9:06

Show Open:

  • The death of Rob Reiner!
  • Could “Jingle Bells” be racist as Joy Reid claims?
  • PBS accuses Trump of “overtly racist rhetoric.”
    • The trio of PBS News Hour anchor Amna Nawaz, New York Times columnist David Brooks, and MS NOW host Jonathan Capehart assembled on Friday to attack President Trump for allegedly using “overtly racist rhetoric” at a recent speech, but nobody cared to actually specify what they found so objectionable.
    • Nawaz, who just won a Walter Cronkite Award for supposedly being able to bring diverse viewpoints to the show, began with Brooks and rattled off a list of things she considered setbacks for the administration before turning the speech, “At the same time, we’re seeing a ramping up of the president’s overtly racist rhetoric. That affordability speech in Pennsylvania just devolved into an anti-immigrant, racist rant. David, are those things related?”
    • Trump said many things in that speech, but two things he brought up that nobody at PBS wanted to talk about were the Somali welfare fraud scandal rocking Minnesota and the fact that Rep. Ilhan Omar “does nothing but bitch. She’s always complaining.” The welfare fraud scandal is real, and even if one wants to demand presidents use G-rated language in public, it is still true that Omar is always complaining and running down the country that granted her asylum—not to mention her frequent descents into anti-Semitism. Segment Topic:

  • Late night shows go full-on revolutionary propaganda!
    • Where was Jimmy Kimmel when Obama a Pelosi blew-up our healthcare system? Was Kimmel crying for us when our premiums and deductibles exploded?
      • Kimmel went to the well for an expert on healthcare – he welcomed mayor Pete – who is arguably the worst cabinet secretary in this nation’s history.
      • Mayor Pete may know something about healthcare; he took a leave of absence from the Transportation Department to breast feed his baby!
      • Did Mayor Pete ride his bike to the ABC studios in LA?
      • Did Pete ever go to East Palestine?
    • Kimmel dug up David Letterman – who now resembles Rumpelstiltskin to claim that the failed ABC late night political hit man is the leader of the resistance!
    • Wikipedia and its little-known ally, Wiki Education, have quietly enlisted and trained more than 140,000 college students to build an army of activists who have already edited thousands of pages on the site, reshaping its content to push left-wing narratives, the Media Research Center has learned. (Eric Scheiner/Newsbusters)
      • How does this infiltration affect what is read on Wikipedia?

Panelist:

Curtis Houck, Managing Editor, Newsbusters

Monologue:

From immigration to infiltration

Segment Topic:

  • Shooting at Brown University in Rhode Island:
    • Shooting at Brown University happened inside a classroom in the Barus and Holley engineering building around 4 p.m. Saturday.
    • Two Brown University students were killed, and 9 students were wounded, officials said.
    • Police announced that a person of interest was taken into custody early Sunday morning and subsequently released.

10:05

Segment Topic:

  • Death and carnage on a beach in Sydney Australia.
  • One of the terror suspects in the Bondi Beach Hanukkah massacreis believed to have studied religion at an Islamic center in Australia that has ties to other Muslim-run organizations in the country.
  • Children and a Holocaust survivor are among the 15 people killedwhen a pair of deranged gunmen opened fire on a crowded Australian beach where thousands of local Jews had gathered to celebrate the first day of Hanukkah.
  • The victims range in age from 10 to 87, Australian authorities confirmed, and include religious leaders, devoted friends and beloved family members.
    • But the celebratory beach outing quickly turned into terror when a hateful father and son — Naveed Akram, 24, and his 50-year-old father — showed up with shotguns, a rifle, and a car full of explosives and started shooting at anybody in sight.
    • The gunmen managed to fire uninhibited for about 10 minutes, according to witnesses.
    • Dead shooter was in Australia on various visas.
    • Naveed (24 year old son) was finally neutralized by a courageous bystander who tackled and took him down.
    • The man who took down the son was apparently a Muslim. Why do we not see more Muslims show this kind of courage?
  • Naveed Akram, 24, who allegedly opened fire with his father on thousands of Jews celebrating Hanukkah Sunday night, was tagged in a February 2022 social media post praising him for mastering “all the rules of tajweed” — the recitation of laws of the Quran — at the Al-Murad Institute outside Sydney.
    • “Another one of my dear students, Naveed Akram, passing the Iqra books and tajweed this morning, perfecting his all the rules of tajweed,” Adam Ismail, head of the institute, said in the since-deleted Facebook post. (NY Post/Anna Young)

Miranda Devine of the NY Post said: “And it is all so sickeningly predictable.

  • Unchecked antisemitism, cowardly appeasement, lax policing and foolish immigration decisions half a century in gestation have coalesced in multicultural southwestern Sydney, an hour’s drive from Bondi.
  • In the two years since the Hamas attack on Israel, synagogues in Sydney have been firebombed, kosher restaurants vandalized, cars outside Jewish homes torched and rancid antisemitic graffiti has become ubiquitous along the Bondi promenade: “Kill Jews” is the mantra.
  • Every weekend for at least two years downtown Sydney is shut down by Palestinian protests.
  • In August, tens of thousands of people waving Palestinian flags and wearing now-fashionable keffiyehs marched across the Sydney Harbour Bridge to demand Israel “stop the genocide” in Gaza. They were accompanied by the Sydney mayor, the former state premier, Labor members of parliament and assorted local celebrities.
  • Australia now recognizes a Palestinian State!
  • The intifada is now “GLOBALIZED.”
  • Harrowing footage from the Hanukkah shooting in Sydney, Australia, shows a bystander tackling and disarming one of the gunmen who opened fire and killed 16 people while injuring dozens more on Sunday.
  • The footage shows the bystander sneak up on the shooter as he is firing on victims off-screen. The man then tackled the shooter and wrenched the gun away from him. He then turned the weapon on the shooter, but did not fire.
  • The hero has been identified by Australian media as Ahmed al-Ahmad, 43. The man’s cousin, Mustafa al-Ahmad, told Australia’s News 7 that Ahmed was shot once in the arm and once in the shoulder. The injuries came when the second gunman fired on Ahmed after he tackled the first man.

