9:00 · Show Open: Citizenship Voting Order Struck Down, Iranian Border Threat
A federal judge permanently blocked the administration from enforcing a proof of citizenship requirement to register to vote, converting last year's preliminary injunction into a permanent ban. Meanwhile, national security officials are sounding alarms over individuals tied to Iran's Revolutionary Guard attempting to cross into the United States as conflict continues overseas.
- Judge Denise J. Casper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts ruled June 24 that federal law and the Constitution give the president no authority to manage elections.
- Would the “Save America Act” address this issue?
- National security leaders are increasingly concerned about Iranians with ties to the Revolutionary Guard attempting to enter the United States illegally from Canada and harm Americans as the war overseas continues.

9:45 · Brad Lander Wins, and the DSA Reshapes New York
Brad Lander, a frequent critic of Israel, won the Democratic primary in New York's 10th Congressional District and is headed to Capitol Hill in January. The contest highlighted the growing clout of Mayor Zohran Mamdani and the DSA over the city's Democratic establishment.
- Lander, supported by Mamdani and the DSA, is himself Jewish.
- If Dan Goldman is not left enough for New York's District 10, and Goldman is Jewish, what does that tell us?
- Protesters descended on a coffee shop in north Brooklyn on Wednesday morning, June 24, after its owner banned Congressman Dan Goldman over his stances on Gaza and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
- Was a New York primary really about the Palestinians?
Panelist: Kenneth Abramowitz, author of The Multifront War: Defending America From Political Islam, China, Russia, Pandemics, and Racial Strife; founder and president of SaveTheWest.com, dedicated to saving Western Civilization from itself.
10:00 · Uncancellable: Maud Maron Takes On New York's Progressive Machine
RealClearPolitics premieres Uncancellable, a new short documentary directed and produced by Natalya Murakhver and Hawk Jensen, the team behind 15 DAYS: The Real Story of America's Pandemic School Closures, for the Palladium Pictures Incubator.
- The film follows Maud Maron, a former New York City public defender and mother of four public school children, who challenged Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in 2025.
- It traces her evolution from school-board activist to ex-Democrat turned Republican candidate, across fights over education, free speech, pandemic-era school policy, public safety, and the direction of New York City politics.
- Maron's campaign began as a challenge to Bragg's record and became a broader rejection of the city's progressive political establishment, arguing that many New Yorkers, including former Democrats, want an alternative on crime, schools, and civic sanity.
- After Tuesday's primary results, are Bragg, Tish, and other New York Democrats progressive enough for the new political machine, the DSA?
- Discussion: Natalya, you are a warrior for our kids, yet the DSA is dedicated to indoctrinating children into communism. Isn't that what you and your family escaped in the 1970s when you left Ukraine?

10:30 · Moms.gov and a Vatican Warning to the SSPX
The White House launched Moms.gov, a website that helps expectant mothers locate pregnancy centers and learn about health and wellness, framed as a gift to both the pro-life and Make America Healthy Again movements.
- Moms.gov addresses “the needs of mothers and fathers who face difficult or unexpected pregnancies and [ensures] the wellbeing of mothers and the health of American families,” the White House said.
- The move is a direct rebuke to the prior administration, which in 2022 launched ReproductiveRights.gov, a site that directed expectant mothers to Planned Parenthood and abortion clinics.
- The previous administration used taxpayer dollars for a website to promote abortion.
- The Vatican is warning the SSPX against consecrations on July 1.

11:00 · Tyranny, Liberty, and the Fight Over the Save America Act
Thomas Jefferson said, “when the people fear the government there is tyranny, when the government fears the people, there is liberty.” With the New York Democratic machine taken over by the DSA, what would Reagan have said?
- What do you think about the battle over the “Save America Act”?
- What do you make of Trump's refusal to sign the housing bill until the Save America Act reaches his desk?
- Earlier this month, you compared Graham Platner to Alger Hiss.

11:20 · School Choice Under Attack
On Tuesday, teachers union bosses Randi Weingarten of the AFT and Becky Pringle of the NEA delivered firm marching orders to Democrats: do not opt into President Trump's Education Freedom Tax Credit. Their opposition protects political control rather than providing educational freedom and resources to families in need.
- The program, set to launch in 2027 after being signed into law one year ago as part of the One Big Beautiful Bill, will dramatically increase educational funding, with a catch: states have to opt in to participate.
- To date, most blue state governors are sitting on the sidelines, to the detriment of students.

Our nation celebrates 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. What was it like to live during those years, to fight for the very freedoms we cherish today?
- Author Ray Deptula has written a work of historical fiction about the American Revolution and a fictional character, Jack Halliday, who tried to avoid war and found himself in the middle of one.
- Those who fight their nation's wars are typically those least able to avoid it.
