The focus on mental health in America:

Yesterday, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz announced an “Action for Progress” initiative to address mental health and addiction.

Kennedy and Oz also discussed why they thought faith-based initiatives were important, as well as the issue of widespread loneliness. Secretary Kennedy said, “When we cut off our relationships with other human beings, we lose that access to the divine, and that is a healing power. (C-Span)

    • Final nail in Planned Parenthood coffin?
    • Planned Parenthood announced it is voluntarily dropping its lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s ability to withhold Medicaid payments under a provision in President Donald Trump’s tax bill.
      • The organization sued in July after President Donald Trumpsigned a spending bill that included prohibiting federal funding from going to abortion providers, a section of the legislation that Planned Parenthood attorneys argued unfairly targeted their clinics and would leave patients with even fewer health care options.
      • In December, a federal appeals court ruledthat the administration could continue to withhold Medicaid funding from Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.
    • A New York jury has awarded a detransitioner $2 million in the first medical malpractice suitof its kind to go to trial.
    • The six-member Westchester County panel found that psychologist Kenneth Einhorn and surgeon Simon Chin disregarded “standards of care and procedural guardrails by pressuring” their patient, Fox Varian, then 15, “into addressing gender dysphoria with permanent surgery.”

Varian, now 22, is a biological girl who believed herself to be a boy for a time in her teenage years.

Segment Topic:

  • How can you negotiate with the Iranian Regime when they cannot be trusted?
  • Is the “armada” (as Trump refers to it) in place? Are all our military assets in place for an attack if so ordered by the President?
  • Recently, it was disclosed by the Pentagon that the Iranian nuke facilities hit by U.S. airstrikes last June have had roofs built over them. Is this a sign that they are being rebuilt or that the regime is attempting to hide the extent of the damage from satellite monitoring?

Panelist:

Ryan Morgan, reporter for The Epoch Times. Ryan focuses on military and foreign affairs. @R_S_Morgan

Segment Topic:

  • Report: Texas Wind and Solar Failed During This Week’s Winter Storm, Grid Carried by ‘Natural Gas and Coal.’ Shouldn’t the wind and solar have been secondary sources?
    • Didn’t Texas have this same problem several years ago? Didn’t they learn their lesson the last time?
    • The recent snow storm that overtook Texas reportedly crashed the state’s wind and solar energy generators, leading to natural gas, coal, and nuclear providing most of the state’s electricity.
    • Kerry Clapp, an online writer cited by meteorologist Ryan Maue, reported in his Substacklast week that “renewable generation declined almost immediately” as the snow storm took over.
    • “Wind, solar, and batteries fell from briefly supplying ~63% of generation to ~7% within roughly 48 hours,” he wrote. “Battery storage played a negligible role, constrained by high pricesand lack of surplus electricity.”
    • In conclusion, Clapp reported that “natural gas, coal, and nuclear carried the grid, covering both lost renewables and rising demand.” (The Gateway Pundit/V. Saxena)
  • Republican Senators, led by the RINO Bill Cassidy are trying to force a carbon tax on American families. I thought the Republicans were supposed to be our firewall against the EU Socialist crap?
    • “Behind closed doors, and without any transparency, a small group of Republican House and Senate members used a legislative sleight of hand to set the wheels in motion for a carbon dioxide tax on American families. Though the language is not enshrined in law, the proponents, including Senators Kevin Cramer and Bill Cassidy, have already indicated that they will use the report language to try to force the Trump administration to build a case for eventually establishing the tax. Segment Topic:

  • Republicans taking the bait?
  • Michael McCaul (R-Texas) said Sunday that federal immigration operations in Minnesota shouldn’t have “excessive use of forces” amid controversy over the Trump administration’s immigration agenda.
    • “The mission, I think, is to get violent felons out of the country. Most people support that. It’s a president — the number one issue the president won the election on. What I worry about is turning a winning issue into a liability,” McCaul told CBS News’s Margaret Brennan on “Face the Nation.” (The Hill)
    • Recent coverage, including this piece in The Hill on Rep. McCaul and Minnesota ICE operations, misses the bigger story: these confrontations aren’t spontaneous. They’re deliberately engineered.
    • Activist networks are swarming ICE and Border Patrol operations to force a lose-lose outcome—either agents stand down and look ineffective, or they act and hand opponents viral “excessive force” footage. Either way, immigration enforcement gets reframed as chaos, turning a Republican strength into a political liability.
    • What’s striking is how many GOP leaders refuse to name this tactic. By focusing only on optics or de-escalation, they play directly into it. This isn’t organic outrage; it’s a classic provocation strategy designed to flip enforcement into scandal ahead of the midterms.

Panelist:

Ammon Blair, Senior Fellow at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, is a 20+ year U.S. Border Patrol veteran, and one of the clearest voices on America’s national security and immigration.

https://www.texaspolicy.com/about/staff/ammon-blair/

He says: The GOP’s tepid pushback on this engineered crisis leaves only a few REVOLTING possibilities:

    1. They’re fully persuaded by the communists’ propaganda, swallowing the false narrative of “excessive force” hook, line, and sinker.
    2. They’re kowtowing to the insurgents, weakly appeasing them just to limp through to the 2026 midterms without rocking the boat.
    3. Or, worst of all, this is their golden opportunity to finally admit what they’ve hidden all along: they’re secretly in favor of mass amnesty and wide-open borders, betraying the base and the rule of law.

Segment Topic:

  • “We’re Right on Their Ass!” – Trump Goes Off on Somali Fraud in Minnesota, Says Somalis are “Not an Asset to Our Society and We Got to Get Them Out”
  • President Trump went off on the Somali fraud scandal in the “rigged state” of Minnesota on Tuesday, highlighting the massive amount of taxpayer dollars that have been stolen through social services on Monday.
    • The Gateway Pundit has long reported on the Somali scams in the US, which have once again come to the center following Nick Shirley’s exposé on Somali daycares in Minnesota.
    • In 2016, Somali welfare recipients were busted funneling millions of dollars in suitcases full of cash through Seattle, Washington, one of the states with the largest Somali populations in America. In 2018, we reportedthat over $100 million was funneled through St. Paul International Airport in just one year.
    • And over a decade ago, a whistleblower inMinnesota exposed fraud totaling over $100 million, with at least four daycare centers exploiting Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program. But officials, as they continue to do now, covered it all up.
    • While speaking to former DBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, Trump said, “They have a country where they have no money, they have no nothing, and they come over here, and they steal, they’re able to steal more than $19 billion.” He then declared, “We’re right on their ass” as investigations into the fraud and complicity of state officials remain ongoing.
    • Trump further slammed Somali immigrants, calling them “people that don’t work” and “people that are just not an asset to our society, to put it mildly.”
    • “And we got to get them out, most of them, and it’s most of them,” Trump added.
      • As The Gateway Pundit reported, it was recently revealed that Somali fraudsters have transported roughly $700 million in bulk cash through the Minneapolis airport to Somalia since 2024, according to Department of Homeland Security officials. (The Gateway Pundit/Jordan Conradson)
    • Jordan, you spent so much time investigating allegations of election fraud in AZ back in 2020. What do you make of the raid in Fulton County and did the presence (at the location) of DNI Tulsi Gabbard indicate evidence of foreign involvement in the theft of the 2020 election?
    • You posted on X yesterday: “HUGE WIN.” Why?
      • President Trump keeps hinting that explosive information is coming out about 2020.
      • FBI Director Kash Patel recently suggested that electronic voting machines helped to steal Maricopa County in 2020.