He is also the Co-host of the: Shoulder to Shoulder podcast.

10:33

Segment Topic:

    • Gasoline prices are falling to levels not seen since President Trump’s first term. What effect is this having on “AFFORDABILITY” and the stability of the U.S. economy.
    • This week, the U.S. House began what is slated to be two weeks of permitting action. Most notable on the calendar so far has been the passage of H.R. 3898, the “Promoting Efficient Review for Modern Infrastructure Today (PERMIT) Act,” which reforms Section 401 permitting through the Clean Water Act. Section 401 permits have long been weaponized to stop the development of natural gas pipeline infrastructure. (American Energy Alliance)
    • Blue States can manipulate energy prices to their political advantage:
    • The Institute for Energy Research, in partnership with Always On Energy Research, released Blue States, High Rates, a detailed new report demonstrating how state-level policy decisions shape electricity prices. The research focuses on five states – California, Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky, and New York – to illustrate how state-level energy policies affect affordability.
    • Have the climate wackos lost their mojo (Bill Gates)?
    • California dancing at the edge of a cliff (offshore crilling, declining refining capacity).
    • The New York Post has uncoveredone of the Biden Administration’s most stunning green disasters: after spending more than $3 billion in taxpayer money to “electrify” the Postal Service, the USPS has managed to put just 612 electric mail trucks on the road. That’s not a typo. Three billion dollars. Six hundred twelve vehicles. The Post summed it up bluntly:
      • “The US Postal Service has spent more than $3 billion in tax dollars on a brand-new all-electric fleet of mail trucks — and gotten just 612 vehicles for its money.”
      • The rest of the fleet? A mess. More than 6,700 Ford E-Transit vans have been delivered but are sitting idle because they can’t cover rural routes or heavy loads. Oshkosh, the contractor that received the bulk of the money, has struggled so badly that early leak tests resulted in “water pouring out as if the windows had been left open in a storm.” Production has averaged three to four trucks per day. Meanwhile, USPS has quietly purchased over 26,000 internal combustion vehicles just to keep the system functioning.
        • Joni Ernst is right to call this a “tremendous waste.” This was never about modernizing the fleet- it was about forcing a political project onto an essential service. And the result is exactly what you get when ideology replaces engineering: billions spent, almost nothing delivered, and taxpayers left holding the bag. If this is what “green modernization” looks like, it’s no wonder Americans are demanding real accountability, and real energy solutions that actually work. (Power the Future)

AI data centers use about 8 times as much electricity as traditional data centers. This extra demand is already putting pressure on local grids. In Virginia, electricity bills are expected to increase by up to 25% by 2030 due to rising demand from these facilities.  Has the Trump Administrations efforts so far to power AI shown any progress to date?

Panelist:

Diana Furcht-gott-Roth, Economist and Director of the Center for Energy, Climate, and Environment at the Heritage Foundation

11:06

Segment Topic:

  • Terror attack in Australia – is the globalized intifada a reality?
  • Two Iowa National Guard members killed in Syria by ISIS.
  • President Trump has promised swift and deadly retaliation against the caliphate.
  • S. actions against Maduro move to the next phase.
    • S. fighter jets flying over Venezuela.
    • Are we getting prepared for a ground war and what would that war look like?
  • US and Ukraine target 1,000-vessel ‘dark fleet’ smuggling sanctioned oil worldwide!
    • Intelligence analyst warns aging tanker fleet poses billion-dollar oil spill risk while funding regimes carrying out gray-zone aggression
  • S. Special Forces raid ship heading from China to Iran. Is Iran rearming for a war with Israel?
    • What concerns you about this raid?
  • Is the United States and Europe heading for a nasty divorce?
  • Germany is sending troops to Poland and Rutte at NATO is recommending that member countries prepare for WWIII with Russia.
    • Ursula is warning President Trump?
    • Is Congress interfering with Trump Administration control over NATO?

Panelist:

Brigadier General Blaine Holt, (USAF Retired)

General Holt is a former Deputy United States Military Representative to (NATO). General Holt supported the Military Representative and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in executing the U.S. political-military mission at the North Atlantic Council. General Holt was a command pilot with more than 3,900 flying hours in a variety of aircraft.  He is a frequent contributor to Newsmax.  The host of the new podcast series: “Dangerous Intellectuals”

11:33

Segment Topic:

