09:06 AM ET

Show Open:

  • Illegal invader insurrection in Los Angeles:
    • Gavin Newsome dares Tom Homan to arrest him!
    • LA Mayor Karen Bass in concerned for illegals and not her constituents.
    • At least Karen Bass was not in Africa this time!
    • Newsome’s office compares riots to sports celebrations.
    • One well-placed California source told me that those behind the LA ICE insurgent rioting are the same crowd responsible for the 2020 BLM riots; they just sprinkled in some well-placed Latino’s for visuals.
    • Some of the illegals arrested by ICE in this sweep were child rapists, murderers
    • A California Democratic lawmaker was widely criticized by conservatives on social media after posting a message online telling federal agents arresting illegal immigrants in Los Angeles to “get the f— out.”
    • “ICE get the f— out of LA so that order can be restored,” Rep. Norma Torres posted on TikTok Friday as protests and riots were breaking out over the raids. Conservatives on social media quickly reacted to the video, accusing Torres, who was born in Guatemala and became a U.S. (Fox News)citizen in the 1990s, of fomenting the violence and vitriol against ICE officers that unfolded over the next few days.
    • During the riots, ICE officers were targeted with violence that included throwing rocks and other projectiles along with vandalism in the form of graffiti calling for violence against ICE officers.
    • U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks shared a photo of one Border Patrol agent’s bloody hand, which was injured by a rock flying through the windshield.
    • Federal sources said agents could have been killed by the flying debris.
    • Among those arrested was 49-year-old Cuong Chanh Phan, an illegal alien from Vietnam with a criminal history that includes a conviction for second-degree murder.
    • Phan was convicted of shooting up a high school graduation party after a dispute, killing an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old. Seven others were injured in the incident, according to DHS.
    • ICE also arrested Rolando Veneracion-Enriquez, a 55-year-old illegal alien from the Philippines who was convicted of burglary, sexual penetration with a foreign object and assault with intent to commit rape.
    • Lionel Sanchez-Laguna, a 55-year-old Mexican national, was arrested by ICE on Friday. His criminal history includes discharging a firearm at an inhabited dwelling and vehicle, battery on spouse or cohabitant, willful cruelty to child, driving under the influence, assault with a semi-automatic firearm and personal use of a firearm.

Dem-Com’s set the tone for ICE riots by their display in Newark, New Jersey!

Panelist:

DIAL Producers/callers

9:35

Monologue:

“It is time for a decision”

10:06

Segment Topic:

  • Trump at Camp David for meetings with military brass?  Is something big coming?
    • Has Tehran run out of time?
  • Globalists go radio silent as NATO flirts with World War III. (Zero Hedge/Brandon Smith)
    • In the midst of the frenzy the WEF and other organizations pushed their economic agenda, asserting that the world needed to go cashless, that carbon controls and “climate lockdowns” needed to become normalized.  They wanted what they called a “Great Reset” of the global financial framework. Everything was admitted, they barely tried to hide their intentions. It was the New World Order we “conspiracy” analysts had been warning about for decades.
    • As I warned in my article ‘World War III Is Now Inevitable – Here’s Why It Can’t Be Avoided’, the globalist plan for a Bolshevik coup has failed, but this only means they will move on to more historically predictable tactics. Meaning, exponential economic crisis and world war.  (Zero Hedge/Brandon Smith)
    • European political leaders have made it nearly impossible to negotiate a legitimate ceasefire in Ukraine because they continue to give Kyiv hope that NATO will step in with boots on the ground. Even if the US completely pulls all support, the Ukrainians believe Europe will fill the gap. This is ridiculous, of course; the EU has no capacity to fight an attrition war with the Russians and they are much more likely to trigger a nuclear event than liberate Ukraine.
    • What concerns me more, though, is a specific strategy being used by NATO and Kyiv:  I’m talking about the deliberate targeting of Russian nuclear infrastructure. This has been an ongoing problem since the beginning of the conflict and it seems to me as if the elites WANT some kind of catastrophic escalation.  (Zero Hedge/Brandon Smith)
  • Geo-political analyst, Tom Luongo discussed the Starlink connection to the Ukraine drone attack on the Russian nuke bomber fleet.
    • What were Lindsay Graham, Richard Blumenthal and Mike Pompeo up to last week in Ukraine?
    • Why does old-Europe (Donald Rumsfeld) think it can trigger WWIII and survive?
    • Is NATO’s defense posture in danger of being flipped to an aggressor?
  •

    • Will the guard be able to defend themselves from the insurgents?
    • What happens to the 45 others swept up in the raid?
      • Are all arrests by Federal agents handled by Federal courts or do some of them go through the Los Angeles legal system?