  • What is Brandon Johnson preparing for? An all-out Communist Revolution in Chicago?
    • Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson signed an executive order on Saturday, launching investigations into ICE agents and laying the groundwork for criminal referrals for alleged law violations.  The order “creates a framework for public accountability in the event federal agents violate local or state law while operating in Chicago,” a press release from Johnson’s office reads.  “Nobody is above the law.
  • “Nobody is above the law. There is no such thing as ‘absolute immunity’ in America,” Johnson said in a statement.
  • “The lawlessness of Trump’s militarized immigration agents puts the lives and well-being of every Chicagoan in immediate danger. With today’s order, we are putting ICE on notice in our city. Chicago will not sit idly by while Trump floods federal agents into our communities and terrorizes our residents.”

The same commie, Brandon Johnson said back in November that; imprisoning violent criminals is racist and immoral.

  • Chicago teacher put on leave after posting a social media comment praising ICE.
  • A Chicagoarea teacher is on administrative leave and facing calls to lose his job over a Facebook post last week offering support for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
  • “GO ICE,” the teacher at West Chicago’s Gary Elementary School, posted on Facebook last week. Shortly after the post was made, activists in the predominantly Hispanic community quickly began sharing the post and calling for action to be taken against the teacher, who Fox News Digital is not naming due to safety concerns.
  • “Imagine working as a teacher in an elementary school in West Chicago where the Latino community is highly populated and promoting ICE, sick AF,” one social mediapost said. (Fox News)
  • Mark, you have spent quite a bit of time in Iraq; what are your thoughts about the discussions going on right now between the U.S. and Tehran and what role will Iraq play in we decide to attack?

Introduction to https://www.jointab.us/ (Take American Back)

TAB trains everyday people with the mindset, skills, and structure to take responsibility, equipping them with a groundbreaking book and a Citizen Servant Leader certification to act decisively at home, in their community, and beyond.

Citizen Servant Leader is a doctrine-based field manual for leadership when authority, control, and permission are no longer guaranteed.

Rather than teaching influence, motivation, or personal branding, this book focuses on the behaviors that stabilize systems under pressure. It is built on one uncompromising principle: responsibility always comes before authority.

Drawing from combat experience, high-stakes international business, and decades of organizational leadership across ten countries, the authors show how leadership forms naturally when individuals are willing to carry burden early, speak truth when it costs something, and create space when control is gone.

Each chapter combines real-world stories with clear standards, recognizable failure patterns, and practical field applications designed to be practiced—not admired. The book examines how silence and passivity quietly erode trust, why truth functions as a structural requirement rather than a moral preference, and how small, disciplined actions prevent collapse at personal, organizational, and civic levels.

Citizen Servant Leader is written for people who already feel the weight of responsibility—leaders without titles, citizens navigating uncertainty, business operators, veterans, parents, and community builders who are done waiting for permission to act.

This is not a motivational book.
It is a practical guide for becoming reliable when others hesitate—and for leading with clarity, restraint, and integrity when systems fail.

Segment Topic:

“Take America Back”

  • For too long, America has been governed by a political elite increasingly separated from the everyday realities of small businesses, working families, and local communities.
  • Decisions that affect everyday life are made far from the people who feel the impact and pay the price. They are made inside systems that rarely face real consequences.
  • Power has concentrated within institutions that answer to donors and insiders, not to the citizens they are meant to serve.
  • Responsibility is passed from agency to agency, committee to committee — until no one is accountable.
  • When no one is clearly accountable, trust erodes.
And when trust erodes, the nation weakens.
  • Take America Back exists to restore a simple truth:
A nation works best when it is led by citizens who serve — not elites who rule.

We believe that:

  • Leadership is service, not status
  • Trust is earned through integrity, not position
  • Freedom depends on responsibility and accountability
  • Progress comes from building what works, not fighting what fails
  • Opportunity grows where rules are clear and applied fairly
  • Honesty, integrity, and transparency (H.I.T.) are non-negotiable standards for individuals and systems alike
  • We believe strong families build strong communities.
Strong communities build a strong nation.
And a strong nation protects peace, prosperity, and dignity for its people.
  • We believe the government should be limited, effective, and accountable — doing what must be done, and getting out of the way where it does not belong.

We reject:

  • A permanent political class that governs itself
  • Lobbyist-written policy disguised as representation
  • Division as a political strategy and a business model
  • Empty promises without measurement or accountability
  • Disorder disguised as freedom
  • This movement is not for people who want:
  • Power without consequences
  • Authority without limits
  • Praise without accountability
  • Freedom without obligation
  • America does not need louder slogans. It needs citizens willing to build again.

  • 3 Million Pages of Epstein Files Released, Deputy Attorney General Says No Evidence!
  • Nick, you say that the Epstein Scandal is a mirror image of the “Franklin Scandal.” Why?
  • Tell us what is common about the two scandals and why the Obama Justice Department under (gun-runner) Eric Holder was worried about your involvement investigating Epstein?
  • What did the latest document dump on Friday tell us about Epstein’s world – other than Bill Gates contracting VD from a Russian hooker?
  • What does it mean that [Redacted] flagged you as a problem in a 2011 email, years before the story broke publicly? Who do you suspect and why do you think the sender was redacted?
  • How does that email change—or confirm—your understanding of how closely Epstein monitored journalists and perceived threats?
  • What was your reaction to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche openly admitting that none of Epstein’s clients or facilitators will face prosecution?
  • Do the three million pages released actually add anything meaningful, or do they function more as a distraction than a disclosure?
  • Why do you think it took until 2015 for the flight logs and black book to be published, despite their clear relevance years earlier?
  • In your view, who benefits most from releasing massive amounts of material while guaranteeing no accountability?
  • What does the Epstein case ultimately reveal about the limits of the U.S. justice system when powerful people are implicated?
  • Why does the Epstein story still matter today, and what risks remain if it is allowed to be quietly closed without consequences?
  • Nick, if no one is going to be charged; should we care about the Epstein Files?

Panelist:

Nick Bryant is an investigative journalist and director of www.EpsteinJustice.com

He spent seven years investigating a child sex trafficking network that was covered up by state and federal authorities, culminating in The Franklin Scandal: A Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse, and Betrayal.

Someone in the Epstein files identified investigative journalist Nick Bryant as a problem as early as 2011, according to a newly released email in which someone (redacted) warned multiple recipients—some of them redacted—that Bryant was “calling around again.” That single line, buried inside the Justice Department’s recent release of roughly three million pages of Epstein-related documents, may be the most revealing detail in the entire trove. It establishes that [Redacted] viewed Bryant as a serious threat years before the case became a public scandal, and years before most of the media, political class, or law enforcement showed sustained interest in the network surrounding him.

