- At least 40 people dead and hundreds injured in a nightclub fire in Switzerland.
- It appears that pyrotechnics were triggered inside the packed club.
- This fire is reminiscent of the 2003 Great White fire at a nightclub in Warwick, Rhode Island, which killed 100 people and injured hundreds more.
- These types of incidents typically kill and injure more people who are trying to evacuate – than the fire itself.
- Fireworks could have been brought to the club by a customer – who planned to trigger them inside at the stroke of midnight?
- The club would not have been outfitted with fire a rated interior and if it had, those treatments are typically not rated as a larger venue.
- In some cases, flame retardant treatment flakes off over time.
- You be sure that there were plenty of combustibles inside; plenty of fuel to burn.

- Nasrulah Mohamed, manager of Nakomis Day Care Center, told reporters that a suspect entered through the kitchen at the rear of the facility, damaging a wall and breaking into the building’s office, sometime on Tuesday.
- He said the alleged prowler stole “important documentation” including children’s enrollment information, employee documentation and checkbooks.
- However, “no loss was reported to officers,” according to a preliminary report by the Minneapolis Police Department.
- MPD noted that the center later reached out with additional information, but the updated police report was not immediately available.
- A TSA Agent observed Somalis carrying millions of dollars in suitcases at airport checkpoints. (NY Post)
- A former TSA Agent claims that Somolis transported millions in cash through airports during her time as an agent. She saw the money herself. She also notes that there are paper trails and videos of this trafficking.

- Netanyahu was seeking firm firm assurances from President Trump that Hamas will be disarmed and Gaza demilitarized before any further steps are taken. (NY Post)
- Earlier this month, officials from the US, Egypt, Qatar and Turkey met in Miami to discuss plans for the force — though Israel has said it would not accept Turkey taking part due to its president, Erdogan (ird-oh-wan), cultivating close ties to Hamas throughout his tenure.
- The US and Israel want the ISF to have a “commanding role” in security duties, including disarming Hamas and other militant groups. But countries being courted to contribute troops fear that mandate will make it an “occupation force,” a Western diplomat told the Associated Press.
- Hamas has said it is ready to discuss “freezing or storing” its arsenal of weapons, but insists it has a right to armed resistance as long as Israel occupies Palestinian territory. One US official told AP that a potential plan might be to offer cash incentives in exchange for weapons, echoing a “buy-back” program Witkoff has previously floated.
- As feared, Hamas has had time to rearm and restructure its leadership.
- Hamas confirms five leaders killed, including ‘masked spokesperson’ in major blow to terror group
- Hamas only recently acknowledged that their command structure was decimated by the Israeli’s last year!
- In a statement released on Monday by the group’s armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas said that Mohammed al-Sinwar, the brother of former Hamas leader Yahya al-Sinwar, was killed during Israeli military operations in Gaza, according to the Jerusalem Post.
- Al-Sinwar had risen to a senior role within the organization and was widely viewed as a key figure in Hamas’ wartime command following the deaths of other top commanders.
- Al-Sinwar’s brother, a co-mastermind of Oct. 7 attack, and other high-ranking commanders acknowledged dead by al-Qassam Brigades.

- A battle over British identity and the nation’s flag is just the latest issue to widen the political divide in the United Kingdom in 2025. As the Labour government continues to face growing criticism over a number of issues, from cracking down on free speech to its migration policies, many Britons are concerned about their country’s future.
- The issue simmered over the summer amid concerns of a growing rift between the ruling elites and members of the public centered on the nation’s flag. The debate, while ongoing for several years, gained new life since anti-Israel protests erupted after Hamas’ mass terror attack against Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, when Britain saw a proliferation of Palestinian flags across the country.
- Tensions were further heightened over the display of Palestinian flags on public buildings, with critics arguing it represents an abandonment of traditional British values, and that immigrant communities are dictating community values. Several councils in major cities bowed to public pressure. Those cities — all with sizable immigrant communities — including Sheffield, Preston, Bradford and others chose to raise the Palestinian flag last month to honor the United Nations International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The UK had not been particularly patriotic when it came to flying their flag in recent years.

- The prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) was the target of a federal civil rights complaint filed Monday over two student organizations catering to “Graduate Womxn.”
“Graduate womxn” uses the gender-inclusive term “womxn” (pronounced wi-muhn) to refer to cisgender women, transgender women, non-binary individuals, and other gender-diverse people in graduate programs, often in STEM fields like physics, to foster community, support, and equal opportunities, moving beyond traditional definitions of “women.” If you are a biological male, a man, you will be discriminated against at MIT.
- The Equal Protection Projectcharged that the university-sponsored student organizations “Graduate Womxn in Physics” and “Graduate Womxn in Biology” flout Title IX, which bars sex-based discrimination in educational opportunities at institutions that receive federal funding.
- “The Womxn Programs discriminate on the basis of sex because eligibility is conditioned on whether an individual is male or female, notwithstanding the use of gender-identity terminology,” read the complaintto the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.
- “Under the Programs’ own definitions, biological females are automatically eligible for participation, while biological males are categorically excluded unless they disclaim or redefine their sex.”

- Making personal attacks or veiled threats against anyone in the chat or question queue.
