    • Soroka Medical Center, the largest hospital in southern Israel, took a direct hit from an Iranian ballistic missile on Thursday morning. Several other sites were also hit across Israel. The attack came after Iranian state television said Israel attacked Iran’s Arak heavy water reactor.

  • Moreover, the U.S. has no treaty with Ukraine or Israel that triggers an American military obligation.
  • Under the Constitution, only Congress can declare war on a nation or group.
  • The last time it did so was to initiate American involvement in World War II. But Congress has given
  • away limited authority to presidents and permitted them to fight undeclared wars -- such as the War Powers Resolution of 1973 and President George W. Bush’s invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.
  • Congress has not only not declared war on Russia or Gaza or Iran; it has not authorized the use of American forces in those countries. Yet, it has given the president a blank check and authorized him to spend it on military equipment for Ukraine and Israel however he sees fit.
  • Does it make sense in the information age that the President’s response be slowed by a Congressional declaration of war?
  • Did not President Thomas Jefferson authorize military action against the Barbary pirates in 1803? Was the Barbary War authorized by Congress?

    • A California Democratic lawmaker was widely criticized by conservatives on social media after posting a message online telling federal agents arresting illegal immigrants in Los Angeles to "get the f--- out."
    • "ICE get the f--- out of LA so that order can be restored," Rep. Norma Torres posted on TikTok Friday as protests and riots were breaking out over the raids. Conservatives on social media quickly reacted to the video, accusing Torres, who was born in Guatemala and became a U.S. (Fox News)citizen in the 1990s, of fomenting the violence and vitriol against ICE officers that unfolded over the next few days.
    • During the riots, ICE officers were targeted with violence that included throwing rocks and other projectiles along with vandalism in the form of graffiti calling for violence against ICE officers.
    • U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks shared a photo of one Border Patrol agent's bloody hand, which was injured by a rock flying through the windshield.
    • Federal sources said agents could have been killed by the flying debris.
    • Among those arrested was 49-year-old Cuong Chanh Phan, an illegal alien from Vietnam with a criminal history that includes a conviction for second-degree murder.
    • Phan was convicted of shooting up a high school graduation party after a dispute, killing an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old. Seven others were injured in the incident, according to DHS.
    • ICE also arrested Rolando Veneracion-Enriquez, a 55-year-old illegal alien from the Philippines who was convicted of burglary, sexual penetration with a foreign object and assault with intent to commit rape.
    • Lionel Sanchez-Laguna, a 55-year-old Mexican national, was arrested by ICE on Friday. His criminal history includes discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling and vehicle, battery on spouse or cohabitant, willful cruelty to child, driving under the influence, assault with a semi-automatic firearm and personal use of a firearm.

    • President Trump on Monday evening pushed back on another fake news story floated by Axios.

      • According to the report published by Axios, President Trump’s envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, submitted a proposal to Iran that would allow low-level uranium enrichment.

    • Remember back in 2023: Officials in Reedley, California (near Fresno) after it was discovered that it was being used illegally by a Chinese company: Prestige Biotech for storage and processing of dangerous pathogens?
    • The Senate Select Committee on the CCP investigated and revealed the following back in November of 2023:
    • The illegal biolab was run by a PRC citizen who is a wanted fugitive from Canada with a $330 million Canadian dollar judgment against him for stealing American intellectual property.
    • This PRC citizen was a top official at a PRC-state-controlled company and had links to military-civil fusion entities.
    • The illegal biolab received millions of dollars in unexplained payments from PRC banks while running the illegal biolab.
    • The illegal biolab contained thousands of samples of labeled, unlabeled, and encoded potential pathogens, including HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and COVID.
    • The illegal biolab also contained a freezer labeled “Ebola,” which contained unlabeled, sealed silver bags consistent with how the lab stored high risk biological materials. Ebola is a Select Agent with a lethality rate between 25-90%.
    • The biolab contained nearly a thousand transgenic mice, genetically engineered to mimic the human immune system. Lab workers said that the mice were designed “to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.”
      • After local officials who discovered the lab sought help from the CDC and others, the CDC refused to test any of the samples. 
    • China currently owns 380,000 acres of farmland in the United States. What better way to introduce bio weapons into U.S. agriculture than in your own labs here and launch the attacks from your own farmland!
    • 2 Chinese researchers charged with smuggling biological pathogen to study at University of Michigan lab
    • Ship Carrying 800 EVs Abandoned in Pacific after fire breaks out: (Zerohedge)
      • On Tuesday, the Morning Midas—a roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vehicle carrier—was abandoned by its crew in the central Pacific Ocean following an onboard fire, according to a Bloomberg report.
        • The vessel was transporting approximately 3,000 vehicles, including an estimated 800 electric vehicles (EVs). The fire’s origin has not been confirmed, though lithium-ion battery ignition remains a possible cause given the cargo profile and previous mid-sea incidents involving EVs. 
        • Morning Midas had departed China in late May with a scheduled port call in Mexico, according to Bloomberg data. 
      • Was this sabotage?
      • China auto workers have either not been paid or they have been laid-off.

While they huddled in the capital, Pompeo delivered a fiery warning from Odesa’s Black Sea Security Forum—calling U.S. recognition of Russian-occupied Crimea a “mistake of epic proportions.”