Show Open:

  • President Trump was not responding “I Do” to renew his wedding vows to Melania, he was responding that he knows who he is going to nominate as Fed Chairman to replace Jerome Powell.
  • According to published reports, Trump will nominate Kevin Warsh later this morning.
  • Warsh, is a former Fed governor and Stanford University professor.
  • Why wouldn’t the President nominate someone not tied previously to the Fed (given his dislike for the Fed)?
  • Can you tell us how the Fed system works?

Segment Topic:

The U.S. unemployment rate edged down to 4.4% in December 2025 from a revised 4.5% in November, with the number of unemployed falling by 278,000 to 7.50 million.  What is our current situation with labor and how do recent cutbacks by UPS and Amazon impact the nations joblessness?

Total unemployed sits at 7.50 million.  Labor Force Participation is at 62.4%. What do those numbers tell us?

Middle-income Americans struggling to keep up as living costs weigh on paychecks.

Survey shows 68% say their income is falling behind rising expenses, with 49% focused solely on keeping up with costs.  (Fox Business)

Will the tax cuts contained in the BBB have much of an impact?

In a recent opinion piece, penned with your colleague Tom Savidge, entitled: “Saving the Family’ Should Start with Sound Money.”  What are sound money principals and how will they save the American family?

Monologue:

“This is what it’s all about!” (REBROADCAST FROM 1/29/26)

———————————————————————————————————————————————————

10:05

Segment Topic:

    • On January 15th, the Trump Administration announced what it calls: “Great Healthcare Plan” is a broad healthcare initiative that will slash prescription drug prices, reduce insurance premiums, hold big insurance companies accountable, and maximize price transparency in the American healthcare system.
      • This plan will deliver money directly to the American people, not insurance companies, big pharma and special interest groups—putting patients over industry leaders’ profits, just as he promised. The Great Healthcare Plan also builds on the successes of his first term by promoting competition, eliminating wasteful spending, and putting consumers back in control.”
      • How realistic is this plan? Would it replace Obamacare or would it provide Americans with options to avoid going to the exchanges?
      • Would Americans have the power to purchase health insurance, such as catastrophic coverage (without going to the exchanges)?
    • Julian, from a healthcare executive’s perspective, how do you see the “Great Healthcare Plan” proposed by President Trump?
        • The plan would send health care dollars directly to patients, allowing Americans to purchase coverage themselves rather than routing money through insurers or brokers. If you did not have coverage through your employer, that is the way we purchased insurance before Obamacare – correct?
    • Julian, you recently testified before the NYS Senate in Albany on the impact on The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). What is CDPAP?
      • CDPAP funded by New York Medicaid, gives you something truly empowering: the ability to direct your own care, including choosing the person who will be paid to be your caregiver.
      • Even better, that caregiver, can be someone close to you — a daughter, son, niece, friend, or trusted neighbor. The choice is entirely yours, because that’s how care should be. However, how long before Albany requires family caregivers (who are chosen) to be licensed and certified?  We know how New York operates!
      • The caregiver you select will be paid to provide the personalized, loving support that only someone who truly knows you can offer.
      • Are any other states (to your knowledge) participating in their own CDPAP program, funded by Medicaid?
    • What are the tax implications with this kind of program? Will you be taxed on money you receive for caring for a family member as income?
    • If you accept money from NYS, does this give the NYS Health Department permission to monitor the care you are providing? Will you be receiving unannounced visits from social workers who will be inspecting your home and assessing your care?
    • Given the level of Medicaid fraud in Minnesota, how will this program be administered and monitored to prevent fraud?

Segment Topic:

  • Tom Homan takes control of “Operation Metro Surge:”
    • Based on what we saw and heard yesterday; what were the distinct differences between Homan’s approach and Kristi Noem’s?
    • Do you believe that ICE will be given access to local and State jails?
    • When ICE if forced to apprehend an illegal, which has been released into the community, it takes multiple ICE agents. When ICE is provided access to a jail, they need one agent.
    • Now that we are seeing and learning more about 9MM Alex Pretti; if he was arrested by local law enforcement back on July 13th, when he was kicking out the tail light of a government vehicle, it is likely that he would still be alive today. Your thoughts?
    • From a law enforcement perspective, how dangerous was Alex Pretti?
    • He appeared to be one angry puppy!
    • How will the images from the Twin Cities change with Tom Homan in-charge?
      • How will the media portray Homan’s methods?
    • Anne Elizabeth Funder; when you see American citizens fighting on behalf of illegal criminals, how does that make you feel?
    • Are the Dem-coms who opened our borders in 2021 and facilitated the flow on Fentanyl into our country, causing the death of your 15-year old son and continue to protect those same illegal criminals who continue to be shielded and protected by the Democrat Communist Party?

Segment Topic:

  • The life of a cowboy is steeped in American history. The image of a cowboy is one of a cool, laidback, tough-guy.  You know, John Wayne, the Marlboro Man!
    • Are cowboys by way of their rugged life; experts on life and life’s lessons?
    • Patrick “The Common Sense Cowboy” Dorinsonwelcomes you to hop on the stool next to him for 70 years of life stories, a coupla insights, and maybe even a laugh or two from “the old guy at the end of the bar.” Whether your poison is a fresh, cold beer, a shot of whiskey, or maybe just a soda water and lime, THE COMMON SENSE COWBOY’S GUIDE TO LIFE will shed new light on the ups and downs we all go through together across this glorious nation of ours.
  • The Common Sense Cowboy’s 12 Rules for Life:
    • The secret to a long life is getting up every day with a purpose. Young or old, working or retired, everyone needs a purpose, so find yours.
    • Never betray trust, because trust is like virginity. Once lost, it’s impossible to get back.
    • Everything breaks sooner or later. So, learn how to fix things.
    • The measure of a man is when he does the right thing even when no one is watching. If you do the wrong thing and nobody saw you do it, it’s still wrong.
    • Don’t waste time thinking about what might have been. Put the “might have beens” in the same trash can reserved for the “wouldas,” the “shouldas” and the “couldas.” Then get busy with the “doin.”
    • A fancy education might gain you some knowledge, but only hard life experiences will gain you wisdom. A PhD won’t help you fix a flat tire.
    • Be wary of the person who tells you they can get you a burger and fries for nothing. There is no free lunch.
    • Your word is your bond, and your handshake seals the deal.
    • If you shake hands with a politician, be sure to count your fingers when you let go to make sure you still have all five.
    • Don’t pray for things. The Almighty is not Amazon or Costco and faith delivers salvation and comfort, not packages.
  • There is right and there is wrong. There are no loopholes and the only thing in between are excuses.
  • The Good Lord gave us each a certain number of seconds, minutes, hours and days, but he didn’t give us our expiration date. Use your time wisely and live life to the fullest.

