Show Open:

  • President Trump was not responding “I Do” to renew his wedding vows to Melania, he was responding that he knows who he is going to nominate as Fed Chairman to replace Jerome Powell.
  • According to published reports, Trump will nominate Kevin Warsh later this morning.
  • Warsh, is a former Fed governor and Stanford University professor.
  • Why wouldn’t the President nominate someone not tied previously to the Fed (given his dislike for the Fed)?
  • Can you tell us how the Fed system works?

Panelist:

Dr. Jeffery L. Degner: American Institute Economic Research.

Segment Topic:

The U.S. unemployment rate edged down to 4.4% in December 2025 from a revised 4.5% in November, with the number of unemployed falling by 278,000 to 7.50 million.  What is our current situation with labor and how do recent cutbacks by UPS and Amazon impact the nations joblessness?

Total unemployed sits at 7.50 million.  Labor Force Participation is at 62.4%. What do those numbers tell us?

Middle-income Americans struggling to keep up as living costs weigh on paychecks.

Survey shows 68% say their income is falling behind rising expenses, with 49% focused solely on keeping up with costs.  (Fox Business)

Will the tax cuts contained in the BBB have much of an impact?

In a recent opinion piece, penned with your colleague Tom Savidge, entitled: “Saving the Family’ Should Start with Sound Money.”  What are sound money principals and how will they save the American family?

Panelist:

Dr. Jeffery L. Degner: American Institute Economic Research.

Monologue:

“This is what it’s all about!” (REBROADCAST FROM 1/29/26)

———————————————————————————————————————————————————

10:05

Segment Topic:

    • On January 15th, the Trump Administration announced what it calls: “Great Healthcare Plan” is a broad healthcare initiative that will slash prescription drug prices, reduce insurance premiums, hold big insurance companies accountable, and maximize price transparency in the American healthcare system.
      • This plan will deliver money directly to the American people, not insurance companies, big pharma and special interest groups—putting patients over industry leaders’ profits, just as he promised. The Great Healthcare Plan also builds on the successes of his first term by promoting competition, eliminating wasteful spending, and putting consumers back in control.”
      • How realistic is this plan? Would it replace Obamacare or would it provide Americans with options to avoid going to the exchanges?
      • Would Americans have the power to purchase health insurance, such as catastrophic coverage (without going to the exchanges)?
    • Julian, from a healthcare executive’s perspective, how do you see the “Great Healthcare Plan” proposed by President Trump?
        • The plan would send health care dollars directly to patients, allowing Americans to purchase coverage themselves rather than routing money through insurers or brokers. If you did not have coverage through your employer, that is the way we purchased insurance before Obamacare – correct?
    • Julian, you recently testified before the NYS Senate in Albany on the impact on The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). What is CDPAP?
      • CDPAP funded by New York Medicaid, gives you something truly empowering: the ability to direct your own care, including choosing the person who will be paid to be your caregiver.
      • Even better, that caregiver, can be someone close to you — a daughter, son, niece, friend, or trusted neighbor. The choice is entirely yours, because that’s how care should be. However, how long before Albany requires family caregivers (who are chosen) to be licensed and certified?  We know how New York operates!
      • The caregiver you select will be paid to provide the personalized, loving support that only someone who truly knows you can offer.
      • Are any other states (to your knowledge) participating in their own CDPAP program, funded by Medicaid?
    • What are the tax implications with this kind of program? Will you be taxed on money you receive for caring for a family member as income?
    • If you accept money from NYS, does this give the NYS Health Department permission to monitor the care you are providing? Will you be receiving unannounced visits from social workers who will be inspecting your home and assessing your care?
    • Given the level of Medicaid fraud in Minnesota, how will this program be administered and monitored to prevent fraud?

Segment Topic:

  • Tom Homan takes control of “Operation Metro Surge:”
    • Based on what we saw and heard yesterday; what were the distinct differences between Homan’s approach and Kristi Noem’s?
    • Do you believe that ICE will be given access to local and State jails?
    • When ICE if forced to apprehend an illegal, which has been released into the community, it takes multiple ICE agents. When ICE is provided access to a jail, they need one agent.
    • Now that we are seeing and learning more about 9MM Alex Pretti; if he was arrested by local law enforcement back on July 13th, when he was kicking out the tail light of a government vehicle, it is likely that he would still be alive today. Your thoughts?
    • From a law enforcement perspective, how dangerous was Alex Pretti?
    • He appeared to be one angry puppy!
    • How will the images from the Twin Cities change with Tom Homan in-charge?
      • How will the media portray Homan’s methods?
    • Anne Elizabeth Funder; when you see American citizens fighting on behalf of illegal criminals, how does that make you feel?
    • Are the Dem-coms who opened our borders in 2021 and facilitated the flow on Fentanyl into our country, causing the death of your 15-year old son and continue to protect those same illegal criminals who continue to be shielded and protected by the Democrat Communist Party?

Segment Topic:

  • The life of a cowboy is steeped in American history. The image of a cowboy is one of a cool, laidback, tough-guy.  You know, John Wayne, the Marlboro Man!
    • Are cowboys by way of their rugged life; experts on life and life’s lessons?
    • Patrick "The Common Sense Cowboy" Dorinsonwelcomes you to hop on the stool next to him for 70 years of life stories, a coupla insights, and maybe even a laugh or two from "the old guy at the end of the bar." Whether your poison is a fresh, cold beer, a shot of whiskey, or maybe just a soda water and lime, THE COMMON SENSE COWBOY'S GUIDE TO LIFE will shed new light on the ups and downs we all go through together across this glorious nation of ours.
  • The Common Sense Cowboy's 12 Rules for Life:
    • The secret to a long life is getting up every day with a purpose. Young or old, working or retired, everyone needs a purpose, so find yours.
    • Never betray trust, because trust is like virginity. Once lost, it's impossible to get back.
    • Everything breaks sooner or later. So, learn how to fix things.
    • The measure of a man is when he does the right thing even when no one is watching. If you do the wrong thing and nobody saw you do it, it's still wrong.
    • Don't waste time thinking about what might have been. Put the "might have beens" in the same trash can reserved for the "wouldas," the "shouldas" and the "couldas." Then get busy with the "doin."
    • A fancy education might gain you some knowledge, but only hard life experiences will gain you wisdom. A PhD won't help you fix a flat tire.
    • Be wary of the person who tells you they can get you a burger and fries for nothing. There is no free lunch.
    • Your word is your bond, and your handshake seals the deal.
    • If you shake hands with a politician, be sure to count your fingers when you let go to make sure you still have all five.
    • Don't pray for things. The Almighty is not Amazon or Costco and faith delivers salvation and comfort, not packages.
  • There is right and there is wrong. There are no loopholes and the only thing in between are excuses.
  • The Good Lord gave us each a certain number of seconds, minutes, hours and days, but he didn't give us our expiration date. Use your time wisely and live life to the fullest.

