New York mayor’s office to Virginia’s executive branch, from Michigan’s heartland to local school boards.
- The newly elected officials span at least nine states — New York, Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. The list includes six mayors, four state legislators, 20 city councils and commissioners, 6 school board members, two judges, and 3 other political positions.
- Governor Greg Abbott today designatedthe Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. This designation authorizes heightened enforcement against both organizations and their affiliates and prohibits them from purchasing or acquiring land in Texas. (Governor’s Office: Texas)
- “The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Sharia law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world,’” said Governor Abbott. “The actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR to support terrorism across the globe and subvert our laws through violence, intimidation, and harassment are unacceptable. Today, I designated the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. These radical extremists are not welcome in our state and are now prohibited from acquiring any real property interest in Texas.”

- President Trump on Truth Social, dropped some wisdom for Republicans looking to save healthcare – maybe we should start funding patients directly, and not insurance companies.
Did the government shutdown blow the lid off the amount of money from subsidies going to insurance companies?
How would funding patients directly, and not insurance companies work?
Sen. And Dr. Bill Cassidy pitched legislation to follow President Trump’s footsteps to deliver better outcomes and lower prices for Americans by funding patients directly.

Senators Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona, along with Representatives Chris DeLuzio of Pennsylvania, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, and Jason Crow of Colorado, posted a video on Tuesday essentially ordering these professionals to betray Trump and implement a ‘soft coup,’ rendering him powerless to carry out his policies.
Trump responded on Truth Social, calling the video “seditious” and stating that these “traitors” should be arrested. He later added that sedition is a crime punishable by death. (The Gateway Pundit)

- Will Cain Show pulled back the curtain yesterday on a money laundering scam from Ilhan Omar’s congressional district which was sending our tax dollars to Al-Shabaab in Somalia from taxpayer money which was supposedly earmarked to help kids with Autism.
- According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Al-Shabaab remains one of al-Qaeda’s strongest and most successful affiliates. The terrorist organization continues to exploit the Somalian government’s limited state capacity and the country’s dire humanitarian crisesto launch indiscriminate attacks against government forces, foreign peacekeepers, and civilians. - What is an illegal order?
- Now that six members of Congress (two-senators and 4-house members) are publicly urging those serving our nation on our armed-forces to disregard orders from President Trump, what effects does this type of threat have inside our military?
- Aren’t the Dem-Coms pulling a page from their 2020 Playbook? Isn’t this what they told Mark Milley to do?
- Was this sedition, insurrection or treason?
- This is not TDS – this goes far beyond TDS!
- What is an illegal order?
- “Don’t give up” – it calls for insurrection, it calls for a coop’ based out of our military.
- Did soldiers obey Biden’s orders to abandon Afghanistan? Where did that get us?
- Didn’t the Dem-Com’s tell our servicemembers that they had to roll up their sleeves and submit to MRNA or be drummed out of the military?
- Weren’t they the ones who drummed men and women out of the military during the Biden Regime who were found to have attended a MAGA rally or had social media accounts which were favorable to President Trump?
- This video evidence proves what I have been saying: Dem-Coms are no longer a political party – but a Communist insurgent revolutionary council – targeting the overthrow of the Republic.
- Military Tribunals are the only remedy.
- It is time for swift, powerful and decisive action by the White House.

- Slotkin responded to the President:
- The Democrat conspirators responded to President Trump’s death penalty for sedition message with the following statement posted by Slotkin:
A joint statement from myself @SenMarkKelly, @RepJasonCrow, @RepDeluzio, @RepGoodlander and @RepHoulahan.
“We are veterans and national security professionals who love this country and swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That oath lasts a lifetime, and we intend to keep it. No threat, intimidation, or call for violence will deter us from that sacred obligation.
“What’s most telling is that the President considers it punishable by death for us to restate the law. Our servicemembers should know that we have their backs as they fulfill their oath to the Constitution and obligation to follow only lawful orders. It is not only the right thing to do, but also our duty.
“But this isn’t about any one of us. This isn’t about politics. This is about who we are as Americans. Every American must unite and condemn the President’s calls for our murder and political violence. This is a time for moral clarity.
“In these moments, fear is contagious, but so is courage. We will continue to lead and will not be intimidated.
Is this threat against the President merely going to fizzle out or have the Dem-Com’s signaled their intentions to remove Trump from office if they regain control of Congress in 2027?

- The American Energy Alliance (AEA) applauds the House of Representatives for passing three Congressional Review Act resolutions that overturn restrictive Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rules and plans imposed by the Biden administration. These rules and plans were designed to lock up responsible energy development on federal lands in Wyoming and Alaska.
- Tom Pyle, President of the American Energy Alliance, issued the following statement:
“These three votes represent a major victory for American energy dominance, affordable energy for families, and responsible stewardship of our public lands. For years, the Biden administration used the Bureau of Land Management as a tool to systematically lock up millions of acres of federal land that Congress explicitly set aside for multiple use, including energy production. Today, the People’s House stood up for American workers, consumers, and our national security by reversing these unlawful and ideologically driven restrictions. We urge the Senate to act quickly and send these resolutions to the President’s desk.”- Given the current price of oil, what can we expect with respect to oil exploration at this time.