Segment Topic:

    • What is the current state of public K-12 education in America?
      • Jonathan you co-edited and wrote chapters in the book The Not-So-Great Society, which provides conservative solutions to the problems created by the ever-expanding federal footprint in preschool, K-12, and higher education. What are conservative solutions to improving K-12 education, when the teacher’s unions and some school boards act communist ruling juntas?
    • Only 28% of 8th gradersscored proficient in math on the latest NAEP assessment. The effects are most severe in low-income districts, where school closures, chronic absenteeism, and staffing instability have compounded over time.
A key driver of these outcomes is the worsening teacher shortage.
    • Today, over 400,000 classroomsare either vacant or filled by educators who do not meet state certification requirements. Schools facing the most acute shortages often rely on full-time substitutes or underqualified hires to cover core instruction.
This has become especially urgent in specialized areas. The special education teacher shortage continues to leave students with IEPs without the legally required support they need to succeed. In many districts, high student-to-teacher ratios make it even more difficult to provide targeted attention or differentiated instruction.
    • Many of the most pressing American education issues in education were present long before the pandemic. American schools have high student-to-teacher ratiosdriven by a massive K-12 teacher shortage. Faced with disciplinary problems and low school funding, schools have focused on staffing classrooms at all costs. That means larger class sizes — and teaching quality problems.  (Elevated K-12)

https://www.elevatek12.com/blog/elevate-in-action/american-education-issues/

    • Will the Trump Administration’s downsizing the size and power of the DOE in Washington have a positive effect on K-12 education? So far, we don’t see any evidence.
    • Are we seeing the communist infiltration of America when seeing the images broadcast across America from the Twin Cities?

Is an example: MLK Day, “Teach-in for Palestine Day” in New York City an example of how our children are being conditioned?  NYC was not the only place where children were being exposed to anti-American, Anti-Semitism?

  • HHS vaccination schedule revisions:
    • After a scientific review of the underlying science, comparing the U.S. child and adolescent immunization schedule with those of peer, developed nations, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Acting Director Jim O’Neill has updated the U.S. childhood immunization schedule.
    • The CDC will continue to recommend that all children are immunized against 10 diseases for which there is international consensus, as well as varicella (chickenpox). For other diseases, the CDC will recommend immunization for high-risk groups and populations, or through shared clinical decision making when it is not possible for public health authorities to clearly define who will benefit from an immunization.
    • The updated schedule is in contrast to the CDC child and adolescent schedule at the end of 2024, which recommended 17 immunizations for all children.
    • What about the dreaded COVID shot for children?
  • How would you assess the steps taken by RFK Jr. and his staff at HHS in the past year?

2010 Obama clip goes viral where he defends deportations, even of those ‘just trying to earn a living’

President Obama called out those who suggest he ‘ignore the laws on the books and put an end to deportation until we have better laws’ (Fox News)

A clip of President Barack Obama in 2010 warning that halting deportations would trigger a surge in illegal immigration is going viral.

Obama was criticized by activists and media outlets during his presidency for deporting illegal immigrants who had little or no serious criminal history beyond crossing the border illegally. earning him the nickname “deporter in chief” among some critics. (Fox News)

So, what is this all about my friends?  It is about seizing power.  It is about retaining their army of illegals for the final overthrow of the Republic.  It is about removing Trump at any cost.  It is about installing a Globalist puppet in the White House.  It is: All about the midterms!

Segment Topic:

Jake and the Judge:

    • “American Gestapo/American Psycho”
    • Last week, a half-dozen masked and unidentifiable Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents killed a 37-year-old federal employee, a nurse, by spraying pepper spray into his eyes, pushing him to the ground, stealing his lawfully owned and carried handgun, and then shooting him nine times in the back.
    • The thugs from ICE whom the federal government has sent to Minneapolis have produced murder and mayhem on a scale far more violent, disruptive and disturbing to human life than have the immigrants residing there without papers.
      • Under the Constitution, immigration – who can legally come to and remain in the United States — was left to the states to regulate; and naturalization – who can become an American citizen — was left to the feds.
      • Notwithstanding the plain text of the Constitution, Congress — motivated by racial animus against those who looked and sounded differently from the White,
      • Anglo-Saxon, Protestant elites who controlled the government — enacted the
        • Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882. When this was challenged, the Supreme Court upheld congressional authority in a truly bizarre opinion written by Justice George
        • “Sutherland, himself an immigrant.”
      • How would the Constitution reflect on those Americans who have taken money from organizations, opposed to the Federal Government to fight in the streets?
      • What about those Americans who sided with the British during the Revolution?

Nursing and the First Amendment:

Yesterday:

    • Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that a Boca Ratonnurse is no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida, escalating state action after a viral TikTok targeting White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
    • Uthmeier announced Wednesday that Alexis “Lexie” Lawler is “no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida,” citing what he called an ethical breach after the Boca Raton labor and delivery nurse posted a viral TikTok wishing severe childbirth injuries on Leavitt.
    • “Effective today, Lexie Lawler is no longer allowed to practice nursing in Florida. Making statements that wish pain and suffering on anyone, when those statements are directly related to one’s practice, is an ethical red line we should not cross. I’m proud of Florida Surgeon General for taking this decisive action.”
    • Can her employer fire her for her social media posts?
    • Can the Florida Surgeon General strip her of her license to practice?
    • Can she obtain a medical license in another state if she meets the requirements of that state’s licensing board?
    • Military action against Iran:
      • NYT Times bestselling author: James Bradley mentioned Judge Napolitano as a reliable source to stay clear of war propaganda!
      • No one can argue that the Iranian Regime have destoyed any semblance of freedom for Iranians since the revolution in 1979. They are brutal sadistic killers and the worlds biggest sponsor of terrorism.  If we attack the regime, in an attempt to help those fighting for freedom in Iran, aren’t we (in a sense) providing the same assistance that the French did to our revolution against the British?

Segment Topic:

Commonwealth of VA rejoins the RGGI.  Former governor Youngkin removed VA from RGGI after he took office.

Last week, Governor Abigail Spanberger (D-VA), who ran a campaign based on affordability, including lower energy bills, announced that Virginia would be rejoining the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), and thus imposing a new tax on residents. The RGGI is a regional cap-and-trade program in the Northeast that requires power plants to buy “allowances” to emit carbon dioxide. These allowance costs are naturally passed on to the consumer, inevitably raising electricity prices.

American Energy Alliance President Tom Pyle released the following statement:

“In December, we released a report giving an in-depth look at electricity prices. The data are clear: energy affordability is a policy problem, and blue states that pursue aggressive climate policies pay more. With her RGGI announcement this week, unfortunately, Gov. Spanberger is about to prove what we already know to be true.

“Cap-and-trade is just another name for a consumer tax, plain and simple. It affects not only energy affordability but also the reliability of the grid, as it makes adding and retaining baseload generation more difficult. With rising electricity bills, the importance of an affordable and reliable power grid should be Gov. Spanberger’s main focus. Instead, she remains fixated on pushing pointless, costly policies that Americans have repeatedly rejected.