Segment Topic:

    • What is the current state of public K-12 education in America?
      • Jonathan you co-edited and wrote chapters in the book The Not-So-Great Society, which provides conservative solutions to the problems created by the ever-expanding federal footprint in preschool, K-12, and higher education. What are conservative solutions to improving K-12 education, when the teacher’s unions and some school boards act communist ruling juntas?
    • Only 28% of 8th gradersscored proficient in math on the latest NAEP assessment. The effects are most severe in low-income districts, where school closures, chronic absenteeism, and staffing instability have compounded over time.
A key driver of these outcomes is the worsening teacher shortage.
    • Today, over 400,000 classroomsare either vacant or filled by educators who do not meet state certification requirements. Schools facing the most acute shortages often rely on full-time substitutes or underqualified hires to cover core instruction.
This has become especially urgent in specialized areas. The special education teacher shortage continues to leave students with IEPs without the legally required support they need to succeed. In many districts, high student-to-teacher ratios make it even more difficult to provide targeted attention or differentiated instruction.
    • Many of the most pressing American education issues in education were present long before the pandemic. American schools have high student-to-teacher ratiosdriven by a massive K-12 teacher shortage. Faced with disciplinary problems and low school funding, schools have focused on staffing classrooms at all costs. That means larger class sizes — and teaching quality problems.  (Elevated K-12)

https://www.elevatek12.com/blog/elevate-in-action/american-education-issues/

    • Will the Trump Administration’s downsizing the size and power of the DOE in Washington have a positive effect on K-12 education? So far, we don’t see any evidence.
    • Are we seeing the communist infiltration of America when seeing the images broadcast across America from the Twin Cities?

Is an example: MLK Day, “Teach-in for Palestine Day” in New York City an example of how our children are being conditioned?  NYC was not the only place where children were being exposed to anti-American, Anti-Semitism?

Segment Topic:

  • HHS vaccination schedule revisions:
    • After a scientific review of the underlying science, comparing the U.S. child and adolescent immunization schedule with those of peer, developed nations, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Acting Director Jim O’Neill has updated the U.S. childhood immunization schedule.
    • The CDC will continue to recommend that all children are immunized against 10 diseases for which there is international consensus, as well as varicella (chickenpox). For other diseases, the CDC will recommend immunization for high-risk groups and populations, or through shared clinical decision making when it is not possible for public health authorities to clearly define who will benefit from an immunization.
    • The updated schedule is in contrast to the CDC child and adolescent schedule at the end of 2024, which recommended 17 immunizations for all children.
    • What about the dreaded COVID shot for children?
  • How would you assess the steps taken by RFK Jr. and his staff at HHS in the past year?
  • What should parents do if their children test positive for COVID 19 or influenza? Good old-fashioned medicine?  Ivermectin?

  • What does the Don Lemon case in MN and Forbes have in common? In both cases, the First Amendment determines actions which can be taken against a journalist!
  • A new Media Research Center exclusive by MRC Business Associate Editor Joseph Vazquez reveals how a Forbes contributor and colleague offered to tailor coverage to the Biden administration’s preferences around the 2023 Ohio train disaster.
  • The report — based on exclusive documents obtained by MRC Business — shows journalists from Forbes not only proposing to delay publication for the administration’s benefit but also offering editorial input to EPA officials ahead of publication.
  • Forbes contributor Rhett Buttle and associate Abdullah Khan offered to delay or alter coverage of President Biden’s EPA Administrator Michael Regan interview until after political pressure from the East Palestine, Ohio train derailment eased.
  • Communication with the EPA included proposed questions and editorial adjustments, blurring lines between reporting and administration influence.

Buttle is listed as a Biden donor, creating a potential conflict of interest that was not disclosed in the published piece.

The published interview ran on the last day of Black History Month with a promotional headline — yet contained no pushback on key issues like FEMA’s initial decision on disaster aid.

    • Netanyahu did not attend the ceremony, but why is he not supporting Phase-Two?

Segment Topic:

  • Trump took control of Davos and not a sighting of Klaus Schwab’s ghost!
  • Mineral rights and military bases:
    • The deal’s framework includes giving the U.S. access to Greenland’s minerals. One of the framework’s proposals is to restrict non-NATO member countries from acquiring the rights to mine Greenland’s rare earth minerals below the ice sheet, The New York Times
    • Minerals are rich near the island’s coastal regions, The Telegraph The U.S. would not have to seek permits to use any iron ore, diamond, copper, zinc, nickel, gold, tungsten and graphite in the ice sheet. The Trump administration has pushed for developing a rare earthsupply chain as a means to cut down on the U.S.’s dependence on China. (The Hill)
    • The deal framework also updates the 1951 deal between the U.S. and Greenland. It gave the U.S. “the right of free access to and movement between the defense areas through Greenland, including territorial waters, by land, air and sea.” It also allowed U.S. aircraft to fly over the island and land in any part of Greenland.
    • It appeared that Denmark was left out of the negotiations and if so; how did NATO step in?
    • Despite Trump claiming the deals are “infinite,” Greenlandic Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen said the terms of the deal are less determined and said only Denmark’s and Greenland’s leaders decide what happens to their lands.
  • Russia/Ukraine:
  • Witkoff and Kushner are in Moscow for direct talks with Putin, following President Trump’s face to face with Zelensky. She we be optimistic because they are at least talking?
  • The U.S. has over $60 billion dollars in frozen Russian assets. Could Putin approve that money to be used for the rebuilding of Ukraine?

Iran:

  • Ominous signs for the Iranian Regime:
  • Iranians were caught moving out of their consulate in London this week.
  • Posted on “X:” In just 56 hours, 16 Chinese military transport aircraft have landed in Iran. Apparently not to make Amazon deliveries!
  • Fox News is reporting that the regime has used the pause over the past few days to tighten its grip against the people and pickup trucks outfitted with automatic weapons are patrolling the streets.
  • More photographic evidence of multiple body bags is surfacing. What is Trump going to do?
  • A look ahead to “Dangerous Intellectuals” podcast on Monday:

10:33

Segment Topic:

  • Chief, what was your reaction to yesterday’s testimony of Jack Smith?
    • At one point, former Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone was briefly escorted out of a congressional hearing on former special counsel Jack SmithThursday after a tense exchange with Ivan Raiklin, a one-time Army reservist and right-wing operative.
    • Listening to the anyone with a “D” after their name; you come to the realization that the Dem-Coms are this nation’s enemy!
  • Axios reports that U.S. murder rate hits lowest level since 1900! Why?
    • Why it matters: The decline signals a complete reversal of the COVID-era crime wave.
    • By the numbers: 11 of 13 tracked crimes were lower in 2025 than in 2024, according to data compiled by the Council on Criminal Justice.
    • Nine offenses declined by 10% or more.
    • Aggravated assaults fell by 9%, and gun assaults and robbery tumbled by 22% and 23%, respectively.
    • Drug crimes are up 7%, the lone category to increase.
    • The big picture: Trump touts himself as a law-and-order president who has tackled crime by sending National Guard troops into predominantly Democrat-run cities and justified his immigration crackdown by linking undocumented immigrants to rising crime.
    • But violent crime was already falling to a two-decadelow in Biden's final year, calling into question whether Trump's policies have made an impact.
    • "Whether it be deporting criminal illegal aliens, supporting law enforcement officers, or finally being tough on criminals, the Trump Administration has employed a whole-of-government approach to drive down crime and make communities safer," a White House spokesperson tells Axios.
  • Arrests in MN:
    • The first suspect arrested was Nekima Levy Armstrong, who was apprehended during a morning operation by FBI agents and ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division.