  • A federal appeals court has halted U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s attempt to probe the Trump administration’s purported refusal to comply with blocks he placed on its deportations of suspected Venezuelan gang members earlier this year.
    • The decision on Dec. 12 is the latest development in an interbranch battle over such deportations by the administration. In a per curiam, or unsigned opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit placed a temporary stay on Boasberg’s order requesting testimony about the administration’s decision-making.
    • Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran who has been at the center of the Trump administration’s deportation battles, was freed from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after a judge’s order on Thursday.
    • S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered ICE to immediately release Abrego Garcia and for the administration to notify the court of his status by 5 p.m.
    • “Because Abrego Garcia has been held in ICE detention to effectuate third-country removal absent a lawful removal order, his requested relief is proper,” Xinis said in an opinion.
    • White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a Dec. 11 press briefing that the administration will file an appeal.
    • “The administration opposed this activism from a judge who is really acting as a judicial activist, which we’ve unfortunately seen in many cases across the country,” Leavitt told reporters.
  • A federal appeals court has removed blocks that another judge placed on Congress’s attempt to defund Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.
  • In a 3–0 decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit disagreed on Dec. 12 that Planned Parenthood was likely to succeed in its legal arguments against the defunding measure. More specifically, they pushed back on the idea that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which was signed by President Donald Trump earlier this year, violated the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection under the law.
  • “Preventing these entities from receiving funds if they continue providing abortion services furthers Congress’s interest in reducing abortions,” U.S. Circuit Judge Gustavo Gelpí said in an opinion.
  • During this week’s oral arguments in Trump v. Slaughter, Justice Sonia Sotomayor threatened America with a good time— warning that the administration is “asking us to destroy the structure of government.”
  • It’s about time an unaccountable fourth branch of the state was decimated.
  • Trump v. Slaughter revolves around the president’s ability to fire executive branch officials without cause at “independent” agencies.
  • For one thing, nowhere does the Constitution empower Congress to create “independent” anything.

The notion is a concoction of our worst former president, Woodrow Wilson, and it was codified nearly a century ago in Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, when the high court ruled that the Federal Trade Commission was a quasi-legislative, quasi-executive, and quasi-judicial agency. (NY Post)

Segment Topic:

    • Rabbi Pesach (pa-sack) Wolicki joins us to explain why he calls Mamdani ‘the most dangerous politician in America,’ why so many progressive Jews backed him anyway, and what it reveals about the future of Jewish politics in the U.S. and Israel.”
      • Rabbi Wolicki recently laid out why Mamdani’s Twelver Shia background—aligned with the same strain of Islam that governs Iran—makes him “the most dangerous politician in this country,” and why that threat is badly underestimated in mainstream coverage. He also explains the paradox of Jewish progressive voters backing a politician whose ideological allies are openly hostile to Israel and traditional Judaism.
        • “You’ve called Mamdani the most dangerous politician in America. What, specifically, in his religious and ideological background leads you to that assessment?”
        • “Why did so many progressive Jews support Mamdani, and what does that reveal about the deeper identity crisis inside American Jewry?”
      • “How should Jewish and Christian voters think about candidates whose religious-political ideology aligns with Iran’s ruling clerics?”
    • Rabbi, we plaid the clip at the outset of this segment on the explosion in Mosque construction in Dallas area – what should the average American take from that?

Robert Spencer was on this program two days ago and discussed the contrast between Islam the religion and Islam the political movement.

Panelist:

Rabbi Pesach (pa-sack) Wolicki is the Executive Director of Israel365 Action, a prominent advocacy organization committed to defending Israel’s sovereignty and biblical heritage. • According to President Donald Trump: “We must focus all of our energy and might on ELECTION FRAUD!!”
  • Gary Berntsen & Ralph Pezzullo explain how America’s enemies, foreign & domestic, are stealing the Republic.
  • How are they stealing the Republic, by hacking into our elections?
    • Following the obvious theft of the 2020 election, there were reports that Venezuela was involved, Bill Barr and John Durham traveled to Italy to investigate reports that election hacking was somehow connected to Italy. Now it appears those reports (Venezuela/Italy) may be true.
    • Mike Lindell was de-banked, his cell phone was confiscated and his company was targeted. Could it be that those responsible for stealing U.S. elections were afraid that Mike Lindell was on to something and were trying to prevent him from providing us with the evidence?
    • Lindell purchased television time with his own money on what has been reported by Gary Berntsen & Ralph Pezzullo in their new book.
    • Fox was targeted in reporting the story and paid dearly. Newsmax was even dragged into this.
    • What if Obama, Biden, Democrat control of congress was not the will of the people? What if it was the will of the City of London, the World Economic Forum?

What if the communist insurgency in America is occurring because of stolen elections?

9:06

Segment Topic:

  • The Trump economy Thanksgiving 2025!
    • How will average Americans feel about their current and future economic status as they gather around the turkey?
    • The Dem-Com’s are trying to focus on the lack of affordability; however, they are the ones who got us into this mess.
    • The recently released September Jobs Reportrevealed substantial improvements. Whether it be the growth of wages or number of Americans joining the workforce, it is strikingly clear that President Trump is leading us towards a more prosperous future.
    • Under President Trump and this administration, America is becoming more affordable. Gas prices are at a four-year low, core inflation is near its lowest level in four years, and the stock market continues to reach historic highs. Next Thursday, Americans will reap the benefits of this Promising Economy, as Thanksgiving meal prices are down.
    • We are now only 347 days away from the 2026 Midterms. Every American must be made aware of the significant results that President Trump and the Republican Party continue to deliver. I have listed below our list of GOP Voices that can speak to this. These individuals can discuss specific topics such as the Promising Economy, Energy Policies, Peace Through Strength, Abolishing the Education Department, and any News of the Day.
    • Does the average American have the patience to wait for 2nd Quarter of next year to rate the 2ns Trump economy?

Panelist:

Jon Hartley, Policy Fellow at the Hoover Institution; Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, Stanford PhD Candidate.

Jon Hartley is an economist specializing in finance, labor economics, and macroeconomics.