“It is disappointing that any governor sees the RGGI as a path forward for their state, especially now when affordability is top of mind for all Americans. At the end of the day, the promotion of climate idealism may sound nice, but it does nothing to actually help American families pay their utility bills, and it does little for the environment.”

Gov. Spanberger’s predecessor, Gov. Glenn Youngkin, had pulled Virginia out of RGGI. According to former Gov. Youngkin, from the time Virginia originally joined RGGI to the time they left, residents paid $828 million in a regressive interstate tax applied to their power bills.

Tom Pyle, President American Energy Alliance astevens@energydc.org

Segment Topic:

  • Big Tech is in the news this week as they stand trial for creating products (like tobacco) which are addicting.
    • Two social media giants have already settled out of court, however the alleged addiction to social media is the tip of the iceberg, because AI is making these kinds of addictions much worse for our children.
  • Last week, Meta announced a pause on teenagers’ access to AI characters as it develops an updated version of the characters for minors.
    • The announcement comes after Meta was embroiled in scandal last year following a damning report that revealed that the company allowed the chatbot to have ‘romantic and sensual’ conversations with teens. This week, Meta will go to trial after being accused of not doing enough to protect children online — and even hiding data about the impact of its software on mental health.
  • “Children and teenagers across the country are becoming victims of manipulative and addictive chatbots, and Big Tech has proven that it cannot be trusted to proactively place safeguards on AI,” said Brendan Steinhauser, CEO of the Alliance for Secure AI:

“We cannot fall into a pattern in which families have to experience tragedy after tragedy in order for change to occur. We must combat Big Tech’s missteps as they rapidly deploy AI systems that are drastically changing society as we know it.”

“Meta is making a rare good decision while its feet are being held to the fire. If Mark Zuckerberg actually wants to keep teenagers safe from AI characters, he must be actively transparent with lawmakers and the American public. Meta must put real safeguards on their AI characters, including emergency alerts for teenagers with suicidal thoughts. How many more lawsuits does Meta need to go through, and how many more children need to die, before the company consistently does the right thing?”

Panelist:

Brendan Steinhauser: CEO of the Alliance for Secure AI, a national organization dedicated to promoting the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence.

A veteran strategist and communicator, he has advised U.S. Senators, Members of Congress, and national advocacy groups on everything from education reform to economic policy. Brendan frequently appears on Fox News, CNN, MS Now, BBC, NewsNation, and Newsmax, and his commentary has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.

Show Open:

  • CNN’s Kasie Hunt suggests people should be pointing guns at the Trump administration because it has become “tyrannical” citing “what we saw on the streets” of Minneapolis: “I want to bring back a tweet from Charlie Kirk in 2018. He says this, ‘The Second Amendment is not for hunting. It’s not for self-protection. It is there to ensure that free people can defend themselves if, God forbid, government became tyrannical and turned against its citizens.’ And I think a lot of people are pointing to this because, I mean, what what we saw in the streets.” (Nicholas Fondacaro/X/MRC)
  • On Monday Night’s 11th Hour with Stephanie Ruhle, the MS NOW host downplayed the presence of illegal immigrants in Minnesota and claimed the Trump administration was only undertaking operations in the state because of its blue voting record.
    • Ruhle, also, did not mention Minneapolis’s sanctuary city policies that prevent ICE and other federal authorities from detaining and starting the deportation process of illegal immigrants who had committed crimes in the US.
    • Ignoring how ICE and other DHS authorities surged into Minnesota in response to the ongoing fraud crisis in the state, Ruhle ended her opening monologue by wondering why the State of Minnesota was seeing all the operations, while using some statistics to downplay six figures as a small number!
    • Ruhle did not mention the criminal backgrounds of those captured living freely on the streets of the Twin Cities, nor did she mention that the Marxist-Communist organizations behind the insurrection were protecting illegal crimninals.

Segment Topic:

  • A CBS reporter claimed Tuesday that independent journalist Nick Shirley’s expose on alleged fraud at Somali-run day care centers was to blame for the violent clashes between federal law enforcement officers and left-wing rioters.
    • CBS News national correspondent Lilia Luciano claimed that Shirley’s videos prompted the federal crackdown on the fraud that triggered confrontations between left-wing mobs opposed to United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations and the federal officers.
    • The [Minneapolis] controversy exploded on December 26th when a conservative influencer released a now-viral YouTube video claiming to expose the public fraud.’ Claiming? (Curtis Houck/MRC)
  • ABC’s Trevor Ault predicts more Minneapolis protesters will start bringing guns to their confrontations with CBP and ICE and possible use against the agents, claiming fear of their safety. (Curtis Houck/Newsbusters/MRC)
  • Whoopi claims the resident of Minneapolis have not engaged in any violence or escalation against ICE: “I want to commend the people of Minneapolis. I want to thank them. I want to thank them for not escalating this and, you know, any number of things could have happened but the people of Minneapolis made sure that it didn’t…They have kept the lid on.” (Nicholas Fondacaro/Newsbusters)

Monologue:

Rebroadcast from 6/13/24

———————————————————————————————————————————————————

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • Is the United States falling into another foreign war trap in Iran?
  • The Deep State, the executive arm of Global American Military Empire, has been gaslighting the people into one phony war after another… Iraq, Libya, Syria, Ukraine… for far too long.
    • Had enough?
  • Now New York Times bestselling author Charles Goyette delivers a take-no-prisoners account of personalities and political deceit, false flags and fake news, coups and Cold Wars, and inconceivable blunders. The CIA’s arming Jihadists in Syria to fight fundamentalist militias armed by the Pentagon may be good for war profiteers and those sowing global chaos, but it has been a brutal drain on the well-being of the American people.
    • THE EMPIRE OF LIES: Fragments from the Memory Hole goes beyond policy, revealing the dark role a strange psychological malady, COMBAT ENVY, plays in the lies warmongering public figures tell of their personal derring-do. It exposes the Lapdog Press that replaced the Watchdog Press, even as the world was taken for a second time to the brink of nuclear Armageddon.
    • One by one Goyette refutes the Empire’s talking points, for example that the Empire is needed to keep the sea lanes open, and he describes “Imperial Overstretch,” the syndrome of collapsing Empires reacting militarily to their decline, becoming trapped in cycles of bankruptcy.
    • This account of deadly folly, moral failure, war profiteering, and ruthless manipulation of the public is a fearless warning that systemic dishonesty is the inescapable nature of Empires. As Mark Twain said,
      • “America cannot have an Empire abroad and a Republic at home.” (Mark Twain)

Panelist:

Charles Goyette, author of Empire of Lies: Fragments from the Memory Hole, is a New York Times Bestselling Author and award-winning talk show host.