    • FBI Director Kash Patel later announced the arrest of a third suspect, William Kelly. Patel also announced that the second arrestee, Allen, had been charged with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, which in addition to criminalizing the blocking of entrances to abortion clinics also applies to preventing the exercise of freedom of religion at places of worship.
    • Federal Judge refused to issue an arrest warrant against Don Lemon. Why?

10:50

Segment Topic:

  • Greenland Deal:
    • “Greenland panic isn’t about trade at all — it’s about a continent that talks big but lacks strategic muscle.” (Larry Behrens/Power the Future)
    • As Europe continues to rage over Greenland, energy expert and Power the Future spokesman Larry Behrensargues that Europe gave up its right to lecture the world when it willfully chose to finance its adversaries.
    • Writing for the Washington Times, Larry notes -- “Europe wants to lecture Trump about Greenland. But it obliterated all its leverage over the past decade. So much so that it spends more on Russian oil and gas than in aid to Ukraine. If Europe wants to be taken seriously on trade, security or sovereignty, it must confront the truth about its energy choices. You cannot lecture the world while financing adversaries. You cannot claim independence while importing vulnerability. And you cannot posture as a strategic heavyweight while dismantling the very systems that make power possible.”
    • This latest round of European anger would carry more weight if it weren’t coming from a continent that has systematically dismantled its own energy structure and then acted shocked when that loss of leverage shows up in conflict cash.
    • Europe talks tough because it has little else to lean on and always has the United States as a backstop.
    • In 2018, Mr. Trump warned Europe that it was making itself dangerously dependent on Russian energy. European leaders didn’t just disagree; they also laughed in his face. The idea that energy dependence could become a strategic weapon was treated as crude American thinking. Europe, they insisted, had evolved past that.
      • It was all fun and games until Russia invaded Ukraine.
      • Almost overnight, Europe’s self-confidence collapsed. Energy prices exploded. Factories slowed or shut down. Governments scrambled for liquefied natural gas and emergency supply deals. Through it all, Europe continued sending billions of dollars to Moscow.
    • In the third year of the full-scale invasion (ending February 2025), the EU purchased approximately $25.62 billion in Russian oil and gas. During that same period, the EU allocated roughly $21.88 billion in direct financial aid to Ukraine.
    • That’s $3.74 billion more for Vladimir Putin’s war machine. That isn’t leadership. It’s strategic failure.
    • Energy dominance is power. It means affordability at home, leverage abroad and insulation from coercion. Europe chose the opposite path by shutting down reliable generation, betting heavily on intermittent sources without adequate backup and assuming markets would magically fill the gaps. When those bets failed, Europe didn’t gain independence; it traded for dependency.
    • Mining Ban in MN:
    • Congressional Republicans moved closer Wednesday to lifting a 20-year ban on mining near Minnesota's Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, pushing a resolution to end the moratorium through the House despite environmentalists' warnings that it could devastate a premier destination for campers, kayakers and canoeists.
    • The resolution now goes to the Senate, and approval there would send it to President Trump for his signature.
    • Republican Rep. Pete Stauber introduced the bill earlier this month, calling the Biden-era ban an "attack on our way of life" in northern Minnesota, as it "cost countless good-paying, union jobs."
    • "By locking up the Duluth Complex—the world's largest untapped copper-nickel deposit—President Biden cemented our nation's reliance on foreign adversarial nations like China for critical minerals that will be necessary for the United States to compete and win in the 21st Century," he said.
    • Canada/China relationship:
    • Is the deal between Canada and China all about oil? China needs oil and Canada has that oil.

  • What does the National Education Association do with union dues collected from their members?
    • One of the nation’s most prominent teachers’ unions funneled millions of dollars in union funds to far-left activist groups, ballot initiatives and social justice organizations, according to federal labor filings.
    • A November Form L-2 disclosurefrom the National Education Association (NEA) filed in November and obtained by the North American Values Institute (NAVI) shows 2024 fiscal year spending that involved millions given to social justice-oriented groups and far-left causes.
    • The NEA, which boasts more than 3 million members, sent $300,000 to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a liberal dark money group Fox News Digital has reported onextensively, and tens of thousands of dollars to the Tides Foundation network, which Fox News Digital previously reported has ties to anti-Israel protests and a variety of far left causes.
    • Among the largest expenditures was more than $3.5 million sent to Education International, a global teachers federation where NEA President Becky Pringle serves as a vice president. The filing also details hundreds of thousands of dollars flowing to organizations backing ballot initiatives aimed at reshaping education policy and election laws in states, including Ohio, Massachusetts, Arizona and Wisconsin.
    • The union reported spending $500,000 to support a campaign to end standardized testing in Massachusetts, another $500,000 to back an anti-gerrymandering amendment in Ohio and nearly $500,000 to a progressive political consulting firm specializing in ballot initiatives and canvassing.
    • In addition to electoral spending, the NEA paid more than $166,000 to Imagine Us LLC, a consulting firm focused on racial equity training, and tens of thousands more to groups promoting what they describe as "social justice education," including curriculum materials centered on race, gender identity, and activism in K-12 classrooms.

Show Open:

  • Not sure if that “hack” excoriated by Karoline Leavitt was from the BBC – but sure sounded like it!
  • Vice President Vance lashed out at the news media during a White House press briefing on Thursday over its coverage of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer shooting and killing a woman in Minnesota.
    • “The way that the media by and large has covered this story has been an absolute disgrace, and it puts our law enforcement officers at risk every single day,” Vance said from the briefing room podium. (The Hill)
  • Where were these guys following Laken Riley’s murder?
  • Is what we are seeing now, further evidence, that Marxist State Media is part of this organized revolutionary force – currently on assignment in Minneapolis?
  • Tell us about “ICE WATCH” who are they and who funds them?

Panelist:

Christine Czernejewski, President and CEO of MediaPedia (Zerna-Yewski)

9:20

Segment Topic:

  • CNN had good news on inflation for Joe Biden in January of 2022 – but bad news for Trump in January of 2026!
    • CNN's Naked Double Standard on Inflation: 'Falling' for Biden, 'Persistent' for Trump! (Joseph Vazquez)
  • Same CNN reporter on January 13th wrote this:
    • Inflation remained at 2.7% in December, as high prices continue to weigh on many Americans!
    • However, the monthly pace of inflation accelerated to 0.3% from November, when prices rose at an estimated average pace of 0.1% (an aftereffect of shutdown-distorted data). December’s increase was driven by persistent housing-related inflation alongside sharply rising food prices (up 0.7% from the month before) and higher energy prices (up 0.3%). (CNN)
  • I thought the new CNN was supposed to be more trustworthy? Renee Goode was killed?  An ICE officer was assaulted by three illegals with a snow shovel and broomstick and now we are supposed to question whether an illegal who was most-likely trying to take the agent’s gun was shot in the leg – as DHS said?
  • Google News, a digital gatekeeper that shapes what millions of Americans see each day, kept its readers in the dark as the Minnesota fraud scandal intensified, publishing just four stories on the matter out of 840 in its top 20 morning editions from Nov. 28 to Jan. 9.  (LUIS CORNELIO/JANUARY 14, 2026/MRC)

