9:00 Show Open: New York, Public Safety, and the NYC Exodus
Jake opens with New York. The New York State Legislature passed bill A8382A/S9316, which removes the words mother and father from state family and domestic relations laws and replaces them with gender neutral language. On Long Island, Hempstead Town Supervisor John Ferretti is pushing a local law to lock the words mother and father into the town code in response to the state rewrite.
- New York bill A8382A/S9316 strips mother and father from state family law in favor of gender neutral terms such as gestating parent.
- Hempstead Town Supervisor John Ferretti says his resolution, set for a town board vote Tuesday, was sparked after his nine year old daughter overheard him and his wife discussing the state bill. (NY Post)
- Chief, your response to the recent knife attack at Penn Station. If residents are told to use public transportation, what responsibility does government have to provide a safe place to wait for a train?
- Chief, what can you tell us about the exodus of large financial firms from New York City, such as Citadel? How bad is it now and how bad is it likely to get?

9:45 US Strikes Iran After Apache Downing
US Central Command says it carried out a series of airstrikes on Iranian targets Tuesday after the downing of an Apache helicopter. President Trump defended the renewed strikes as a necessary and “powerful” reminder for Iran’s leaders. (Fox News)
- Was this more than a “love tap”?
- Were the latest strikes retaliation for the Apache downing, or were they meant to force Tehran to agree to a deal?
- Trump revealed that top Iranian officials called him directly to request a halt to US strikes. Who called? It was certainly not the IRGC.
- If Iran called the President directly, why is it negotiating through Pakistan?
Panelist: Mike Brest, Defense Reporter, The Washington Examiner.
10:00 Epic Fury II?
A closer look at the renewed campaign against Iran and who actually holds power in Tehran.
- General, are we resuming Epic Fury because the people we are negotiating with in Iran are not the people in control, and those in control want nothing to do with a negotiated settlement while holding what remains of Iran’s and Hezbollah’s weapons?
- Which targets were hit overnight?
- Some targets were along the Strait and some near Tehran. Did we once again target the IRGC?
- Are civilian targets such as bridges and the electric grid next in line?
- As a pilot, what was your reaction to the Apache helicopter incident?
- Is the successful drone rescue the future of military rescue operations at sea and on the ground?
- How did our adversaries in Beijing and Moscow react when they learned of our new rescue capabilities?
- Trump disclosed that the US has been secretly guiding oil tankers through the Strait right under Iran’s nose. Your thoughts?
Panelist: Brigadier General Blaine Holt, USAF (ret), host of Dangerous Intellectuals, Episode 39, “Red Tsunami.” · dangerousintellectuals.com
10:20 Belfast and the Return of Bloody Sunday
Belfast returns to the memory of Bloody Sunday 1972, and Holt argues it has nothing to do with a civil war between Catholics and Protestants.
- What has unfolded in Northern Ireland traces back to longstanding policies at Number 10 Downing Street and the European Union. Do you agree?
- Are the consequences of Europe’s migration policies now coming home to roost?
- Episode 32 of Dangerous Intellectuals focused on “Ireland on the Edge.” What about Northern Ireland and the rest of Europe?
Panelist: Brigadier General Blaine Holt, USAF (ret). · dangerousintellectuals.com
10:30 Trump Steps Up Attacks on California’s Election System
Craig DeRoche, CEO of Family Policy Alliance and former Speaker of the Michigan House, argues Republicans are drawing the wrong lesson from Spencer Pratt’s recent election defeat in Los Angeles. He points less to vote counting disputes and more to two fundamentals: California’s lack of meaningful voter ID requirements and a chronically disengaged voter base.
- Is a Jack LaLanne membership card adequate voter ID?
- In Los Angeles County, an estimated 60 to 70 percent of registered Christian voters stayed home, helping create an environment where low turnout, not just election administration, can decide outcomes.
- DeRoche argues that regardless of how much fraud may or may not occur, elections become far less vulnerable to misconduct and to accusations of misconduct when voter ID laws are enforced and citizens turn out in force.
Panelist: Craig DeRoche, CEO of Family Policy Alliance and former Speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives.
11:00 Fraud Warning on Trump’s 401(k) Order
A Bronx contractor with three decades of firsthand knowledge of how organized fraud schemes operate warns that President Trump’s August 2025 executive order opening 401(k) plans to the $2 trillion private credit industry is, in his words, “false advertisement” and a “nuclear bomb” that could detonate inside the retirement accounts of as many as 70 million American workers.
- Are there historical parallels to prior financial crises, and what do 70 million American workers need to know about what may be routed into their 401(k) plans?
- James, what is your analysis of the evidence of widespread Medicaid fraud across the country?
Panelist: James McManus, a former associate of the same Lucchese crime family depicted in Goodfellas and the plaintiff in a $75 million federal racketeering lawsuit against private credit firm Fairbridge Asset Management.
11:20 John O’Connor: Any Deal Enabling the IRGC Is a Bad Deal
In a new op-ed for American Greatness, titled “Avoiding TACO,” John O’Connor argues that President Trump casts himself as a dealmaker who will accept only a good deal with Iran, unlike the agreements reached under Obama and Biden. The real question, O’Connor writes, is what actually counts as a good deal.
- O’Connor warns that any Iran agreement seen as overly favorable to the IRGC, one that fails to genuinely foreclose its support for terrorism, would amount to Trump snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