Segment Topic:

  • Minnesota Politicians Linked to the Riots: The DFL and Defend 612!
      • Multiple Minnesota elected officialshave promoted or supported organizations facilitating ongoing riots and interference with federal immigration enforcement.
      • Elliott Payne, president of the Minneapolis City Council (DFL), publicly promoted Defend 612 on X, encouraging residents to join “community patrols” monitoring ICE activity. In January 2026, he credited the group with stopping an ICE operation at 23rd Street and Central Avenue.
      • Dan Engelhart, a Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board commissioner (District 1), has repeatedly promoted Defend 612 across Instagram (@engy5150), Threads, and Bluesky. Elected in November 2025 and sworn in January 2026, Engelhart posted videos urging residents to “register at defend612.com” for neighborhood watches and rapid-response actions. He also led a unanimous 9–0 Park Board resolution in January 2026 opposing ICE staging at Minneapolis parks and submitted a declaration in a December 2025 ACLU lawsuit against ICE activities.
      • Most politicians associated with anti-ICE organizations are connected to the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL). Formed in 1944 through a merger of the Democratic Party and the progressive Farmer-Labor Party, the DFL is Minnesota’s state affiliate of the national Democratic Party. As of 2026, the DFL controls the governorship, both chambers of the state legislature, and many urban offices.
    • We have heard that these insurgent groups have been provided access to MN DMV computers to track ICE vehicle plates.

  • International Response: The US has blocked the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Burmese citizens, providing continued refuge for those in the country.

    • 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti of South Minneapolis appeared to resist arrest and attack federal law enforcement agents before he was fatally shot over the weekend.
      • But this wasn’t his first brush with federal immigration officers.

Segment Topic:

    • Trump launches midterm push in Iowa, warns losses would derail agenda: ‘We gotta win’
    • President Donald Trumpkicked off an aggressive midterm push Tuesday night in Iowa, warning supporters that losing control of Congress would jeopardize his tax cuts, border policies and broader second-term agenda as he urged Republicans to turn out and “win the midterms.”
    • “If we lose the midterms, you’ll lose so many of the things that we’re talking about, so many of the assets that we’re talking about, so many of the tax cuts that we’re talking about, and it would lead to very bad things,” Trump said during remarks that framed the 2026 midterm elections as a test of his presidency. • John Deere is doing $70 million in factory in North Carolina.
      • It’s brand new, the best in the world, and I think it’s going to pay off very, very big. And if it doesn’t, I have nothing to do with it, but if it does, I’m going to take, I’m going to take full credit.
      • But what it is an excavator factory, as I understand it, and it’s going to be the only excavator factory. In other words, excavators– we all know, I love those excavators– believe it or not, I know a lot about them. We don’t make them here. This is going to be the only excavator entirely made in the United States of America.
      • How much of an impact are these committed investments in new U.S. based plants on our economy (short-term and long-term)?
      • Are you concerned that another government shutdown next week will slow the economy?
      • At this point, can we expect GDP to exceed 5% in 2026?
    • What is the outlook for interest rates in 2026 and the ten-year Treasury (mortgage rates)?

UPS announced yesterday that it is cutting 30,000 jobs as its agreement with Amazon comes to an end.  Are cutbacks like these caused by other business factors as well, such as AI and improved automation-technology?

Segment Topic:

  • A week ago, a group of paid insurrectionists stormed a St. Paul, MN church, interrupting services and terrorizing the minister and those in the pews. If this is the new norm in America, what is the future of having freedom to worship – guaranteed under the United States Constitution?
    • According to the Family Research Council, 383 churches endured a combined total of 415 hostile incidents in 2024, including vandalism, arson, armed aggression, and service disruptions. Armed incidents more than doubled from 12 in 2023 to 28 in 2024.
    • To date, the organization has identified 1,384 acts of hostility toward U.S. churches, occurring between January 2018 and December 2024.
  • Is a church a public space where anyone may protest?
    • Under U.S. law, churches are private property, even when open to the public for worship. Property owners—including churches—retain the right to set rules for conduct on their premises and to remove individuals who violate those rules.
    • The Supreme Court held in Lloyd Corp. v. Tanner(1972) that private property doesn’t become a public forum merely by being open to the public. A Connecticut appeals court applied this principle directly to churches in State v. Steinmann (1990), observing that “property does not lose its private character merely because the public is generally invited to use it for designated purposes.” This means speech protected outside the church building (such as on a sidewalk) doesn’t automatically enjoy the same protection inside a sanctuary. • Ran Gvili, an Israeli police officer whose body was taken to Gaza after he was killed on October 7, 2023, was the last of the hostages slain or abducted on that date whose remains were still in Gaza. He was posthumously promoted to the rank of first sergeant, according to the Israeli government.
    • With the return of the body of Ran Gvili, will Israel proceed with Phase-two in Gaza?
    • What is your assessment of the Board of Peace signing in Davos last week and why did Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refuse to attend?
      • Do you believe that having the commitment of 17 countries, that a new Gaza can be built from the rubble, which will not threaten Israel’s right to exist?
      • Isn’t the board of peace all about foreign investment for Gaza?

It appears that the U.S. is going to strike Iran.  It appears that strike is imminent.  What are your thoughts?  Will they target the Ayatollah and if they do kill him, will the rest of the regime collapse?

  • What does the Don Lemon case in MN and Forbes have in common? In both cases, the First Amendment determines actions which can be taken against a journalist!
  • A new Media Research Center exclusive by MRC Business Associate Editor Joseph Vazquez reveals how a Forbes contributor and colleague offered to tailor coverage to the Biden administration’s preferences around the 2023 Ohio train disaster.
  • The report — based on exclusive documents obtained by MRC Business — shows journalists from Forbes not only proposing to delay publication for the administration’s benefit but also offering editorial input to EPA officials ahead of publication.
  • Forbes contributor Rhett Buttle and associate Abdullah Khan offered to delay or alter coverage of President Biden’s EPA Administrator Michael Regan interview until after political pressure from the East Palestine, Ohio train derailment eased.
  • Communication with the EPA included proposed questions and editorial adjustments, blurring lines between reporting and administration influence.

Buttle is listed as a Biden donor, creating a potential conflict of interest that was not disclosed in the published piece.

The published interview ran on the last day of Black History Month with a promotional headline — yet contained no pushback on key issues like FEMA’s initial decision on disaster aid.

    • Netanyahu did not attend the ceremony, but why is he not supporting Phase-Two?
    • Trump’s plans to rebuild Gaza are a complete reversal of the past and will ensure that the Palestinian Authority is not involved.
    • Does not the entire region need to be involved in the rebuild of Gaza.

10:20

Segment Topic:

  • Trump took control of Davos and not a sighting of Klaus Schwab’s ghost!
  • Mineral rights and military bases:
    • The deal’s framework includes giving the U.S. access to Greenland’s minerals. One of the framework’s proposals is to restrict non-NATO member countries from acquiring the rights to mine Greenland’s rare earth minerals below the ice sheet, The New York Times
    • Minerals are rich near the island’s coastal regions, The Telegraph The U.S. would not have to seek permits to use any iron ore, diamond, copper, zinc, nickel, gold, tungsten and graphite in the ice sheet. The Trump administration has pushed for developing a rare earthsupply chain as a means to cut down on the U.S.’s dependence on China. (The Hill)
    • The deal framework also updates the 1951 deal between the U.S. and Greenland. It gave the U.S. “the right of free access to and movement between the defense areas through Greenland, including territorial waters, by land, air and sea.” It also allowed U.S. aircraft to fly over the island and land in any part of Greenland.
    • It appeared that Denmark was left out of the negotiations and if so; how did NATO step in?
    • Despite Trump claiming the deals are “infinite,” Greenlandic Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen said the terms of the deal are less determined and said only Denmark’s and Greenland’s leaders decide what happens to their lands.
  • Russia/Ukraine:
  • Witkoff and Kushner are in Moscow for direct talks with Putin, following President Trump’s face to face with Zelensky. She we be optimistic because they are at least talking?
  • The U.S. has over $60 billion dollars in frozen Russian assets. Could Putin approve that money to be used for the rebuilding of Ukraine?