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • Before we discuss Iran, in your opinion; was the nationwide Verizon cellular outage on Wednesday a cyber attack and if so, was Iran behind it?
    • Casey, what is going on inside Iran is eerily similar to what went on in 1978 and 1979, now in reverse. However, how are the geo-political powers different today than 1979 – or are they?
    • It appears that President Trump has backed off on his threat to hit Iran hard over their killing thousand of protesters. Is that a wise move in your opinion?
    • France provided cover to the Mullah’s before the Iranian Revolution and have capitulated to them after the revolution. How does their reputation (and the rest of Europe in providing aid and comfort to the regime) sit with those marching in the streets?
    • Do you believe that the regime has stopped killing their own people?
  • Did the takedown of Maduro put fear in the regime?
  • Is the world looking for another Tiananmen Square photo in which to support freedom fighters in Iran?
  • S. Naval forces are heading toward the region, is this just a show of force?
  • What about internet access in Iran? Starlink has been somewhat effective, however; the regime has been jamming the GPS needed by Starlink to find a satellite.
  • In your opinion, what is most-likely outcome of the uprising and will the regime survive to fight another day?
  • How can Trump support the protesters, but not be seen as an agent of regime change in coordination with Israel?

Panelist:

Casey Fleming: Counterintelligence Expert and founder of Black Ops Partners: Recognized as leader for corporate directors in strategic risk and governance.

Iran is not just collapsing under the weight of its own failures—it is becoming the world’s first real-time case study in high-tech decapitation warfare, and a warning flare for what comes next. According to geopolitical strategist and cybersecurity expert Casey Fleming, all roads in this story still lead back to China’s CCP.

10:33

Segment Topic:

  • Jonathan, an ICE agent (working alone) was attacked by (initially) one illegal and then joined by two illegals with a snow shovel and broomstick the other night. Why was he working alone – it appears that ICE and FBI on the scene are outnumbered?
  • FBI vehicle broken into; automatic weapon stolen and government documents, which included the identities of ICE officers was stolen.
  • Latin Kings gang member accused of vandalizing FBI vehicle, stealing government property in Minneapolis
  • FBI Director Kash Patel says Raul Gutierrez, a Latin Kings gang member with a violent past, was arrested on Thursday. (Fox News)
  • Illegal who stole the weapon has been arrested, but where is the weapon? DHS/FBI are not saying.
  • The FBI said multiple government vehicles were vandalized and broken into Wednesday night in Minneapolis while agents were responding to a reported assault on a federal officer, adding that federal property was stolen from inside the vehicles.
  • In your opinion; is it time for 47 to trigger the IINSURECTION ACT?
  • We hear the name “ICE WATCH” used to identify those who are on the ground in the Twin Cities. What do we know about this group?  Are there other groups involved?
  • Those who enlist in organizations, such as: ICE WATCH, they appear to be angry societal misfits. Is this the type of person they are looking for?
    • The hate God, they hate their sexual orientation, they hate America and anything associated with it!

Panelist:

Jonathan T. Gilliam, author: “Sheep No More; The Art of Awareness and Attack Survival”

Segment Topic:

  • It has been an interesting week, with biological sex taking center stage!
  • Has the OB/GYN testifying before the U.S. Senate ever conducted an internal pelvic exam on a biological male?
    • And then: Justice Ketanji Jackson was heard defending men in women's sports at the SCOTUS with a Kamala like word salad.
    • Should Justice Jackson have recused herself on this case – given that she is on the record of NOT being able to define what a woman is?
  • Is it time for the INSURECTION ACT to be triggered by Trump?
  • FBI vehicle broken into; automatic weapon stolen and government documents, which included the identities of ICE officers was stolen.
  • Latin Kings gang member accused of vandalizing FBI vehicle, stealing government property in Minneapolis
  • FBI Director Kash Patel says Raul Gutierrez, a Latin Kings gang member with a violent past, was arrested on Thursday. (Fox News)
  • Illegal who stole the weapon has been arrested, but where is the weapon? ICE is not saying.
  • The FBI said multiple government vehicles were vandalized and broken into Wednesday night in Minneapolis while agents were responding to a reported assault on a federal officer, adding that federal property was stolen from inside the vehicles.

11:20

Segment Topic:

  • Elected representatives appear to be leading and guiding these revolutionaries now operating in the Twin Cities. They are dancing ever so close to violating Federal law.  Does Pam Bondi have the courage to indict them?
  • Pam Bondi’s Department of Justice has failed to restore the rule of law and accountability in the United States. She has wasted Trump’s first year back in office.  Should she be fired by the president?
  • If the President triggers the “Insurrection Act” and he should – today, how do we know that these revolutionaries, if arrested will be punished?
  • It seems to me that Judge Jeanine is more effective as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia than Pam Bondi has been as AG.
  • Let’s turn our attention to Iran:
  • Lindsay Goober Graham (who never met a war he didn’t like) wanted President Trump to unleash the might of the Dept of War on Tehran.
  • President Trump has backed down slightly; giving the Regime in Tehran some wiggle room.
  • S. naval assets are heading toward the region.
  • President Trump was elected because he promised peace through strength and limiting our insolvent in foreign conflicts.

9:06

Show Open:

  • What is the media saying about the ICE officer shooting in Minneapolis?
    • ABC Analyst Smears ICE Agent in Minneapolis, Suggests He Didn’t Know What He Was Doing
    • Baseless Smearing of ICE Agents by Media Analysts: ABC analyst Elizabeth Neumann recklessly accused an ICE officer of being undertrained and clueless in a deadly Minneapolis shooting, speculating that rapid hiring under the administration led to incompetent agents—despite admitting no knowledge of the officer's background or facts.
    • Ignoring Facts in Favor of Anti-ICE Narratives: Media outlets like ABC downplayed the woman's use of her vehicle as a deadly weapon, labeling her "unarmed" and echoing far-left Mayor Jacob Frey's profane demands for ICE to leave Minneapolis, while fellow analyst Robert Boyce fact-checked these claims and urged waiting for evidence.
    • Provocative Speculation Fuels Division: Neumann doubled down by blaming the incident on the administration's "provocative" anti-migrant playbook, claiming it endangers both officers and the public through hasty expansions—exemplifying premature judgments that undermine law enforcement without substantiation.
    • NBC Only Newscast to Report Vehicular Obstruction in Minneapolis ICE Shooting
    • NBC Stands Alone in Honest Reporting: While ABC and CBS buried or ignored key facts in the Minneapolis ICE shooting, NBC Nightly News was the only legacy evening newscast to clearly report that the woman was actively obstructing federal agents by blocking traffic with her vehicle—providing crucial context that justifies the officer's use of force.
    • Rare Media Praise for Defying the Anti-ICE Narrative: In a refreshing break from the usual bias-by-omission, NBC's Tom Llamas and Tom Winter delivered nuanced, fact-based coverage, highlighting the vehicle's role in blocking law enforcement and the potential imminent threat, rather than defaulting to the media's typical impulse to paint ICE in the worst possible light.
    • Context Matters—NBC Proves It: By noting the police chief's statement about the vehicle blocking agents, the activated lights identifying law enforcement, and the split-second decision facing an officer in front of a moving car, NBC gave viewers the full picture and a "dose of context and nuance" that exposes how other networks deliberately omit exculpatory details to fuel outrage against immigration enforcement. “Backstabbers”