9:20

Segment Topic:

  • The 2025 hurricane season is almost over. What did the media predict about the frequency and severity of storms this year and what did their final tally show?
  • Climate change is nearly not as dangerous for America than the Trump Administration and their budget cuts to Federal disaster agencies.
    • In August, CNN meteorologist Briana Waxman scare-mongeredthat “Primetime hurricane season is here, and the Atlantic is a powder keg.” Waxman, acting like some sort of eco-seer, claimed that “There are signs tropical development will pick up in earnest over the next one to two weeks as the Atlantic is loaded with potential.”
    • New York Times reporter Judson Jones harped on a similar notein August, “A Fairly Quiet Hurricane Season May Be About to Ramp Up.”
    • Axios reportedNovember 23 that the 2025 hurricane season is ending without a “single” U.S. landfall for the first time in 10 years. Of course, the liberal outlet couldn’t resist trying to drum up fears despite the catastrophic predictions from months ago going kaput: “That’s welcome news for hurricane-prone states, but doesn’t mean future years will be equally calm — especially as climate change continues to warm the oceans, essentially creating hurricane fuel.”

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • “Arctic Frost’s” spying on members of Congress is a Constitutional crisis. What I learned about FBI spying in and out of Congress. (Front Page Mag/Louie Gohmert)
    • Many were shocked to find out that Jack Smith (or Jack ‘Frost’ Smith for short, as I prefer) had subpoenaed the cell phone records of many Republicans, including Senators, during the ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation into President Trump for a matter of days. Now we have learned that the Biden administration appointed ‘Special Counsel’ also requested some cell phone records, including mine, for nearly THREE MONTHS from November 3, 2020 to January 8, 2021.
    • To understand the Constitutional crisis that this has created, one must first understand that the subpoena was issued as a “Grand Jury Subpoena.” Although we were not in the room when the pitch was made to the grand jury, here is what is fairly obvious. Jack Smith and his cronies, provided information to a group of Washington, DC citizens, 95% of whom (or maybe all of whom) voted for someone other than President Trump, indicating that they believed there was a grand conspiracy for an insurrection to destroy the proper election of the ‘electorally pure’ Joe Biden. To the minds of these jurors, Trump and all of his henchmen must be stopped.
    • Jack Smith or someone on his behalf must have assured these fine people of the grand jury that this insurrection occurred on such a broad scale, that it included hundreds of members of Congress and other groups, and that they just had to agree to let them get subpoenas of very personal material from those people in order to stop the insurrection and prosecute the insurrectionists. Further, it was critical that those people must not know that the information was being sought or these people were so devious that they would likely destroy all of the evidence.
    • That last part we know because that was part of the order issued to the recipient of the subpoena that they could not disclose this to the individuals whose information was being sought or they might try to destroy it or get rid of it: sort of like Hillary Clinton did with her phone and emails.
    • Keep in mind, these subpoenas do not rise to the level of requiring probable cause as do all warrants under the 4th Amendment. That is normally not an issue when the subpoena is issued to the party whose records are being sought because that party can immediately go to court and challenge the legitimacy of a lack of probable cause.
    • Senator Grassley’s investigators revealed to me that, as far as they could tell, Verizon received the subpoena and simply turned over everything that was sought. However, AT&T and others balked at the legality after apparently seeing that the records of elected officials were involved. As far as they could tell, Jack Smith pushed no further with those companies that refused to produce the records and did not take further legal proceedings to justify his actions. Good for AT&T.
    • There have been cases through the years that indicate that getting the ‘metadata’ (the massive record of phone numbers calling other numbers) from cellular providers did not violate Constitutional norms since it did not reveal their names. However, when the Department of Justice (DOJ) grabs months of cellphone records from an American citizen without proof of any probable cause of a crime being committed by that individual, it is time for the courts to proclaim clearly that this is a fishing expedition and requires a major hand slap to this Orwellian prosecutor.
    • The importance of the “Congressional privilege” that extends to material that is produced in a Congressional office, and why it’s more important than the attorney-client privilege (which the Obama and Biden DOJ had no problems violating as well), is because people come to Congress members and Senators with concerns about their government. That includes whistleblowers reporting problems within the FBI and DOJ or within the Executive Branch.
    • The only way a republic is perpetuated is when there are plenty of checks and balances on governmental power. If one branch, especially the one that can put people in prison, is able to stifle checks against its enormous power, the checks and balances fail, as does the democratically elected republican form of government. The executive branch can then control who has power and who goes to jail without ever needing to obtain executive branch power again.
    • In the past when I revealed the many times that FBI agents and others had privately reported Constitutional abuses within the DOJ and FBI to me, I was careful not to say how they got in touch with me. If whistleblowers knew that the DOJ could simply grab information from Congress members or their offices and phones, the checks and balances on the department that is capable of the most heinous abuses would be gone.
    • Most recent polling in Texas shows John Cornyn running last in a three-way primary for re-election behind Ken Paxton and Congressman, Wesley Hunt. Is Cornyn’s days in the Senate over?  Have the RINO’s come home to roost, finally?
      • How much are you rooting for Jasmine Crockett to run for Senate?
      • What about Texas redistricting – now in the hands of the courts?