Iran:

  • Ominous signs for the Iranian Regime:
  • Iranians were caught moving out of their consulate in London this week.
  • Posted on “X:” In just 56 hours, 16 Chinese military transport aircraft have landed in Iran. Apparently not to make Amazon deliveries!
  • Fox News is reporting that the regime has used the pause over the past few days to tighten its grip against the people and pickup trucks outfitted with automatic weapons are patrolling the streets.
  • More photographic evidence of multiple body bags is surfacing. What is Trump going to do?
  • A look ahead to “Dangerous Intellectuals” podcast on Monday:

Panelist:

Brigadier General Blaine Holt, USAF Retired. Gen. General Holt is a former Deputy United States Military Representative to (NATO).

10:33

Segment Topic:

  • Chief, what was your reaction to yesterday’s testimony of Jack Smith?
    • At one point, former Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone was briefly escorted out of a congressional hearing on former special counsel Jack SmithThursday after a tense exchange with Ivan Raiklin, a one-time Army reservist and right-wing operative.
    • Listening to the anyone with a “D” after their name; you come to the realization that the Dem-Coms are this nation’s enemy!
  • Axios reports that U.S. murder rate hits lowest level since 1900! Why?
    • Why it matters: The decline signals a complete reversal of the COVID-era crime wave.
    • By the numbers: 11 of 13 tracked crimes were lower in 2025 than in 2024, according to data compiled by the Council on Criminal Justice.
    • Nine offenses declined by 10% or more.
    • Aggravated assaults fell by 9%, and gun assaults and robbery tumbled by 22% and 23%, respectively.
    • Drug crimes are up 7%, the lone category to increase.
    • The big picture: Trump touts himself as a law-and-order president who has tackled crime by sending National Guard troops into predominantly Democrat-run cities and justified his immigration crackdown by linking undocumented immigrants to rising crime.
    • But violent crime was already falling to a two-decadelow in Biden’s final year, calling into question whether Trump’s policies have made an impact.
    • “Whether it be deporting criminal illegal aliens, supporting law enforcement officers, or finally being tough on criminals, the Trump Administration has employed a whole-of-government approach to drive down crime and make communities safer,” a White House spokesperson tells Axios.
  • Arrests in MN:
    • The first suspect arrested was Nekima Levy Armstrong, who was apprehended during a morning operation by FBI agents and ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division.
    • She is being charged with a felony for alleged conspiracy to violate someone’s constitutional or legal rights, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. (Epoch Times)
    • Bondi also announced the arrest of an additional suspect in the case, Chauntyll Louisa Allen. The Department of Homeland Security later shared footage of the woman in HSI custody, noting that she had been charged with a “conspiracy to deprive rights,” the same charges against Armstrong.
    • FBI Director Kash Patel later announced the arrest of a third suspect, William Kelly. Patel also announced that the second arrestee, Allen, had been charged with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which in addition to criminalizing the blocking of entrances to abortion clinics also applies to preventing the exercise of freedom of religion at places of worship.
    • Federal Judge refused to issue an arrest warrant against Don Lemon. Why?

Panelist:

Chief Steven Sund, Former Chief of the United States Capitol Police

10:50

Segment Topic:

  • Greenland Deal:
    • “Greenland panic isn’t about trade at all — it’s about a continent that talks big but lacks strategic muscle.” (Larry Behrens/Power the Future)
    • As Europe continues to rage over Greenland, energy expert and Power the Future spokesman Larry Behrensargues that Europe gave up its right to lecture the world when it willfully chose to finance its adversaries.
    • Writing for the Washington Times, Larry notes — “Europe wants to lecture Trump about Greenland. But it obliterated all its leverage over the past decade. So much so that it spends more on Russian oil and gas than in aid to Ukraine. If Europe wants to be taken seriously on trade, security or sovereignty, it must confront the truth about its energy choices. You cannot lecture the world while financing adversaries. You cannot claim independence while importing vulnerability. And you cannot posture as a strategic heavyweight while dismantling the very systems that make power possible.”
    • This latest round of European anger would carry more weight if it weren’t coming from a continent that has systematically dismantled its own energy structure and then acted shocked when that loss of leverage shows up in conflict cash.
    • Europe talks tough because it has little else to lean on and always has the United States as a backstop.
    • In 2018, Mr. Trump warned Europe that it was making itself dangerously dependent on Russian energy. European leaders didn’t just disagree; they also laughed in his face. The idea that energy dependence could become a strategic weapon was treated as crude American thinking. Europe, they insisted, had evolved past that.
      • It was all fun and games until Russia invaded Ukraine.
      • Almost overnight, Europe’s self-confidence collapsed. Energy prices exploded. Factories slowed or shut down. Governments scrambled for liquefied natural gas and emergency supply deals. Through it all, Europe continued sending billions of dollars to Moscow.
    • In the third year of the full-scale invasion (ending February 2025), the EU purchased approximately $25.62 billion in Russian oil and gas. During that same period, the EU allocated roughly $21.88 billion in direct financial aid to Ukraine.
    • That’s $3.74 billion more for Vladimir Putin’s war machine. That isn’t leadership. It’s strategic failure.
    • Energy dominance is power. It means affordability at home, leverage abroad and insulation from coercion. Europe chose the opposite path by shutting down reliable generation, betting heavily on intermittent sources without adequate backup and assuming markets would magically fill the gaps. When those bets failed, Europe didn’t gain independence; it traded for dependency.
    • Mining Ban in MN:
    • Congressional Republicans moved closer Wednesday to lifting a 20-year ban on mining near Minnesota’s Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, pushing a resolution to end the moratorium through the House despite environmentalists’ warnings that it could devastate a premier destination for campers, kayakers and canoeists.
    • The resolution now goes to the Senate, and approval there would send it to President Trump for his signature.
    • Republican Rep. Pete Stauber introduced the bill earlier this month, calling the Biden-era ban an “attack on our way of life” in northern Minnesota, as it “cost countless good-paying, union jobs.”
    • “By locking up the Duluth Complex—the world’s largest untapped copper-nickel deposit—President Biden cemented our nation’s reliance on foreign adversarial nations like China for critical minerals that will be necessary for the United States to compete and win in the 21st Century,” he said.
    • Canada/China relationship:
    • Is the deal between Canada and China all about oil? China needs oil and Canada has that oil.