———————————————————————————————————————————————————

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • Venezuela did not collapse quietly—it fused itself to the criminal underworld until the line between government and cartel disappeared entirely. What Nicolás Maduro presided over was not a failed state, but a weaponized one: a narco-regime that moved cocaine through diplomatic channels, laundered blood money through political power, and exported chaos northward through Mexico and into the United States.
  • Now, with Maduro removed, the illusion has shattered. What’s left is a dangerous vacuum, a cartel ecosystem scrambling for control, and a hemispheric reckoning Washington can no longer avoid. Joshua Philipp, investigative reporter at the Epoch Times, argues this moment exposes an uncomfortable truth: Venezuela was never an isolated disaster—it was a model. A blueprint for how criminal syndicates capture governments, hollow out institutions, and turn entire nations into trafficking corridors. And if the United States misreads this moment, the rot doesn’t stop in Caracas. It spreads.
  • Philipp connects this directly to Mexico, warning that the same cartel-government fusion now defines large parts of the Mexican state. He highlights President Donald Trump’s unprecedented warning that Mexican cartels—now designated terrorist organizations—could be next, and explains why Trump believes Mexico’s leadership is unable or unwilling to confront them. According to Philipp, the stakes are no longer abstract: cartel operations are killing hundreds of thousands of Americans through fentanyl trafficking while corrupting governments across the hemisphere.
  • What makes Philipp’s take particularly compelling is his explanation of why Venezuela matters strategically right now. He argues the U.S. intervention signals a revival of the Monroe Doctrine, aimed at dismantling cartel states, rolling back Chinese influence in Latin America, and reasserting U.S. control over hemispheric security. Maduro’s alleged cooperation with Mexican cartels, Colombian drug labs, and protected shipping corridors shows how deeply regional governments have been compromised.
  • Philipp also raises the explosive implication that Maduro is now cooperating with U.S. authorities—“singing like a songbird”—handing over documents that could expose bribery networks, political protection rackets, and cartel-linked officials well beyond Venezuela’s borders.
  • This is not just about drugs. Philipp frames the moment as a turning point in how the United States confronts criminal regimes, with Mexico, Colombia, and even Cuba potentially facing escalating pressure.
  • For audiences trying to understand what comes next—and why Venezuela is only the opening act—Joshua Philipp delivers a stark, evidence-based warning: the era of cartel governments is colliding head-on with American power.
  • Iran and its proxies were in VZ and were a threat to the U.S. Homeland. It appears the regime in Iran is falling.  What are your thoughts in Iran today?
  • Will the regime (in a final move), launch an attack in Israel?
  • If that occurs, will the U.S. need to get involved at that point?
  • Who returns to lead Iran? NCRI or Shah’s son?
  • Joshua, Minnesota is a mess. Who cleans the messs up in aisle 6?

    • Iran in turmoil – does this feel different than the other uprisings?
      • Amid growing protests in Iran over economic struggles, exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi expressed gratitude towards US President Donald Trump for his strong stance against violence directed at demonstrators. Trump had issued a stark warning to the Iranian government, saying that if the authorities continue to target peaceful protesters with deadly force, the US would step in to offer support.
      • For the first time since 1979 – there are chants: “LONG LIVE THE SHAH.”
      • Pahlavi has roughly a 35% approval rating inside Iran, but experts question with these approval numbers, why hasn’t he been able to organize an overthrow of the current regime?
      • And, the US appears to be building up for action in Iran. This is similar to the buildup before the capture of Maduro in Venezuela.

11:33

Segment Topic:

    • Federal government at war with freedom itself?
    • For far too long, the federal government has expanded its reach, encroaching on the powers and prerogatives reserved to the states and the people. This centralization of authority is not only a betrayal of the constitutional system our Founders established it is a clear and present danger to the liberties we hold dear.
    • Are too many Americans eager to give-up their liberties when offered no alternative by government?
The solution to this overreach does not lie in hoping for change in Washington, D.C., but in returning power to the states the original guardians of American sovereignty. As James Madison wisely counseled, the states “have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil” of any unconstitutional acts by the federal government.
    • The Make America STATES Again action project is designed to inspire, educate, and mobilize patriots across the country to restore the proper balance of power between the federal government and the states. Here, you’ll find the tools and resources needed to take meaningful action whether by advancing legislation in your state, educating others about state sovereignty, or championing the Constitution’s vision of limited federal government.
    • What about repealing the 17th Amendment as the first step to rein in Washington sponsored tyranny?
Together, we can reclaim the freedoms that federal overreach has eroded. It's time to Make America STATES Again.
    • What has Washington done to the value of the U.S. Dollar? Kevin McCallister spent $19.83 on groceries in “Home Alone.”

That same basket of Kevin’s groceries would now cost $53.95 before tax — or $52.95 with his $1-off coupon — a 167% increase over 35 years, according to calculations done by USA Today.

Show Open:

  • The Muslim Brotherhood's plan to infiltrate and destroy America!
    • While all eyes were focused on New York and Mamdani, forty-two Muslim candidates, backed by terror linked network, have seized key offices across America, proving that the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to infiltrate and destroy America from within is now a reality. 76 Muslim candidates ran for office nationwide. 43 have been declared winners, with three races still pending recounts or certification.
    • The 42 Muslim officials now occupy positions in some of the most influential jurisdictions in the country — from the New York mayor’s office to Virginia’s executive branch, from Michigan’s heartland to local school boards.
    • The newly elected officials span at least nine states — New York, Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. The list includes six mayors, four state legislators, 20 city councils and commissioners, 6 school board members, two judges, and 3 other political positions.
      • Governor Greg Abbott today designatedthe Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. This designation authorizes heightened enforcement against both organizations and their affiliates and prohibits them from purchasing or acquiring land in Texas. (Governor’s Office: Texas)
      • “The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Sharia law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world,’" said Governor Abbott. "The actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR to support terrorism across the globe and subvert our laws through violence, intimidation, and harassment are unacceptable. Today, I designated the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. These radical extremists are not welcome in our state and are now prohibited from acquiring any real property interest in Texas.”
    • Islamophobia or threat?

Somali money laundering of taxpayer dollars from Ilhan Omar’s district in Somalia to Al-Shabaab terrorists.

Panelist:

Brigitte Gabriel, National security analyst, NYT Bestselling author and Chairman: ACT for America.org.  Her latest bestseller is "RISE:  In Defense of Judeo-Christian Values and Freedom

9:20

Segment Topic:

  • Is the end of Obamacare on the horizon?

Did the government shutdown blow the lid off the amount of money from subsidies going to insurance companies?

How would funding patients directly, and not insurance companies work?

Sen. And Dr. Bill Cassidy pitched legislation to follow President Trump’s footsteps to deliver better outcomes and lower prices for Americans by funding patients directly.