Segment Topic:

  • Hakeem Jeffries and Michelle Wu are targeting ICE agents because they are wearing masks. Have the Democrat Communist no shame?
  • The Supreme Court on Thursday revived a lawsuit from an Ohio womanwho claimed she was the victim of reverse discrimination because her employer denied her a promotion because she is straight.
  • In a unanimous decisionin the case of Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services, the high court tossed out a ruling by a federal appeals court that dismissed Marlean Ames’ claims because she failed to clear a higher bar applied to members of a majority group in order for her employment discrimination case to proceed. The justices concluded that a “background circumstances” requirement cannot be squared with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and sent Ames’ case back to the lower courts for further proceedings.
  • The background circumstances rule required plaintiffs who are members of a majority group to put forth more evidence showing that their employer is “unusual” because it discriminates against the majority. Ames had argued that the requirement unfairly imposed a higher burden on her as a heterosexual woman.

    • Duffy said that the federal government is moving to terminate around $4 billion it has currently obligated to the project unless the California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) can prove it is tenable.

9:35

Monologue:

“A little less transparency”

9:45

Segment Topics:

  • China bio war against the U.S. continues!
    • Remember back in 2023: Officials in Reedley, California (near Fresno) after it was discovered that it was being used illegally by a Chinese company: Prestige Biotech for storage and processing of dangerous pathogens?
    • The Senate Select Committee on the CCP investigated and revealed the following back in November of 2023:
    • The illegal biolab was run by a PRC citizen who is a wanted fugitive from Canada with a $330 million Canadian dollar judgment against him for stealing American intellectual property.
    • This PRC citizen was a top official at a PRC-state-controlled company and had links to military-civil fusion entities.
    • The illegal biolab received millions of dollars in unexplained payments from PRC banks while running the illegal biolab.
    • The illegal biolab contained thousands of samples of labeled, unlabeled, and encoded potential pathogens, including HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and COVID.
    • The illegal biolab also contained a freezer labeled “Ebola,” which contained unlabeled, sealed silver bags consistent with how the lab stored high risk biological materials. Ebola is a Select Agent with a lethality rate between 25-90%.
    • The biolab contained nearly a thousand transgenic mice, genetically engineered to mimic the human immune system. Lab workers said that the mice were designed “to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.”
      • After local officials who discovered the lab sought help from the CDC and others, the CDC refused to test any of the samples.
    • China currently owns 380,000 acres of farmland in the United States. What better way to introduce bio weapons into U.S. agriculture than in your own labs here and launch the attacks from your own farmland!
    • 2 Chinese researchers charged with smuggling biological pathogen to study at University of Michigan lab
    • Ship Carrying 800 EVs Abandoned in Pacific after fire breaks out: (Zerohedge)
      • On Tuesday, the Morning Midas—a roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vehicle carrier—was abandoned by its crew in the central Pacific Ocean following an onboard fire, according to a Bloomberg report.
        • The vessel was transporting approximately 3,000 vehicles, including an estimated 800 electric vehicles (EVs). The fire’s origin has not been confirmed, though lithium-ion battery ignition remains a possible cause given the cargo profile and previous mid-sea incidents involving EVs.
        • Morning Midas had departed China in late May with a scheduled port call in Mexico, according to Bloomberg data.
      • Was this sabotage?
      • China auto workers have either not been paid or they have been laid-off.

Panelist:

Judge Napolitano

10:08

Segment Topic:

  • KJP leaves the Democrat Communist Party – what’s next, the Libertarian Party?
    • She denied for three-years Biden cognitive problems.
    • She never told us of his cancer diagnosis.
    • She said going to the border was political, but Trump has closed the border when she said it couldn’t be closed with congressional immigration reform.
      • Is KJP going on the View?

Panelists:

DIAL Producers/callers

10:33

Segment Topics:

  • Warhawks Lindsay Graham & Richard Blumenthal Working Hard to Undermine the President and the American People!
    • Graham & Blumenthal met with Zelensky to push their “bone-crushing” sanctions bill—intended to escalate tensions while the Trump administration actively pursues peace.
    • Pompeo, now a private citizen, gave a fiery speech in Odesa, warning Ukraine it would be a “mistake of epic proportions” to recognize Russian control of Crimea.
    • Even if Graham and Blumenthal claim official capacity, the Logan Act still applies—if they encouraged Ukraine to reject peace or undermined U.S. foreign policy, especially in a time of conflict.
    • Pompeo has no title. No authority. No shield. Unauthorized diplomacy is a federal crime.
    • Funny how this escalation takes place a mere two days after that little visit to Ukraine by two known war-hawks: U.S. Senators Lindsay Graham & Richard Blumenthal
    • Is it time to use The Logan Act (18 U.S.C. § 953)? U.S. Senators Graham and Blumenthal in Kyiv.
    • Don’t forget about the Ukrainian connections to multiple Trump assassination plots?
    • Mike Pompeo was in Ukraine the exact same time Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal met with Zelensky in Kyiv. While they huddled in the capital, Pompeo delivered a fiery warning from Odesa’s Black Sea Security Forum—calling U.S. recognition of Russian-occupied Crimea a “mistake of epic proportions.”
    • Even in their official roles, Graham and Blumenthal aren’t immune if they push foreign negotiations that defy the sitting administration’s foreign policy—especially during an active conflict. – Jason Sullivan

Panelist:

Jason Sullivan is a Contributor-at-Large for The Gateway Pundit, Founder and Publisher of UNLEASHED.news, Founder of ResultsIncorporated.com, and lead investigator specializing in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and forensic investigations for Peter Ticktin, President Trump’s lead Florida attorney, at The Ticktin Law Group.