Panelist:

Larry Behrens: Energy expert and Power the Future spokesman

———————————————————————————————————————————————————

11:06

Segment Topic:

  • Trump takes control of the Globalist movement in Davos!
    • EU members countries never knew what hit them!
    • When Trump left Davos, he had the deal on Greenland that he has been talking about.
    • The EU appears to be a weakened entity and NATO appears to carry more weight.
    • Is this a deal about national security or mining rights (or are they connected)?
    • Trump excoriated mark Carney in Davos.
    • Canada is crawling into bed with Xi Jinping.
    • How bad is the U.S.-Canada relationship now?
    • Canada imports 70% of their needs from the U.S.
    • Is Canada/China cuddling about oil or is it providing China with a strategic location in which to launch an attack against the U.S.?

  • Gaza Board of peace Charter signed by 17 countries.
    • Is this deal all about ensuring foreign investment to rebuild Gaza in a way Trump talked about last year?
    • What is it going to take for Israel to sign on?
    • Mark Carney disinvited from joining.
  • Tik Tok deal is done!
    • Tik Tok valued at $14 billion dollars
    • Can Trump take a victory dance for saving Tik Tok?

NYC’s only Republican congressional seat will be eliminated.

11:33

Segment Topic:

  • What does the National Education Association do with union dues collected from their members?
    • One of the nation’s most prominent teachers’ unions funneled millions of dollars in union funds to far-left activist groups, ballot initiatives and social justice organizations, according to federal labor filings.
    • A November Form L-2 disclosurefrom the National Education Association (NEA) filed in November and obtained by the North American Values Institute (NAVI) shows 2024 fiscal year spending that involved millions given to social justice-oriented groups and far-left causes.
    • The NEA, which boasts more than 3 million members, sent $300,000 to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a liberal dark money group Fox News Digital has reported onextensively, and tens of thousands of dollars to the Tides Foundation network, which Fox News Digital previously reported has ties to anti-Israel protests and a variety of far left causes.
    • Among the largest expenditures was more than $3.5 million sent to Education International, a global teachers federation where NEA President Becky Pringle serves as a vice president. The filing also details hundreds of thousands of dollars flowing to organizations backing ballot initiatives aimed at reshaping education policy and election laws in states, including Ohio, Massachusetts, Arizona and Wisconsin.
    • The union reported spending $500,000 to support a campaign to end standardized testing in Massachusetts, another $500,000 to back an anti-gerrymandering amendment in Ohio and nearly $500,000 to a progressive political consulting firm specializing in ballot initiatives and canvassing.
    • In addition to electoral spending, the NEA paid more than $166,000 to Imagine Us LLC, a consulting firm focused on racial equity training, and tens of thousands more to groups promoting what they describe as “social justice education,” including curriculum materials centered on race, gender identity, and activism in K-12 classrooms.
    • NEA sent $350,000 to the Schott Foundation, which describes itself as “a BIPOC-led public fund that pools philanthropic funding and fuels racial and education justice movements.” (Fox News Channel)

9:06

Show Open:

  • Mob of Protesters Barge into Minnesota Church in Lawless, Demonic Display Without Consequence!
    • A recent episode of Crossroads highlights a troubling convergence of trends that are no longer isolated incidents, but symptoms of a broader breakdown in constitutional norms. Senior Investigative Reporter for the Epoch Times, Joshua Philipp examines how the storming of a church by anti-ICE protesters in Minnesota — now under DOJ investigation — fits into a growing pattern of selective enforcement, institutional intimidation, and ideological double standards.
    • Prolife supporters would not dare storm a Planned Parenthood location!
    • Philipp places this controversy alongside two parallel developments: California’s proposed “billionaire tax” and the accelerating flight of wealth and capital from the state, and the expanding practice of debanking — including President Trump’s claim that JPMorgan Chase moved to cut him off financially after January 6th. Viewed together, these stories point to a deeper issue: the use of institutional power — legal, financial, and regulatory — to pressure or punish disfavored groups.
    • How does the Minnesota church incident signal a broader breakdown in respect for religious freedom and assembly?
    • Why do similar acts of protest receive vastly different legal treatment depending on political ideology?
    • What civil rights or religious discrimination charges could realistically emerge from this case?
    • How does selective enforcement undermine public trust in the Justice Department and the rule of law?
    • Why is the comparison to prosecutions under the FACE Act legally and constitutionally significant?
  • How do de-banking practices expand the use of institutional power beyond traditional law enforcement?
  • What connects the church disruption, billionaire flight from California, and financial targeting of political figures?
  • Are we witnessing the rise of informal punishment systems that bypass due process altogether?

Panelist:

Joshua Philipp is an award-winning journalist and Senior Investigative Reporter at The Epoch Times.   He is the host of ‘Crossroads,’ a news and analysis program on Epoch-TV.

    • Led by a Marxist group, the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), and escorted by law enforcement, the demonstrators marched over a mile, ending just outside Lafayette Square near the White House. (Nathan Worcester/The Epoch Times)
  • Former special counsel Jack Smith is set to appear Thursday on Capitol Hill for a televised hearing, during which he will face questions from House Judiciary Committee Republicans and Democrats about his two prosecutions of President Donald Trump.
  • Republicans, led by Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, are expected to level allegations at Smith that he brought politicized criminal charges against a leading presidential candidate to interfere with the 2024 election.
  • Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said he would back a push to impeach judges blocking President Donald Trump’s agenda on Wednesday.
  • While it’s never something Johnson explicitly ruled out, his support comes after House GOP leaders signaled opposition to such a move last year. At the time, leaders argued impeachment was not a practical punishment for what Republicans widely saw as activist judges trying to influence the administration’s policy.
  • But he told reporters at his weekly press conference that while he believed impeachment is still an “extreme measure,” that “extreme times call for extreme measures.”

Panelist:

    • The district is held by Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., who won her seat in 2020. She slammed the ruling in a statement Wednesday, calling it “a frivolous attempt by Washington Democrats to steal this congressional seat from the people and we are very confident that we will prevail at the end of the day. (Fox News)
  • “The American Police State Has Arrived.”
    • A police state is the antithesis of the constitutional scheme advanced by Jefferson and Madison.
    • In a police state, the laws are written so as to appear to defend freedom; but they are enforced and interpreted so as to enhance the power of the government.
    • When the government tries to intimidate people into silence, when it brutalizes people who shake their fists at its agents, when it threatens to criminalize speech by public officials critical of it, when it terrorizes those who speak their minds — and gets away with these

      • When asked about the prospect of facing charges, Armstrong called it “hypocrisy” that the Justice Department would investigate the agitators but not the ICE agent who shot Good. She also faulted President Donald Trump for enabling ICE to arrest illegal aliens inside churches with a warrant.
      • The Daily Signal reached out to the Racial Justice Network and to other activist groups organizing anti-ICE actions in the Twin Cities area for comment and did not receive responses by press time.
      • The activist groups have organized efforts to monitor federal agents, actively disrupt immigration enforcement operations, and conduct “sit-in” protests.