Panelist:

Terry Wilcox, co-founder of Patients Rising and advisor to new health policy group Fund the Patient, agrees. In her op-ed in D.C. Journal, she explains how Democrats are supporting insurance instead of patients in their crusade to keep Obamacare subsidies alive

9:35

Monologue:

Senators Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona, along with Representatives Chris DeLuzio of Pennsylvania, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, and Jason Crow of Colorado, posted a video on Tuesday essentially ordering these professionals to betray Trump and implement a ‘soft coup,’ rendering him powerless to carry out his policies.

Trump responded on Truth Social, calling the video “seditious” and stating that these “traitors” should be arrested. He later added that sedition is a crime punishable by death. (The Gateway Pundit)

We can no longer ignore the threats by these communists to our Republic!

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • What does Autism, Somali immigrants, Ilhan Omar’s congressional district, terrorism and money laundering have in common?
    • Will Cain Show pulled back the curtain yesterday on a money laundering scam from Ilhan Omar’s congressional district which was sending our tax dollars to Al-Shabaab in Somalia from taxpayer money which was supposedly earmarked to help kids with Autism.
    • According to the Council on Foreign Relations, Al-Shabaab remains one of al-Qaeda's strongest and most successful affiliates. The terrorist organization continues to exploit the Somalian government’s limited state capacity and the country’s dire humanitarian crisesto launch indiscriminate attacks against government forces, foreign peacekeepers, and civilians. (Council on Foreign Relations)

10:33

Segment Topic:

  • What is an illegal order?
  • Now that six members of Congress (two-senators and 4-house members) are publicly urging those serving our nation on our armed-forces to disregard orders from President Trump, what effects does this type of threat have inside our military?
  • Aren’t the Dem-Coms pulling a page from their 2020 Playbook? Isn’t this what they told Mark Milley to do?
  • Was this sedition, insurrection or treason?
  • This is not TDS – this goes far beyond TDS!
  • What is an illegal order?
  • “Don’t give up” – it calls for insurrection, it calls for a coop’ based out of our military.
  • Did soldiers obey Biden’s orders to abandon Afghanistan? Where did that get us?
  • Didn’t the Dem-Com’s tell our servicemembers that they had to roll up their sleeves and submit to MRNA or be drummed out of the military?
  • Weren’t they the ones who drummed men and women out of the military during the Biden Regime who were found to have attended a MAGA rally or had social media accounts which were favorable to President Trump?
    • This video evidence proves what I have been saying: Dem-Coms are no longer a political party – but a Communist insurgent revolutionary council – targeting the overthrow of the Republic.
    • Military Tribunals are the only remedy.
    • It is time for swift, powerful and decisive action by the White House.
  • Does their insurgent army need enforcements due to mass deportations?

Panelists:

Captain Doug Truax, U.S. Army (ret), Founder of:  Restore The Military (dot)com.  Captain Truax is a West Point graduate.

Brigadier General Blaine Holt, USAF (ret) General Holt hosts the popular and insightful podcast: Dangerous Intellectuals.

11:05

Segment Topic:

    • Six members of Congress (two-senators and 4-house members) are publicly urging those serving our nation on our armed-forces to disregard orders from President Trump.
    • President Trump responds on Truth Social:
    • “It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand – We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET. President DJT”
    • Have these Democrats crossed the line?
    • Slotkin responded to the President:
    • The Democrat conspirators responded to President Trump’s death penalty for sedition message with the following statement posted by Slotkin:

A joint statement from myself @SenMarkKelly, @RepJasonCrow, @RepDeluzio, @RepGoodlander and @RepHoulahan.

“We are veterans and national security professionals who love this country and swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. That oath lasts a lifetime, and we intend to keep it. No threat, intimidation, or call for violence will deter us from that sacred obligation.

“What’s most telling is that the President considers it punishable by death for us to restate the law. Our servicemembers should know that we have their backs as they fulfill their oath to the Constitution and obligation to follow only lawful orders. It is not only the right thing to do, but also our duty.

“But this isn’t about any one of us. This isn’t about politics. This is about who we are as Americans. Every American must unite and condemn the President’s calls for our murder and political violence. This is a time for moral clarity.

“In these moments, fear is contagious, but so is courage. We will continue to lead and will not be intimidated.

Is this threat against the President merely going to fizzle out or have the Dem-Com’s signaled their intentions to remove Trump from office if they regain control of Congress in 2027?

Will the real Jeffrey Epstein please come forward?

Jasmine Crockett lied on the House Floor about Lee Zeldin and other Republicans.  Who wants to kiss her sneakers now?

Phony congresswoman Rep. Stacey Plaskett was texting Epstein during the Michael Cohen hearing.  Why did Epstein have access to a cell phone in Federal prison?

Jack Smith-Gate:

Biden DOJ subpoenaed Jim Jordan's phone records covering more than two years

The subpoena for the House Judiciary chairman's records reached back to Jan. 1, 2020

Those in the House and Senate who were spied upon by Merrick Garland and Jack Smith want the right to sue the government – that same government spies on us everyday and we cannot sue the government!

How important was the Saudi Crown Prince meeting at the White House this week?

Saudi committed to a $one trillion-dollar investment in America.

What is the possibility that Saudi Arabia will join the Abraham Accords?

Panelist:

Jon Glasgow, Host of Sunday Report on Newsmax

Ryan Morgan, reporter for The Epoch Times. Ryan covers military and foreign affairs for the Epoch Times.

Tiana Lowe Doesher: Political commentator for the Washington Examiner and the co-host of: The Political Pregame podcast.

11:33

Segment Topic:

  • The American Energy Alliance (AEA) applauds the House of Representatives for passing three Congressional Review Act resolutions that overturn restrictive Bureau of Land Management (BLM) rules and plans imposed by the Biden administration. These rules and plans were designed to lock up responsible energy development on federal lands in Wyoming and Alaska.
    • Tom Pyle, President of the American Energy Alliance, issued the following statement:
“These three votes represent a major victory for American energy dominance, affordable energy for families, and responsible stewardship of our public lands. For years, the Biden administration used the Bureau of Land Management as a tool to systematically lock up millions of acres of federal land that Congress explicitly set aside for multiple use, including energy production. Today, the People’s House stood up for American workers, consumers, and our national security by reversing these unlawful and ideologically driven restrictions. We urge the Senate to act quickly and send these resolutions to the President’s desk.”

      • Given the current price of oil, what can we expect with respect to oil exploration at this time. The lands might be open, but do oil companies have the financial incentive to drill on Federal lands at this time? ($57.54 at the time of this show)

Panelist:

Kenny Stein, VP Policy: American Energy Alliance

Show Open:

  • What does the City of London have to do with 5th Generational warfare?
  • Is the Trump Administration waging war with the Cartels or are they at war with another organization?
  • Earlier this week, British intel stopped working with the U.S. War Department on drug boat shipments from Venezuela. Could it be that the owner/operators of those drug boats are located in the UK and in-control of the government in Westminster?
  • In a moment, we discuss the real enemies; the real criminals behind the Venezuela drug boats and the real war it is funding: 5th Generational Warfare!

