9:00 · Show Open: Trump's Canceled Iran Strikes
President Trump says the strikes he canceled against Iran over the weekend would have been the biggest attack since World War II, and that he called them off after Saudi, Emirati, and Qatari negotiators told him a deal was imminent on the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's denuclearization. Jake and Paul Davis dig into why the Saudis pushed to cancel the strike when they had just joined the United States in bombing IRGC backed militias in Iraq the week before, and whether the IRGC has really shown any willingness to cut a deal. Israel reportedly intended to join the now canceled attack, and renewed US Iran talks are set to start Monday, though it is unclear where they will be held or what the regime's deadline is.
- Iran executed two Iranian nationals Monday, accusing them of passing sensitive military and security coordinates to Israel during the war, Iran's Fars news agency reported.
- The US military struck Qeshm Island in southern Iran with a large bomb Thursday night that allegedly hit a family home, according to a New York Times report Friday. Iranian officials say the strike killed a couple and their two year old son; two other children survived.
- A NYT analysis of video and satellite imagery found the weapon was likely a 2,000 pound bomb, one of the largest conventional bombs used by the US military.

9:20 · Is an Iran Deal Really Imminent?
President Trump claimed late last night that an Iran deal was imminent. Jake and Paul Davis ask whether any substantive deal is actually close, or whether this is only a Strait of Hormuz arrangement that lets the regime push the nuclear question down the road. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian urged the United States to uphold the memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries, calling it the foundation of Tehran's future foreign policy.
- The director general of the Board of Peace said attacks in Gaza over the weekend killed civilians and destroyed medical supplies people depend on, raising the question of whether the Board of Peace itself is falling apart.

Forty years ago, Republican leadership talked Ronald Reagan into signing an amnesty bill covering three million people in the country illegally, a move Jake calls a disaster for American workers. The Immigration Control Act never controlled immigration and never punished employers who kept hiring workers who are in the country illegally. Now, four decades later, similar proposals are back.
- Fox's Big Sunday Show booked several Republicans to defend a new Republican sponsored immigration bill, and Fox reported that a number of them canceled before appearing.
- 47 House Republicans are cosponsoring another amnesty measure, prompting Jake to ask whether they have forgotten why President Trump was reelected.
- Tomi Lahren and Johnny Joey Jones, both from farming families, pressed Congressman Pete Sessions and other House members hard on the segment over farmers hiring workers who are in the country illegally.
- Sessions wants to exempt farmers from federal compliance because times are tough. Jake's suggestion: get the federal government out of farming and let farmers hire American workers. What comes next, an amnesty bill for construction workers too?

Jake and Brigadier General Blaine Holt pick back up on the canceled strikes and the new US Iran talks, including what the current status of the Trump Netanyahu relationship looks like now that Israel reportedly intended to join the postponed attack. The bigger story this hour: streets in Iran are reportedly near a breaking point over public executions, economic collapse, and a war now in its sixth month, opponents of the regime told The New York Post. A protest leader told the Post a revolution could happen any day, pointing back to the regime's January crackdown that President Trump said killed 52,000 people.