Panelist:

Former Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert, currently: Senior Fellow for Political Statesmanship with the David Horowitz Freedom Center

Segment Topic:

  • LBJ’s Lucky Day: From Political Dead End to Oval Office Jackpot in a Single Afternoon!
    • JFK assassinated 62 years ago and we appear no closer to answers today than we were on that fateful afternoon in Dealey Plaza.
    • Did LBJ’s collapsing political fortunes give him the strongest motive of anyone in JFK’s inner circle?
    • What did Don Reynolds reveal about Johnson’s corruption that made November 22, 1963 so dangerous for LBJ?
    • In September 1963, an investigation was begun by the Republican-led Senate Rules Committee into Baker’s business and political activities. Baker was investigated on allegations of bribery using money allocated by Congress. He was also accused of arranging sexual favors in exchange for votes and government contracts. In light of this extensive criticism, Baker resigned as Secretary to the Majority Leader on October 7, 1963.
    • For six decades, America has avoided the question that refuses to die: Did Lyndon Johnson have more to gain from JFK’s murder than any man alive? On the very day his career was collapsing under corruption scandals, the bullets in Dallas didn’t just kill a president — they saved LBJ’s political life and catapulted him into the Oval Office. If that doesn’t demand scrutiny, nothing does.
    • Bobby Baker was one of the top political advisers to Lyndon B. Johnson, as well as a leading organizer for the Democratic Party. He was so good at what he did that he was often referred to as the “101st Senator”. Baker became the Senate’s Secretary to the Majority Leader. Johnson brought Baker with him to the White House in 1963, but Baker’s tenure there would be short lived. Baker was forced to resign during an investigation by the Democratic-controlled Senate into Baker’s business and political activities. The investigation included allegations of bribery and arranging sexual favors in exchange for Congressional votes and government contracts.
    • The Senate investigation looked into the financial activities of Baker and Lyndon Johnson during the 1950s.
    • The investigation of Lyndon Johnson as part of the Baker investigation was later dropped after President Kennedy’s assassination and Johnson’s ascension to the presidency.
    • Why were the Senate Rules Committee hearings abruptly halted the moment news came from Dallas?
    • How did Johnson go from political dead man walking to untouchable president in a single afternoon?
    • What key testimony vanished or was sealed after LBJ assumed the presidency?
    • Did the assassination conveniently erase every threat to Johnson’s career, or was something more deliberate at play?
    • Why did so many investigators privately express suspicion about LBJ’s sudden rise to power?
    • If the truth was harmless, why were so many records buried for decades?

Panelist:

Bob Nelson, nephew of Don B. “Buck” Reynolds.  Bob is the author of: LBJ’s Mortal Wound: The Don Reynolds Story (Reynolds was a key witness in the Bobby Baker corruption scandal).

Reynolds Nephew is prepared to illuminate one of the most explosive yet suppressed chapters of the Kennedy assassination era: the testimony that threatened to end Lyndon B. Johnson’s political career on the very morning John F. Kennedy was shot.

Segment Topic:

  • Israel kills top Hezbollah official in first attack on Beirut in months!
    • We spend all our time talking Gaza and Hamas – but we Israel still has Hezbollah to contend with.
    • Israel’s military has killed a senior member of the militant group Hezbollah in an air strike on the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, despite a ceasefire.
    • It described Haitham Ali al-Tabtabai, Hezbollah’s chief of staff, as a veteran of the group who had held a series of senior positions.
    • Lebanon’s health ministry said at least five people were killed and 28 others wounded in the strike, which hit an apartment building in the densely populated Dahieh district.
    • Hezbollah confirmed Tabtabai’s death, adding Israel had crossed a “red line” in carrying out the strike.
    • Why did Israel break the cease fire? The answer emanates from Tehran (of course).
    • Israeli officials say Hezbollah has been trying to rebuild its military capabilities, is smuggling weapons into Lebanon and stepping up the production of explosive drones as an alternative to rockets and missiles, and there are growing fears of an escalation of hostilities. (BBC)
  • What is your opinion on naming Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization?
    • Shouldn’t CAIR be next?

President Trump pulled protective status from Somali refugees in Ilhan Omar’s district in MN after it was uncovered that a massive scam was funneling U.S. tax dollars from Omar’s district to Al-Shabab terrorists back in Somalia.

11:33

Segment Topic:

The War Department announced Monday that it will conduct a “thorough review” of “serious allegations of misconduct” levied against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), a retired Navy captain.

The review will “determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures,” according to the department’s statement, which was published on social media.

After the review was announced, War Secretary Pete Hegseth said, “The video made by the ‘Seditious Six’ was despicable, reckless, and false. Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of ‘good order and discipline.’ Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion, which only puts our warriors in danger.”

The department’s statement included a reminder for retired military service members that they remain subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice for applicable offenses, as well as one for active-duty service members, noting that they are legally obligated to obey lawful orders.

Kelly was one of six Democratic veterans in Congress who participated in a video last week warning service members that they are obligated not to follow illegal orders. However, the lawmakers did not specify what orders could be issued that would be illegal.

He said he found out about the review on social media.

“Secretary Hegseth’s tweet is the first I heard of this,” Kelly said on social media. “I also saw the President’s posts saying I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”

Kelly was joined by Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) in the video.

“Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under [War Department] jurisdiction,” Hegseth said. “One is CIA, and four are former military but not ‘retired,’ so they are no longer subject to UCMJ. However, Mark Kelly, retired Navy commander, is still subject to UCMJ — and he knows that.”

The video got the attention of President Donald Trump, who initially accused the lawmakers of seditious behavior worthy of being killed. He and several Republican lawmakers said they tried to undermine the president and subtly encouraged service members not to follow legal orders.

(Washington Examiner/Mike Brest/ Mabinty Quarshie)

Senator Kelly said he learned about the Department of War’s probe on social media. He also said he won’t be intimidated.