Panelist:

Audio cuts from Geoff Gilson and Brigadier General Blaine Holt

9:20

Segment Topic:

  • What does the City of London have to do with 5th Generational warfare? (continues)
  • The home of global drug dealing and money laundering is the United Kingdom and the City of London.
  • Boats which are intercepted, boarded by U.S. are insured. Drug boats destroyed in warfare are not.
  • City of London operatives are financial pirates!
  • British politics and drug money.
  • MI6 no longer sharing intel with the Department of War because those drug boats are “THEIR DRUG BOATS.”
  • Now that we have identified the enemies (City of London, World Economic Forum, United Nations) how do we fight back?
  • 5th Generational Warfare (every citizen on earth is on the battlefield).
  • There is a central command authority (Obama and others visiting 10 Downing Street).
  • City of London – puppet masters or puppets?
  • Is the Trump Administration at war with Maduro or City of London, World Economic Forum, United Nations?

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • A 10-day operation targeting violent offenders in Florida led to the arrest of more than 230 undocumented immigrants, including 150 accused sexual predators, federal officials announced Thursday in South Florida.
  • Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar says: Immigration has reached a breaking point.
  • “It’s time for a new vision. It’s time for Dignity.”
  • “The Dignity Act.”
  • Back in 2023, some in her own party attacked her for calling for dignity. (Newsweek/January 2023)
  • Speaking as part of a bipartisan panel at the World Economic Forumin Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday, Salazar said after closing off America's borders, the U.S. should then offer "dignity" to the tens of millions of people living in the country without citizenship. (Newsweek: January 2023/Katherine Fung)
  • After four decades of political gridlock—and four years of President Biden’s incredibly reckless open-borders policy—Americans are demanding real solutions, but such solutions require the political willpower to cross party lines, stand up, and say, “enough is enough.”
  • ICE raids and mass deportations won’t solve the problem—they will make things far worse. And neither will blanket amnesty and wide-open borders.
  • Dignity Not Citizenship is Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar’surgent answer to the most divisive question facing our country today:
  • How do we finally solve immigration and make America better for all Americans?
  • In this bold and timely book, Salazar lays out her revolutionary legislative plan: The Dignity Act—a pragmatic, compassionate, complete, and bipartisan proposal to fix our broken system once and for all.
  • Drawing on decades of experience, Salazar makes the case for a solution that secures our borders, strengthens our economy, and gives millions of long-term undocumented immigrants—many here for 5, 10, even 20 years—a plan to step out of the shadows. In the process, it makes cities safer, adds trillions to our economy, puts money in your pocket, and ensures our position as the greatest country in the world.
  • With clarity, conviction, and courage, Dignity Not Citizenship charts a course that restores our humanity and reclaims America’s moral leadership. This isn’t just a book of policy—it’s a book about people, the very people who—day in and day out—make this country great.
  • It’s time for a new vision. It’s time for Dignity.

He is a common man, working uncommon cases, and practicing law in the Miami of the 80s, a city branded by cocaine cowboys, and an exploding migrant population. Armed with his smarts, morals and faith, he battles for his clientele, leading him to discover that his duties to his clients and the search for truth are often at odds. 9:06

Show Open:

  • Trump tout’s affordability while inflation rages across America on everything from food to furniture to cars! (NY Post/ Taylor Herzlich, Business Reporter at New York Post)
    • With a social-media post that said “STOP LYIN” about there being an affordability crisis, President Trump claims he’s whipped inflation.
    • Republicans say “prices” Dem-Com’s say “Costs.”
      • But consumers are still feeling the squeeze.
      • Target’s prices are up 5.5% nationwide this year and Walmart’s are up 5.3%, according to an analysis by DataWeave, which looked at roughly 16,000 items across each retailer’s website.
      • Amazon’s price hikes have averaged more than 12%, according to a report.
      • After seven months under Trump’s tariffs, Americans are paying more for nearly everything — from a cup of joe and plush living room sofas to children’s toys.
      • But certain groceries, particularly meat, are still up for various reasons. Bananas are up 8.6%, mostly because of tariffs, as almost none are produced domestically. Chicken and eggs have fluctuated because of bird flu.
      • Beef is up across the board — up more than 19% for steak, and 14% for ground beef. Ranchers blame smaller herds because of drought. They are also helped by tariffs on foreign beef, and Trump says he’s considering consumer relief by boosting Argentinian imports.
      • “Putting Joe Biden’s inflation crisis firmly behind us has been a Day One priority for President Trump,” White House spokesman Kush Desai told The Post in a Thursday statement.
      • “Americans are paying less for essentials like gas and eggs, and today the Administration inked yet another drug pricing deal to deliver unprecedented healthcare savings for everyday Americans.”
      • CPI for food stands at 3.1% (double-digit under Biden)

Panelist:

DIAL Producers and Callers

9:20

Segment Topic:

Though the Trump Administration has done a lot to dismantle the green energy apparatus, there is a new backdoor threat coming through the courts.

        • In his latest op-ed at RealClearEnergy, energy expert and Power the Future spokesman Larry Behrensexposes how “environmental activists and their trial lawyer allies are attempting to do in the U.S. what the U.N. could not: force a carbon tax on working families.”
        • Larry argues that carbon tax proponents won’t make their case before Congress because they know Americans have rejected the idea -- according to one poll, more than half 55% say they are unwilling to pay even $1 more per month on their energy bills for climate action.  (Power the Future/Larry Behrens)

Instead, activists and supporters are hoping for sympathetic judges to help pass on a tax to working families. And they’re counting on the public not to notice before it’s too late.

Panelist:

Larry Behrens, Communications Director at Power The Future, a national nonprofit organization that advocates for American energy jobs

9:35

Monologue:

“For which it stands”

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • If you stand for election integrity, could that mean that you will be targeted by the FBI?
  • We now know factually that former Attorney General Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and Christopher Wray and other FBI Executives approved the opening of Operation Arctic Frost.
    • Heritage Foundation created: “Oversight Project.”
    • Arctic Frost was not an investigation. It was an atrocity disguised as law. It was the deliberate choice of powerful men and women to weaponize the instruments of justice against political opponents. It was the perversion of law enforcement into a machinery of fear. Those who conceived it, approved it, and carried it out are not public servants. They are perpetrators. The Americans who suffered under its grip are victims, and they deserve justice, compassion, and national repentance. (Roger Stone)
    • Arctic Frost was not law enforcement. Arctic Frost was political persecution. The United States Department of Justice under the Biden administration and its obedient enforcers within the Federal Bureau of Investigation transformed investigative power into political warfare. They spied on eight Republican senators including Lindsey Graham, Bill Hagerty, Josh Hawley, Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville, Ron Johnson, Cynthia Lummis, and Marsha Blackburn under the false pretense of national security. According to the Senate Judiciary Committee, the government admits it accessed their tolling data, who they called, when they called, and for how long. It was a monstrous violation of privacy and a direct assault on the separation of powers. No warrants justified it, no legitimate predicate supported it, and no moral conscience could defend it. It was tyranny in its rawest form, the same kind of state sponsored repression that history will forever associate with totalitarian regimes.
    • Newly released FBI records have exposed the staggering scope of this political dragnet. One hundred ninety-seven subpoenas were issued in the Arctic Frost operation, targeting more than four hundred thirty individuals and organizations, including approximately one hundred sixty Republicans, of whom forty five were close allies of Donald J. Trump and about one hundred eleven were alternate electors, campaign staff, and state legislators. Among the entities swept up were Turning Point USA led by Charlie Kirk, the Republican National Committee, and the Republican Attorneys General Association. Investigators even sought phone records from Donald Trump, Mike Pence, and senior aides. These subpoenas primarily sought call metadata, not content, for the critical period from January four through January seven, two thousand twenty-one, surrounding the events of January six. The information was drawn from FBI files released by Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa in October two thousand twenty five, corroborated by whistleblower disclosures and internal DOJ documents as detailed in Grassley’s oversight release.
    • Nearly one hundred Republican linked groups and private individuals were also targeted in the same operation. Activists, nonprofit directors, faith-based leaders, and private citizens were swept into an Orwellian dragnet simply because of their associations and beliefs. The data collected on them was stored, indexed, and shared internally within the Justice Department. Their names were marked as subjects of interest in a campaign designed to freeze opposition to the ruling party. This was not oversight. This was oppression.

