Jake opens with reports that DNI Tulsi Gabbard's office was raided two nights ago by the CIA, with records related to the JFK assassination and CIA mind control programs reportedly seized. Then the show pivots to the president's stated assessment of his Beijing visit: "We were treated very well."

  • Trump says Xi agreed to buy 200 Boeing jets during the Beijing meetings.
  • Kevin O'Leary: "The problem is, and it's been documented so many times, they don't play by the rules. These companies who are doing business there are finding all kinds of problems. Their IP gets stolen all the time. They can't litigate when they have a dispute. There's no way to resolve it."
  • Xi warned Trump on Taiwan, but is Xi in any position to back up the tough talk?
  • Xi called America a country in decline. Isn't China actually the one in decline?

9:20  Iran, the Strait of Hormuz, and What Tehran Still Has Left

Iran has been relatively quiet during Trump's visit to China. Did pressure from Xi have anything to do with it? Gen. Wesley K. Clark joins Dr. Callahan to read the room on Beijing's leverage over Tehran and CENTCOM's assessment of what the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps still has in the field.

  • How is China likely to pressure Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz?
  • Can Xi be trusted when he tells Trump, "whatever you need?"
  • Will arms shipments to Iran continue regardless of Xi's promises?
  • CENTCOM commander Admiral Brad Cooper says the IRGC still has moderate military capability despite a diminished threat, with 70 to 75 percent of its rocket launchers available. How much of a concern is this?
  • Admiral Cooper also testified that the U.S. has destroyed 85 percent of Iran's weapons manufacturing capabilities. How dangerous is the remaining 15 percent?

Panelists: Dr. John Marshall Callahan, IWP · Gen. Wesley K. Clark, retired four star U.S. Army officer and former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe (1997 to 2000). Jake's take of the day.

9:45  "America's 250th Coming · Time 2 Re-declare" with Allan Parker

Timed to coincide with the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence, Parker and fellow signatories have released the Declaration of the Right to Life in the U.S. Constitution, a formal appeal to the Supreme Court, Congress, and the American people asserting that the Constitution's Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment Life Clauses protect life from commencement.

  • The declaration argues the Constitution already protects life from commencement.
  • It cites the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment Life Clauses.
  • It references founders James Wilson and John Witherspoon and draws on originalist constitutional interpretation to argue that early American law recognized legal protection for human life from its beginning.
  • It calls on the Supreme Court to recognize the constitutional right to life.
  • The declaration frames the abortion question as a constitutional and civilizational matter tied to the nation's founding creed that all people are "endowed by their Creator" with the unalienable right to life.
  • Supporters argue America cannot celebrate 250 years of liberty while, in their view, failing to protect the first right named in the Declaration itself.
  • Nowhere has abortion been more devastating than Communist China. The one child policy has reshaped its country and its culture.

10:08  Alan Dershowitz on The Preventative State, the Midterms, and the Redistricting Wars

Professor Dershowitz has said publicly that he is working to ensure the Democrats do not take control of the House and Senate next January. Jake asks why, plus how the law professor reads the redistricting fight, the violence outside a Jewish center in Brooklyn, and whether any elected official has taken up the ideas from his latest book.

  • Why work to keep the Democrats out of a House and Senate majority?
  • The video earlier this week of pro Hamas thugs terrorizing Jewish teenagers outside a Jewish center in Brooklyn. Are these the seeds sown by the Democrats in America?
  • The war over redistricting. How does the professor see it?
  • Has any elected representative approached the professor about implementing the ideas in The Preventative State?

Panelist: Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus. Author of The Preventative State: The Challenge of Preventing Serious Harms While Preserving Essential Liberties, a roadmap for today's complex legal and constitutional issues.

10:20  The EU Wants a Say on the Paramount and Warner Merger

A group of U.S. and European lawmakers told Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison that the company's proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery will be subject to careful scrutiny by European regulators and that he should not consider shareholder approval of the deal to be the final word. Three European Parliament members and two Democratic U.S. House lawmakers issued the warning in a letter sent Thursday and shared exclusively with CNBC.

  • Why does the EU have anything to say about the merger of two U.S. corporations?
  • Isn't this another case of EU harassment of U.S. companies?
  • Gary, we had you on YNTA back on April 27. Have you had any change of heart on this merger since then? Is this a good or bad deal for consumers?

10:33  Pennsylvania Election Integrity Update with Cdr. Gregory Stenstrom

  • Why the pro se litigation in the fight for election integrity in Pennsylvania?
  • It has been almost one month since the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that election Cast Vote Records (CVR) must be made public. What has happened since?

10:50  The Constitution of 1789 with Ilan Wurman

If ever there was a time to reflect on who we are as a nation and how faithfully we have lived up to the high mark set by the founders, America's 250th birthday would be that time. Professor Wurman's new book is packed with insights on the Constitution's original meaning across the separation of powers, emergency powers, foreign affairs, war, the legislative veto, judicial power, the Constitution and slavery, federalism, commerce, state sovereignty, and taxing and spending.

Professor Wurman weighs in on current legal questions:

  • Maduro and Iran: "International law is irrelevant to the question of constitutional power. Whether the President can unilaterally capture Maduro, or intervene in Iran, has nothing to do with international law and everything to do with the Constitution's original distribution of powers."
  • Voting Rights Act: "The Supreme Court rebuffed the progressive movement lawyer theory of the Voting Rights Act that required states to maximize Democratic voting power by unconstitutionally focusing on race."
  • Birthright Citizenship: "The Supreme Court has never decided the question of birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens or temporary visitors. The Trump Administration is on much stronger footing as a historical matter than many believe."

Panelist: Ilan Wurman, Julius E. Davis Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School. Author of The Constitution of 1789: A New Introduction. · Books by Ilan Wurman

11:06  Chris Salcedo on The Rise of the Liberty-Loving Latino

For decades, leftists in the media and in the Democrat Party have tried to sell a simple equation: to be Latino is to be liberal. They claimed any resistance to their agenda, whether open borders, defunding the police, or socialist economic policy, was racist. That narrative was never true, and millions of Latinos are proving it wrong every day. Salcedo's book tells the story mainstream media refuses to cover: a growing number of Hispanic Americans standing up for faith, family, freedom, and the Constitution.

  • How do you react to Kamala Harris's comments to the leftist organization Emerge America? Is this their manifesto to seize power?
  • Hakeem Jeffries is at it again. "Maximum warfare." Now he is going to crush our souls? Whose souls is he going to crush?
  • Jeffries sounds angry. His party wasted $70 million in the Virginia redistricting scheme.
  • What is your analysis of the redistricting wars, and do Republicans have an advantage heading into November?
  • How are Latinos doing at this point in President Trump's second term? They are undoubtedly hurt by higher energy prices. Have the benefits from the BBB made a difference?
  • Will the fraud investigations gain any traction for the midterms?

Panelist: Chris Salcedo, author of The Rise of the Liberty-Loving Latino. Host of the Chris Salcedo Radio Show on AM 700 KSEV Houston and 820 AM WBAP Dallas/Fort Worth, plus The Salcedo Storm Podcast.