“If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work,” Mark Kelly said. (The Gateway Pundit)

Show Open:

  • The Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to infiltrate and destroy America!
    • While all eyes were focused on New York and Mamdani, forty-two Muslim candidates, backed by terror linked network, have seized key offices across America, proving that the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to infiltrate and destroy America from within is now a reality. 76 Muslim candidates ran for office nationwide. 43 have been declared winners, with three races still pending recounts or certification.
    • The 42 Muslim officials now occupy positions in some of the most influential jurisdictions in the country — from the New York mayor’s office to Virginia’s executive branch, from Michigan’s heartland to local school boards.
    • The newly elected officials span at least nine states — New York, Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. The list includes six mayors, four state legislators, 20 city councils and commissioners, 6 school board members, two judges, and 3 other political positions.
      • Governor Greg Abbott today designatedthe Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. This designation authorizes heightened enforcement against both organizations and their affiliates and prohibits them from purchasing or acquiring land in Texas. (Governor’s Office: Texas)
      • “The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Sharia law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world,’” said Governor Abbott. “The actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR to support terrorism across the globe and subvert our laws through violence, intimidation, and harassment are unacceptable. Today, I designated the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. These radical extremists are not welcome in our state and are now prohibited from acquiring any real property interest in Texas.”
    • Islamophobia or threat?

Somali money laundering of taxpayer dollars from Ilhan Omar’s district in Somalia to Al-Shabaab terrorists.

Panelist:

Segment Topic:

  • Is the end of Obamacare on the horizon?

Did the government shutdown blow the lid off the amount of money from subsidies going to insurance companies?

How would funding patients directly, and not insurance companies work?

Sen. And Dr. Bill Cassidy pitched legislation to follow President Trump’s footsteps to deliver better outcomes and lower prices for Americans by funding patients directly.

Panelist:

Terry Wilcox, co-founder of Patients Rising and advisor to new health policy group Fund the Patient, agrees. In her op-ed in D.C. Journal, she explains how Democrats are supporting insurance instead of patients in their crusade to keep Obamacare subsidies alive

9:35

Monologue:

Senators Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona, along with Representatives Chris DeLuzio of Pennsylvania, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, and Jason Crow of Colorado, posted a video on Tuesday essentially ordering these professionals to betray Trump and implement a ‘soft coup,’ rendering him powerless to carry out his policies.

Trump responded on Truth Social, calling the video “seditious” and stating that these “traitors” should be arrested. He later added that sedition is a crime punishable by death. (The Gateway Pundit)

We can no longer ignore the threats by these communists to our Republic!

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • What does Autism, Somali immigrants, Ilhan Omar’s congressional district, terrorism and money laundering have in common?
    • Will Cain Show pulled back the curtain yesterday on a money laundering scam from Ilhan Omar’s congressional district which was sending our tax dollars to Al-Shabaab in Somalia from taxpayer money which was supposedly earmarked to help kids with Autism.
    • According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Al-Shabaab remains one of al-Qaeda’s strongest and most successful affiliates. The terrorist organization continues to exploit the Somalian government’s limited state capacity and the country’s dire humanitarian crisesto launch indiscriminate attacks against government forces, foreign peacekeepers, and civilians. Segment Topic:

  • What is an illegal order?
  • Now that six members of Congress (two-senators and 4-house members) are publicly urging those serving our nation on our armed-forces to disregard orders from President Trump, what effects does this type of threat have inside our military?
  • Aren’t the Dem-Coms pulling a page from their 2020 Playbook? Isn’t this what they told Mark Milley to do?
  • Was this sedition, insurrection or treason?
  • This is not TDS – this goes far beyond TDS!
  • What is an illegal order?
  • “Don’t give up” – it calls for insurrection, it calls for a coop’ based out of our military.
  • Did soldiers obey Biden’s orders to abandon Afghanistan? Where did that get us?
  • Didn’t the Dem-Com’s tell our servicemembers that they had to roll up their sleeves and submit to MRNA or be drummed out of the military?
  • Weren’t they the ones who drummed men and women out of the military during the Biden Regime who were found to have attended a MAGA rally or had social media accounts which were favorable to President Trump?
    • This video evidence proves what I have been saying: Dem-Coms are no longer a political party – but a Communist insurgent revolutionary council – targeting the overthrow of the Republic.
    • Military Tribunals are the only remedy.
    • It is time for swift, powerful and decisive action by the White House.
  • Does their insurgent army need enforcements due to mass deportations?

Panelists:

Segment Topic:

    • Six members of Congress (two-senators and 4-house members) are publicly urging those serving our nation on our armed-forces to disregard orders from President Trump.
    • President Trump responds on Truth Social:
    • “It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand – We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET. President DJT”
    • Have these Democrats crossed the line?
    • Slotkin responded to the President:
    • The Democrat conspirators responded to President Trump’s death penalty for sedition message with the following statement posted by Slotkin:

A joint statement from myself @SenMarkKelly, @RepJasonCrow, @RepDeluzio, @RepGoodlander and @RepHoulahan.

“We are veterans and national security professionals who love this country and swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That oath lasts a lifetime, and we intend to keep it. No threat, intimidation, or call for violence will deter us from that sacred obligation.

“What’s most telling is that the President considers it punishable by death for us to restate the law. Our servicemembers should know that we have their backs as they fulfill their oath to the Constitution and obligation to follow only lawful orders. It is not only the right thing to do, but also our duty.

“But this isn’t about any one of us. This isn’t about politics. This is about who we are as Americans. Every American must unite and condemn the President’s calls for our murder and political violence. This is a time for moral clarity.

“In these moments, fear is contagious, but so is courage. We will continue to lead and will not be intimidated.

Is this threat against the President merely going to fizzle out or have the Dem-Com’s signaled their intentions to remove Trump from office if they regain control of Congress in 2027?

Will the real Jeffrey Epstein please come forward?

