      • David Zere was there!
    • The Biden administration lost over 300,000 children and removed over 70% of agents from the frontlines. President Trump and his administration is righting this wrong.
    • “We have several agencies that have become specifically skilled and trained to fight human trafficking,” shared Noem. In addition, to training and deploying “the best in the world at going after traffickers”, the DHS under Noem's leadership has eliminated obstacles in court to prosecuting traffickers, has resumed DNA testing at the border, and has relocated and found more than 10,000 children.
    • Border Czar Tom Homan blamed the Biden administration’s drastic removal of agents for the uptick in trafficking in the last four years.
    • “When you remove 70% of agents off the line, that’s when bad things happen, that’s when trafficking exploded to historic highs, that’s when sex trafficking exploded to historic highs, that’s when fentanyl came across and killed a quarter of a million Americans, that’s when we went from 14 on the terror watch list during Trump 45 to over 400 under Joe Biden,” said Homan.
    • The Trump administration is flipping the script on traffickers at the southern border by once again empowering border agents to do their job of vetting immigrants and preventing dangerous criminals from entering the country.
    • On the legislative side, Speaker Mike Johnson led House Republicans in passing the One Big Beautiful Bill and its border security measures that promise to make a world of difference in cutting off the flow of human trafficking.
    • “What we did with the One Big Beautiful Bill is not just reduce taxes,  not just cut spending, not just restore American energy dominance and restore us to peace through strength and common sense in strength and safety net programs and all the rest, but arguably one of the most important things that we’ve done in our lifetimes is ensure that the border is secure once again, and we got that done,” stated Johnson.
    • The federal government has made a complete 180 from just seven months ago. The Trump administration, Congress, and judicial branch are making a comprehensive, multi-faceted effort to tackle human trafficking. CPAC’s third annual International Summit Against Human Trafficking brought the top players in this effort together to further strengthen relationships and increase the impact of each’s initiatives as they continue over the next three years of the Trump administration.

  • Professor, in Chapter 9: Preventing Dangerous or Offensive Speech, one could argue that the Russia Hoax was launched under the guise of National Security Concerns. How should we hold those accountable who abuse their office to destroy an opponent or their successor (or both)?
  • Is there a “Jurisprudential Framework” to prevent such events as a president using phony intel to target an American citizen and when do you consider the punitive side?

Show Open:

  • Democrats and Republicans disagree to the extent of the damage to Iran’s nuclear facilities.
    • Why do the Democrats always appear to on the side of the Regime in Iran?
    • Aren’t they the ones (along with Lurch-John Kerry) who did everything they could to encourage Iran to develop their nuclear weapons development and prevented the Israeli’s from taking it out years ago?
    • Aren’t the Democrats the ones who sent billions of cash to Iran -which they used to export terror and extend their nuclear development?
      • So, it appears that the Democrats are angry that Trump destroyed their nuclear program and want to defend the Regime – from what embarrassment?
  • According to the treasonous, Dem-Com Revolutionary Council Senator, Ct. Senator, Chris Murphy: “To me, it still appears that we have only set back the Iranian nuclear program by a handful of months. There’s no doubt there was damage done to the program. But the allegations that we have obliterated their program just don’t seem to stand up to reason.”
    • If President Trump is correct, the Dem-Com’s leaked that preliminary DIA Report to deny President Trump a military victory, but to cover for their allies in Tehran.
      • Why does seem like John-Lurch Kerry is involved?

Panelist:

    • The Ayatollah is back to threatening Israel and the U.S. and the Foreign Minister tells us that something has changed.

"Maggots of a feather"

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • Professor, I have said that the 12-Day war was both historic and Biblical; do you agree?
    • Do you believe that Israel must have received certain guarantees in order to agree to a cease fire and not demand unconditional surrender from Iran?
    • The biggest question; How do you win the peace? That question is squarely on the great silent majority in Iran – correct?
  • Ex-Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy pleads for civil political discourse, warns 'democracy is at risk'
    • 'Judges are best protected when the public and our nation realize how central they are to our discourse.' (Fox News)
  • The Trump administration on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against all 15 federal judges in Maryland over an order blocking the immediate deportation of migrants challenging their removals, ratcheting up a fight with the federal judiciary over President Donald Trump's executive powers. (NPR)
  • We await the SCOTUS decision today on Judicial overreach. What should we expect?
  • Professor Allan Dershowitz: "Trump's decision was constitutional and proper"
    • Between 1801 and 1803, President Thomas Jefferson did not get authorization from Congress before waging a war with pirates on the Barbary Coast.
    • Professor how was President Trump’s order to attack Iran last week constitutional and proper?
  • What is your opinion on the War Powers Resolution? Should it be replaced with more updated legislation or should President Trump have considered asking congress to declare war on Iran?
    • We need to get the Squad on record – don’t we?