11:06

Segment Topics:

  • FBI Sentinel System (hiding exculpatory evidence from defendants.
    • The FBI and Mueller’s team hid Russia-gate documents with a special coding in the FBI’s case management database.
    • Senior DOJ officials reportedly did not know that FBI agents and members of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team used a “Prohibited Access” code to make Russian collusion documents invisible.
    • This way, Mueller’s dirty Democrat lawyers could hide exculpatory evidence. Recall that General Flynn was forced into a ‘guilty plea’ of one count of false statements after partisan prosecutors tricked him and withheld Brady material. The Brady rule requires government to disclose exculpatory evidence in criminal case; to comply, FBI agents search Sentinel system. Brady mandate is considered a constitutional requirement.

Panelist:

Former U.S. Attorney, John O’Connor:

Among his interesting assignments at the DOJ was Representing the government during the OPEC oil embargo of the 1970s. John is the nation’s foremost expert on the Watergate Scandal and has written two books on the events in 1972, which changed the direction of our nation:

By Judge Andrew Napolitano:

  • All attempts by the government to evaluate the content of speech and deter or punish what the government and its benefactors hate or fear is un-American, unconstitutional and unlawful; and if not stopped, will reduce the American people to serfdom.
  • During the past three months, the Trump administration has sought to withhold the

delivery of governmental benefits in order to punish or reform its perceived political

opponents. These opponents — in the understanding of the White House — are colleges and universities that permit speech the White House claims is hateful, law firms who represent clients or employ lawyers who have been vocally critical of the administration, and even one of the 50 states because of language used in a statute and words articulated by its governor.

  • Can the federal government condition the acceptance of benefits upon the non-assertion of a fundamental liberty? Asked differently, can the feds withhold privileges to those lawfully entitled to them because it disapproves of the speech of the recipients of the

privileges? In a word: No.

    • The executive orders reviewed by Power the Future include an Arctic drilling ban in 2023, a 2021 executive order committing the federal government to net-zero emissions by 2050, an executive order mandating “clean energy” AI centers and an offshore drilling ban executive order shortly before leaving office in 2025.
      • Can any of these EO’s be rescinded by a Trump EO?
      • Update on the world energy supply and price.

The Preventive State: The Challenge of Preventing Serious Harms While Preserving Essential Liberties (EncounterBooks, May 20, 2025).

In it, Professor Dershowitz suggests an overarching jurisprudential framework that would set limits to the ballooning power of what he calls “the preventive state.”

  • What makes The Preventive State your magnum opus? Why did Justice Breyer say we would thank you for writing this book?
  • What are the most cataclysmic dangers Americans now face?
  • What are the most dangerous threats to our liberty?
  • How can your proposed jurisprudence strike the appropriate balance?
  • What does a jurisprudence look like that would protect society while limiting the intrusive tools of law enforcement and justice?
  • If it were available in the past, how could your concept of jurisprudence have changed American history?
  • In today’s world, filled with cataclysmic threats and potential harms, is the protection of society feasible without compromising individual liberties?
  • In today’s divisive culture, is there any way that both Democrats and Republicans will embrace your point of view?
  • Is autocracy justifiable for protecting the common good and saving lives?
  • Looking back to the Bush administration, was their memo condoning torture of terrorist suspects justified?
  • What are the most egregious examples of how “the preventive state” has violated American civil liberties in the 21st Century?
  • Are there justifiable limits to freedom of speech? What do you think of Face the Nation Margaret Brennan’s statements linking the Holocaust to freedom of speech? Does she have a point?
  • What is the ancient rabbinic wisdom on prevention that still applies today?

Panelist:

Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law professor emeritus

10:33

Segment Topic:

Exciting’ but No Bombshells Released: What is the real truth about JFK?

Panelist:

Robert K. Tanenbaum, author of That Day in Dallas: Lee Harvey Oswald Did Not Kill JFK.

Tyler Nixon, Esq, JFK assassination historian, personal attorney to Roger Stone

11:06

Segment Topic:

While Joe Biden was President, who was running the country?

While Joe Biden was President, who was running the

country?

  • The Biden’s tried {by way of the news release of his stage IV cancer diagnosis news) that all the hammering would stop. All it has done is lit a firestorm.
    • Is this perhaps, the biggest, political miscalculation on the part of the Biden’s?
    • Is there any there, there with “Auto-Pen?”
    • If there was a party of five-advisors running the country, who had possession of the nuclear codes?
    • Was General Milley involved?
  • The “One, Big, Beautiful Bill” cleared the House by ONE VOTE; is that a concern?
    • Why weren’t the Republican hawks, concerned about the lack of spending cuts and other concerns given more of a voice? Isn’t that a debate we should have had?
    • What changes in the bill will the Senate make?

Panelist:

David Zere, Host: Breaking Point, Real America’s Voice News

Jeffrey Lord, Host: The “Word of the Lord” Podcast (Spotify, Amazon Music and other platforms).