Jasmine Crockett lied on the House Floor about Lee Zeldin and other Republicans.  Who wants to kiss her sneakers now?

Phony congresswoman Rep. Stacey Plaskett was texting Epstein during the Michael Cohen hearing.  Why did Epstein have access to a cell phone in Federal prison?

Jack Smith-Gate:

Biden DOJ subpoenaed Jim Jordan’s phone records covering more than two years

The subpoena for the House Judiciary chairman’s records reached back to Jan. 1, 2020

Those in the House and Senate who were spied upon by Merrick Garland and Jack Smith want the right to sue the government – that same government spies on us everyday and we cannot sue the government!

How important was the Saudi Crown Prince meeting at the White House this week?

Saudi committed to a $one trillion-dollar investment in America.

What is the possibility that Saudi Arabia will join the Abraham Accords?

Segment Topic:

  • The American Energy Alliance (AEA) applauds the House of Representatives for passing three Congressional Review Act resolutions that overturn restrictive Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rules and plans imposed by the Biden administration. These rules and plans were designed to lock up responsible energy development on federal lands in Wyoming and Alaska.
    • Tom Pyle, President of the American Energy Alliance, issued the following statement:
“These three votes represent a major victory for American energy dominance, affordable energy for families, and responsible stewardship of our public lands. For years, the Biden administration used the Bureau of Land Management as a tool to systematically lock up millions of acres of federal land that Congress explicitly set aside for multiple use, including energy production. Today, the People’s House stood up for American workers, consumers, and our national security by reversing these unlawful and ideologically driven restrictions. We urge the Senate to act quickly and send these resolutions to the President’s desk.”

      • Given the current price of oil, what can we expect with respect to oil exploration at this time. The lands might be open, but do oil companies have the financial incentive to drill on Federal lands at this time? ($57.54 at the time of this show)

Panelist:

Kenny Stein, VP Policy: American Energy Alliance

Show Open:

  • If we are spending this much time on Epstein, Trump MUST have something to hide!
  • NewsBusters study detailing 821 minutes of network coverage on Epstein.
  • Under orders from the Dem-Com’s, Marxist State Media was keeping the Epstein story in the headlines because they were subliminally tying Trump to Epstein (or so they hoped).
    • Key Findings:
    • 821 total minutes of coverage across ABC, CBS, and NBC since July 7, 2025.
    • ABC, CBS, and NBC together devoted 821 minutes to Epstein (and Maxwell) mentions starting July 7.
    • Network breakdown:
    • ABC: 358 minutes — by far the most aggressive.
    • NBC: 276 minutes
    • CBS: 187 minutes
ABC alone gave nearly twice the airtime that CBS did, revealing stark editorial differences.
    • Program-level details underscore the scale:
    • Morning shows racked up nearly 400 minutes — with Good Morning America leading at 141 minutes.
    • Sunday shows added 148 minutes, with ABC’s This Week responsible for 98 minutes by itself.
    • Anchor commentary was substantial: NBC Nightly News anchor Hallie Jackson delivered nearly 101 minutes of Epstein-related framing.
    • And Curtis puts the numbers in context: while massive, this frenzy still trails the 2,284 minutes the networks poured into Russiagate during Trump’s first two years — underscoring how these manufactured crises become the dominant media narrative.
    • Curtis’s study is not opinion or speculation — it’s a minute-by-minute quantitative analysis that exposes how the networks are constructing the new Russiagate, crowding out competing stories and shaping public perception through sheer volume.
    • By devoting this much time, the view is left with the impression that something big is coming!
  • Last night, the White House released a statement which said:
    • “ABC “News” is not journalism — it’s a Democrat spin operation masquerading as a broadcast network. The network’s longstanding commitment to hoaxes, character assassinations, and outright fiction targeting only one side of the political aisle is a deliberate deception to wage war on President Trump and the millions of Americans who elected him to multiple terms.”

  • Jake and the Judge:

    • Lindsey Halligan, President Donald Trump’s handpicked U.S. attorney who brought chargesagainst former FBI Director James Comey, told a judge Wednesday that the full grand jury that indicted Comey did not see the final indictment — only the foreperson and another grand juror did.
      • Halligan’s testimony came in a hearing Monday in which Comey is seeking to have the indictment thrown out on the grounds that it’s the product of a vindictive prosecution.
        • Halligan told U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff that the full grand jury voted to indict Comey on two of the three counts submitted in the original indictment, but that the final revised indictment reflecting the two counts Comey was ultimately charged with was not reviewed by the full grand jury — only by the jury foreperson and one other grand juror. (ABC News)
      • A federal appeals court has blocked a lower-court ruling that sought to limit how immigration agents can use force during Chicago-area enforcement operations, calling the judge’s order “overbroad” and “too prescriptive.”
        • The Seventh Circuit panel cautioned against “overreading” its stay, noting that a fast-track appealcould result in a “more tailored and appropriate” order. (Fox News)
      • What’s next after a court blocked Texas’ gerrymandered- maps?
        • The state is expected to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to temporarily pause the ruling, which would allow Texas to use the more recent map while the appeal plays out.
          • Will this decision affect California gerrymandering?
        • Judge grills government over apparent lapses in Comey indictment.
          • The case’s prosecutor said the full grand jury didn’t see the final indictment.

New Arctic discovery could deal massive blow to Chinese dominance of rare earth minerals! (Fox News)

As of 2024, the U.S. was at least 93% import-dependent on both rare earth elements (REEs) and graphite itself, according to the International Energy Agency, and the Graphite Creek deposit has already been dubbed the largest such tranche in the U.S.