Among the high-profile individuals targeted in this campaign of intimidation and lawfare were Michael T. Flynn, Jeff Clark, Peter Navarro, Rudy Giuliani, and Leah Hoopes. These patriots stood with President Trump’s cause when many recoiled. They carried the torch of resistance when others cowered. So, the regime came for them. The regime also came for the organizations aligned with Trump’s campaign and political movement, as well as trusted media outlets including CBS News, Fox News, and Newsmax. None of these entities were safe. None of their advocates spared. The message was clear that dissent will be crushed.

  • It has been three days since Tuesday’s election. Has your opinion changed on why we saw the outcome?
    • The Democrats appear to have been emboldened by Tuesday’s results; even crowing about the 2026 midterms. A bit premature perhaps?
    • David, you have been outspoken about the cost of everything being a problem for Trump and the Republicans, this morning’s NY Post:
    • Trump tout’s affordability while inflation rages across America on everything from food to furniture to cars. The CPI is around 3% and yet, those prices driven higher by Biden are never coming down (with the exception of commodities).

  • Rob Carson, what are your callers saying about Tuesday’s results?

  • Chris, the Democrats have used the shutdown the further destabilize America. As of this week, it isn’t illegal immigrants sleeping at airports, it is air travelers and Chuck Schumer does not seem to care.
    • Did the Democrats assume that Latino’s who came to the U.S. from Latin-American countries would be comfortable living under the same socialist-Marxist systems from their home countries? They have been trying for over 30 years to transform this country into the United Socialist States of America.  Did they miscalculate Latino’s search for freedom and liberty?
  • President Trump received a record number of Latino votes last year. Why?
  • Are you concerned that California’s gerrymandering will send more Latino, Democrat Communists to Capitol Hill in 2027?

Chris Salcedo, Host: Chris Salcedo Show (5PM/ET) on Newsmax, Author: The Rise of the Liberty-Loving Latino (available December 9th)

The host of the Chris Salcedo Radio Show heard on AM 700 KSEV, Houston and on 820 AM WBAP in Dallas/Fort Worth and he also hosts “The Salcedo Storm Podcast.”

No one in media uses the term LEFTIST more than Chris!

For decades, leftists in the media and in the Democrat Party have tried to sell a simple equation: to be Latino is to be liberal. They’ve claimed that any resistance to their radical, anti-American agenda—whether it’s open borders, defunding the police, or socialist economic policies—is racist. But that narrative was never true, and millions of Latinos are proving it wrong every day.

The Rise of the Liberty-Loving Latino tells the story mainstream media refuses to cover: how a growing number of Hispanic Americans are standing up for faith, family, freedom, and the Constitution. This movement isn’t theoretical. It’s political, cultural, and spiritual—and it helped re-elect President Donald J. Trump in 2024.

Latinos are done being told what to think. They’re thinking for themselves—and voting like it.

  • AARP is at it again!
  • AARP’s collusion with Democrats to destroy our healthcare system was not enough.
  • New Report Exposes AARP’s Role in Push for Massive Insurance Bailouts!
    • As Congress faces a government shutdown, a new report from American Commitment exposes how AARP—a major lobbying force in Washington—is working hand-in-hand with the health insurance industry to make pandemic-era Obamacare subsidies permanent.  The report, “How AARP Makes Health Insurance Unaffordable for Its Members,”details how AARP received a staggering $9 billion payout from UnitedHealth, the nation’s largest health insurer, and has since used its lobbying arm to push for a $40 billion-a-year extension of supersized Obamacare subsidies—direct taxpayer payments to insurance companies.  American Commitment is urging lawmakers to reject any deal that extends the supersized Obamacare subsidies or any other taxpayer giveaways to the insurance industry.  Might you have some time to have Phil Kerpen on the show?
Phil Kerpen: “Democratic leaders Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries have shut down the government until taxpayers fork over another $40 billion a year to massive health insurance companies….It’s outrageous that they shut down the government to serve the same insurers who fund AARP’s billion-dollar kickbacks.  Congress should say no to bailouts for big insurance.”
    • Phil Kerpen: “Why is that not enough?
    • The truth is, these subsidies aren’t about helping patients—they’re about padding insurance company profits and keeping the AARP-UnitedHealth money machine running.”
    • Phil Kerpen: “It’s shameful that Schumer and Jeffries are demanding a massive ransom for mega-insurers like UnitedHealth—currently under criminal investigation—just to reopen government….
    • Congress must stand up for taxpayers and seniors, not the special interests making billions off them.”

Panelist:

Phil Kerpen, President, American Commitment

SNAP money running out!

When the money runs out, could we see mass looting of grocery stores in urban areas?

President Donald Trump on Thursday urged Republicans to end the filibuster in order to end the monthlong government shutdown.

In a late-night Truth Social post, Trump noted that Democrats had tried to eliminate the Senate procedure when they had control of both chambers of Congress and the White House during the Biden administration, but then-Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema — both of whom have since left the Democratic Party to become independents — helped block the effort.

Trump revived talk of the "nuclear option," after his returning from his Asia trip this week.

54% of SNAP recipients are non-citizens. (The Gateway Pundit/ Antonio Graceffo).

Are the Democrats nervous that we are going to find out how many non-citizens are receiving benefits?

Instagram and Twitter are abuzz with complaints about how the government shutdown is cutting SNAP benefits, and children in the U.S. are going hungry. Liberals blame Republicans for the shutdown and claim Republicans don’t care about Americans.

Of course, liberals omit the fact that the shutdown happened because Democrats refused to cut funding for illegal aliens. And as for children “going hungry,” only about 4 percent of American household’s face what’s called “food insecurity,” which is not the same as hunger. These households already qualify for federal assistance programs. In reality, there is almost no true hunger in the United States.

If Democrats are truly concerned about these people, they shouldn’t have allowed the government to shut down.

Moving from logic to data, liberal media claim that 89.4 percent of SNAP recipients are U.S.-born citizens and less than 11 percent are foreign-born, including 6.2 percent naturalized citizens, 1.1 percent refugees, and 3.3 percent other non-citizens (such as lawful permanent residents). Therefore, they say, Republicans are wrong to argue that benefits are going to illegals.

New Mexico (for instance) has 20% of their residents receiving SNAP benefits.

Is it time for John Thune to go with the Nuclear Option?