Panelist:

Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus

Professor Allan Dershowitz: "Trump's decision was constitutional and proper"

His new book, The Preventive State (55th or 56th book?), Professor Dershowitz addresses the preventive measures that would be constitutionally authorized to prevent a likely disaster based on intel that’s reliable but uncertain.

Many of you are asking questions daily on what we can do to remain constitutional and yet save the country.

This important book offers unprecedented insights into one of the most underexamined developments of our age: the growing magnitude and frequency of cataclysmic threats, coupled with the increasingly effective—but increasingly intrusive—tools intended to predict and prevent them.

The Preventive State: The Challenge of Preventing

Serious Harms While Preserving Essential Liberties (Encounter Books, May 20, 2025).

In it, Professor Dershowitz suggests an overarching jurisprudential framework that would set limits to the ballooning power of what he calls “the preventive state.”

10:33

Segment Topic:

Is New York gearing up for a communist mayor?

How did New York get ranked-choice-voting?

The leaked DIA Report.

Panelist:

Jon Glasgow, Host: Sunday Report – Newsmax (10 - Noon)

11:08

Segment Topic:

  • Zohran Mamdani poised to be the next mayor of New York City?
    • Will Eric Adams and Curtis Sliwa join forces and create a save-New York coalition from the Communists?
    • When did RANKED-CHOICE-VOTING begin in New York?
  • CNN and Natasha Bertrand are deep state operatives!
    • “Natasha Bertrand should be FIRED from CNN! I watched her for three days doing Fake News. She should be IMMEDIATELY reprimanded, and then thrown out ‘like a dog.’” (President Trump)
    • Bertrand was complicit in her reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop.
    • In 2020, Bertrand had reported on a letter signed by more than 50 former senior intelligence officials who said that the allegedly leaked emails from Biden’s computer had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” (The Republic)
  • Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth called out his former co-worker, Jennifer Griffin as being the worst offender of reporting fake news from the Pentagon.
  • Senate Parliamentarian (Democrat) takes an axe to “One Big Beautiful Bill – but John Thune refuses to fire her. Why?
  • What was it like to work at the White House last week?

Panelist:

David Zere, Host: Breaking Point, Real Americas Voice News

11:33

Segment Topic:

  • The Trump Years: Golden Escalator to Golden Age:
    • In the next few days, Congress will pass Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” and renew his tax cuts. The legislation also contains enhanced funding for border security and the military, so additional spending cuts are a priority.
    • Democrat Communists do not want a “New Golden Age” for America!
      • Senate Parliamentarian wants to continue Medicaid for illegals!
    • A national debt approaching $37 trillion must be addressed. Consequently, the U.S. House of Representatives' passing a spending reduction package of $9.4 billion in cuts was a good first step, hopefully followed by more significant spending reductions.
    • All this progress is moving America toward a “Golden Age,” according to President Trump.
    • Not surprisingly, significant threats to the agenda loom, especially judicial overreach, which threatens every Trump policy. Additionally, a radical left-wing is mobilizing agitators, as witnessed first in Los Angeles, and, on Saturday, throughout the country at the “No Kings” rallies.
      • SCOTUS may weigh in today on judicial overreach!
    • Along with constant insults from his political opponents, boycotts of his businesses, two phony impeachments, a special counsel investigation into fictitious “Russian collusion” charges, FBI surveillance and a raid of his home, a mug shot, a sham congressional investigation into the January 6th protests, four partisan criminal investigations, outrageous civil cases, a biased conviction in a kangaroo court, and two assassination attempts, Trump has withstood consistently biased media coverage.
    • In the first one hundred days of his second term, Trump received 92% negative coverage by the three major broadcast networks. This is typical of his media coverage since he descended the “golden escalator.”
    • Despite non-stop hateful treatment, President Trump received a 53% approval rating from the American people in the latest Rasmussen poll. Obviously, the American people admire a tenacious President who rises from being shot to yell, “Fight, Fight, Fight.”
    • We continue to receive good economic news, including low-inflation and the Fed is refusing to lower interest rates!

Panelist:

Jeff Crouere,

Jeff is a nationally recognized political analyst, columnist, and author.

Segment Topics:

In early 2025, President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14160, aimed at ending birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to non-citizen parents. The move sparked an immediate legal backlash. In response, Washington state's attorney general and three other states, sued the Trump administration, challenging the executive action.

At least four federal judges issued preliminary injunctions, putting the order on hold as the legal challenges advanced. But the Supreme Court isn't weighing the constitutionality of birthright citizenship—at least not yet. Instead, the justices will consider whether federal judges have the power to issue nationwide injunctions: temporary orders that block a policy from taking effect across the entire country, even beyond the parties involved in the case. (CBN)

  • What will the Supreme Court do about birthright citizenship?
    • Paul J. Larkin has testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on ending Birthright Citizenship; he joins us now on YNTA:
      • Paul, can you provide background on the 14th Amendment and President Trump’s Executive Order to end it?
    • Why did the SCOTUS agree to take the case?