But, this week’s announcement that REEs were discovered in addition to the graphite lode portends a step-up that the U.S. can take against the CCP through Trump’s “American energy dominance” agenda, according to a source familiar with the situation.

Graphite One is the largest graphite deposit in the U.S. and N.A. so far. Graphite is a key component in LITHIUM batteries. G1 is part of Trump’s FAST-41 resource fast track program. But now RARE EARTH ELEMENTS have been found among the graphite deposits, making the Graphite Creek project EVEN more critical to resource and defense development.

  • Here are six takeaways from the latest Fox News national survey.
    • Some 76% of voters view the economy negatively. That’s worse than the 67% who felt that way in July and the 70% who said the same at the end of former President Biden’s term.

Today on YNTA:

Your News Talk America!

9:06

Segment Topic:

  • America has many enemies, however, the most dangerous of those enemies is the eroding of our cultural norms and our sacred traditions.
  • 12th grade girls are less likely than boys to say they want to get married someday. (Pew/Dana Braga)
  • According to the poll, 61% vs. 74%, just a decade ago (girls were more pro-marriage).
  • S. high schoolers are less likely now than in the past to say they want to get married someday. And a smaller share today says that they’re very likely to have children if they do get married, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of survey data from the University of Michigan.
    • American culture, the American way of life cannot survive if this poll is accurate.
    • The erosion of the American family started in Europe over 30-years ago. In some Scandinavian countries, most couples simply shack-up.
      • What has caused this further erosion?

Panelist:

JP De Gance, the founder and president of Commun-io and the co-author of the book, Endgame: The Church’s Strategic Move to Save Faith and Family in America.

In past research; young adults tied their desire to marry to the “happily ever after” stories they grew up with. Today those marriage-positive narratives have all but disappeared from kids’ media, replaced with identity-driven themes, and its reshaping girls’ expectations for adulthood.

9:20

Segment Topic:

  • There is good news with respect to saving American culture:
    • New Yorkers turning to the church, number of Catholic converts soaring, according to priests. (NY Post/Kirsten Fleming)
    • Young people come to New York City to chase careers, materialism and pleasure. The pursuit of faith isn’t exactly on the Big Apple checklist.
    • However, at a recent, very crowded Sunday night mass at  Joseph’s Church in Greenwich Village, Father Jonah Teller, OP made a simple announcement indicating that times are changing.
      • According to Fr. Teller, the number enrolled in the parish’s Order of Christian Initiation of Adults — the process in which adults convert to Catholicism — had tripled since last year, with roughly 130 people signing up.
    • That’s the case in NYC – but what about nationally?
      • What’s going on here?
      • Is this spike in conversions the answer to 12th grade girls having no interest in marriage and children?
      • Did a communist being elected NYC mayor spike the interest in conversion?
      • Is the answer to restoring American culture conversion?

Panelist:

Shawn Carney, devout Catholic and the leader of 40 Days for Life.

9:35

Monologue:

What to do about the FBI? (Rebroadcast from 9-1-22)

There is something very wrong with the official story and that invites conspiracy theories.

The president demanded answers months ago. A man was murdered. What is going on?

Then-FBI Director Chris Wray told Congress after the July 13, 2024, attack that the bureau had found nothing in Crooks’ online history that pointed to a motive or political ideology.

A week later, Wray’s deputy Paul Abbate told Congress that comments posted on one of Crooks’ social media accounts “appear to reflect antisemitic and anti-immigration themes to espouse political violence and are described as extreme in nature.”

Thanks to an enterprising source who uncovered Crooks’ hidden digital footprint, we can see that Abbate misled Congress by omission, because he left out an entire section of Crooks’ online interactions from January to August 2020 when he did an ideological backflip and went from rabidly pro-Trump to rabidly anti-Trump and then went dark, never seeming to post again.

Among the 17 accounts uncovered by our source were ones on YouTube, Snapchat, Venmo, Zelle, GroupMe, Discord, Google Play, Quizlet, Chess.com and Quora.

The online interactions from when Crooks was ages 15 to 17 give us a better understanding of his evolution into an assassin, and invite more questions about what — or who — reversed his ideology.

“The danger Crooks posed was visible for years in public online spaces,” says the source. “His radicalization, violent rhetoric and obsession with political violence were all documented under his real name. The threat wasn’t hidden.” (NY Post/Amanda Devine)

Kash Patel is over his head and needs to be replaced NOW!

Bondi has needed to go for months!

Nuclear option – get Trump’s nominees confirmed.  Enough of these stalling tactics.  A year has been wasted already!

10:08

  • Has Marjorie Tailor Greene destroyed her political career?
    • Did she really believe that she could conduct a public spat with President Trump and survive politically?
    • She criticized the President for spending too much time traveling abroad, however, he traveled abroad to bring business and high paying jobs to America.
    • Trump tried (with internal polling data) to show her that she was NOT a popular statewide candidate.
    • What about her apology tour in enemy territory (The View and Marxist State Media?
    • How does that kind of capitulation sit with conservatives in Georgia?

Panelist:

Mykel Barthelemy, Conservative News Commentator; Author of the book: TRUMP IS NOT A RACIST! Here’s Why: Ms. Barthelemy is a former congressional candidate.

10:20

Segment Topic:

  • Mykel Barthelemy discusses relevant topics of the day:
    • More criticism over the FBI’s investigation of Thomas Matthew Crooks investigation. Kash Patel appears weak again.

    • Trump affordability tour.
    • Will the shutdown be remembered at the midterms?

Panelist:

Jason Sorrens, Senior Economist at the American Institute for Economic Research

11:06
