Good news this morning: Nautica has been adopted!

09:20 AM ET

Segment Topic:

Election day – every bit as important to the MAGA movement than November 5th.

Local elections have huge consequences!

09:35 AM ET

Monologue:

6/24/24 (A Shadow Government)

  • 4-days ago, Tampon Tim floated the idea to an assembled group of Dem-Com insurrectionists the need for a shadow government:
  • Hint: they already have one, it is called the Deep State and it is governed by the Democrat Communists, under the supervision of the Davos crowd. It is enforced by Dem-Com judges; correct?

Tim Walz Audio: Tampon Tim calls for a Shadow Government!!!!

  • Americans are now asking how there can no indictments to date of any of the seditionists: Clapper, Brennan’s and Comey’s and the rest of them. Not one indictment.
  • A few days ago, a seditionist posted a video on Tick-Tock recommending that all ICE and Border patrol agents be shot on-site when conducting operations to round up criminal illegals on the streets of America.
  • DHS Secretary (the innocent dog killer) Kristy Noem went on a (Susan Rice like) media tour to promise legal action against the person responsible. She stated that threats or harm against law enforcement will face full legal consequences.
  • Noem was outraged about the terrorist threats against her agents; but do you expect any indictments? Do you expect any arrests?  Most Americans are already noticing that the commitments made to us prior to the election, about punishing the guilty, are not going to occur.
  • Since January 20th, we no longer hear the use of military tribunals to punish the real seditionists, those behind the real shadow government.
  • Let me be clear again: The only way the guilty will be punished is via military courts. If you don’t believe me, just ask Judge Boasberg.
  • Please pay careful attention to my Monologue of last June: The shadow knows and the follow up a few weeks later: The damage of downplaying retribution!

10:10 AM ET

Segment Topic:

  • Tony Shaffer to Newsmax: Iran Facing Military Force If It Doesn’t Cooperate!
    • Iran, which has rejected direct talks with the United States over its nuclear program, could face military force, retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer said on Newsmax
    • “Mark my words here,” Shaffer, appearing on Newsmax’s “Sunday Report”with retired U.S. Army Col. John Mills, commented. “If the Russians are not able to help us with Iran, Iran will suffer the consequences of their bad behavior and those consequences will probably be military force.”
    • Shaffer said that Iran will “always stall” on negotiations with the United States because that is a “tactic that is common to any nation that does not want to actually engage in activities that will mitigate their behavior.”
    • Are we still pounding Houthi’s?
  • Like Trump, Netanyahu dealing with LAWFARE in Israel: (Zerohedge)
    • Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pressing forward with replacing the fired head of Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet) chief Ronen Bar, despite a temporary injunction against the dismissal issued by the country’s supreme court.
    • Netanyahu has named retired Vice-Admiral Eli Sharvit, former head of the Israeli Navy, as the new security chief. The prime minister’s office said Sharvit was chosen after “conducting in-depth interviews with seven worthy candidates.”

    • According to CBS News poll: Trump now at “Strong” 50%!

Jake and the Judge;

Has the Constitution failed miserably as an instrument of limitation on the federal government?

Audio Intro: Courtesy: The Tenth Amendment Center

Judge Andrew Napolitano: “The Constitution has failed miserably as an instrument of limitation on the federal government.”

  • The U.S. Constitution was crafted in 1787 both to establish a new central government and to limit it. Some of the limitations are direct, some are subtle, and some are hidden. The chief instrument of limitation is the separation of powers, the brainchild of James Madison.
  • The late Justice Antonin Scalia called the separation of powers the most unique and freedom-enhancing aspect of the document. Madison himself would later argue that he intentionally crafted the separation so as to enhance friction and even jealousy among the three branches of government, thereby inducing fidelity to its core values, as well as transparency and accountability in the popular branches.
  • Thus, Congress writes the laws, the president enforces the laws, and the judiciary interprets the Constitution and the laws. Congress raises taxes and declares war. The president appoints judges and wages war. The judiciary assures that neither Congress nor the president interferes with personal liberty.
  • Congress and the president are answerable to the voters. The life-tenured judiciary is not. The purpose of an independent judiciary is to be the anti-democratic branch of the government. Its duty is not to reflect the popular will, but rather to protect life, liberty and property from the whims of the popular branches.
  • In the post-World War II era, Congress has attempted to give away some of its powers to the presidency. For example, even though the Constitution declares that only Congress can spend federal dollars, it has often appropriated funds for the president to spend as he sees fit — and presidents in turn have often delegated those spending decisions to folks whom they have hired.
    • As well, modern presidents have started dozens of wars without congressional declarations of war, and Congress has looked the other way. Congress even permits the president to raise taxes — so long as he calls them tariffs — and declare an emergency of his own making.
    • Can the Congress constitutionally give away some of its powers to the president? The short answer is: NO.

  • Trump imposes new tariffs on cheap Chinese goods sold by companies like Temu and Shein. (NY Post)

President Trump signed an executive order Wednesday closing a trade loophole on cheap goods from China that were previously exempt from tariffs.

  • Trump, 78, argued that the so-called “de minimus” exception allowed shippers from the People’s Republic and Hong Kong to “hide illicit substances” in packaging and products.
    • “These shippers often avoid detection due to administration of the de minimis exemption,” the president wrote, claiming that duty-free exports from China “play a significant role in the synthetic opioid crisis in the United States.”
    • The new tariff applies to goods valued at less than $800 imported from China and Hong Kong.
    • Online Chinese retailers such as Temu and Sheinhave used the loophole to sell ultra-low-cost items to US consumers and could be hit hard by the new tariffs.  They undercut Amazon!
